Very satisfied!!!
Super!!!! I only knew Catsan and Thomas from back in the day. I've had a 17-week-old little mouse (Cuddy) for a few days now, and she thinks the litter is fantastic. Cleaning is no problem – super quick to do with the scoop. No smell. Also no "spreading around the room" from her paws... I'm sticking with it!

Excellent
I have been looking for something like this for years.
Yes, it tracks, but not as bad as all my older litters.
It's easy to keep trays clean.
All I do is remove clumps & add more to trays as I need it.
I would recomend this product & site to any cat lover.
I have converted one work mate to this product & they are also amazed at how good this is.
Thanks Zooplus.

Cats Best Öko is brilliant.
The only thing I don't like so much is that it gets very dusty when refilling. I've already tried quite a few types of litter, but this is currently the best and most economical one I know.

Also suitable for heavy tomcats! Great litter!
I’ve tried many types of litter, pretty much all the high-quality ones available at Zooplus. We’re a multi-cat household with a tomcat and occasional kittens, so odour control is a very important topic for us.
The high-quality fine sandy litters with baby powder scent or without (the scent fades after a few days anyway) were all okay, but in my opinion, they didn’t differ significantly.
Additionally, I had major issues with disposal, especially during the time we had kittens – the rubbish bin simply wasn’t big enough anymore. That’s why I switched to Cats Best Öko Plus, as I can dispose of the “cat waste” on the compost heap. This compost heap is now in the garden, and my rubbish problem was solved in one go.
I’m also very impressed with this litter overall. It’s nice and lightweight, doesn’t smear, and is easy to clean. The cats do track it out with their paws, and there’s always a bit of mess around the litter box, but that was no different with the fine sandy litters. It hardly sticks to their paws, which was more of an issue with the fine sandy litters – if a cat stepped into their fresh puddle while digging, they’d end up with a crust on their paw. That doesn’t happen at all with this litter.
The smell is also very pleasant. When freshly spread, it has a slight scent reminiscent of a carpenter’s workshop ;-) and even after several days or weeks, the odour remains well-contained. Even after the first warm days, we didn’t have any issues.
All the cats accept the litter wonderfully, including – which was a bit of a concern for me – our heavy Maine Coon tomcat, who has no problems with it. It doesn’t seem to be uncomfortable on their paws.
The large pack is very economical. I also find that the “cat waste” is less compared to the fine sandy clumping litters; it seems to absorb liquid very well.
I don’t think it’s suitable for kittens, though, as it clumps. For the first few days, when kittens tend to eat the litter, I’ll continue using a non-clumping litter. But as I said, that only applies to the first few days.
We’re sticking with Cats Best Öko Plus. :-)

All in all, absolutely brilliant
As the "cat litter manager," I find this litter very good. It smells very natural, and after our cat has used it, there's hardly any odour, and our kitty doesn't keep sneezing. With the litter we used before, her vigorous digging in the tray constantly triggered sneezing fits due to the dust.
It's also great that you can dispose of the litter in the toilet.

I'm thrilled!
After experimenting with various types of clumping litter for quite a while, I came across CBÖP a few months ago thanks to my sister. And I’m absolutely thrilled! The litter clumps really well and has a pleasant woody smell, even after our cat has done his business. I always order 40 litres straight away because I think it’s incredibly affordable for the quality. And the best part: you can dispose of it via the toilet or compost!! So, our Brazzo loves it, and I won’t be switching litter anymore. Regarding the dust issue: Well, if you have a pet, you have to expect that it might make a bit of mess. And you clean your home regularly anyway, don’t you?!

Simply brilliant!
Until now, we only used bentonite litter and didn’t quite trust the eco-litter. We decided to give it a try and are absolutely satisfied and thrilled. No unpleasant odours, even though the litter stayed in the tray for a long time. Very economical – a 40-litre bag lasts almost 3 months for two cats. It can even be disposed of via the toilet, as it breaks down into a slimy mass. We compost it, which also saves on waste disposal fees. Above all, it’s not as heavy as bentonite litter – great for the postwoman ;-). Minor drawback: it tends to scatter around the toilet, but it’s easy to sweep or vacuum up. So: thumbs up and 5 stars!

It's alright!
I bought this litter because of the many good reviews. Unfortunately, the litter did not meet my expectations. At first, I was quite satisfied. However, after about a week, the litter started to produce an extreme amount of dust. On top of that, I kept noticing a nasty smell whenever I went near the cat litter box. I also don’t find the much-advertised efficiency to be particularly accurate. Conclusion: I’ll stick to my usual litter, the Cassy Cat cat litter. However, anyone who doesn’t have overly high expectations will probably be happy with this litter.

Tried loads, this is my favourite!
I've tried several different cat litters including World's Best, Everclean, Catsan and others. I found Everclean to be very good but rather expensive and a pain to wash the litter tray because the clay seemed to clog up the drains no matter how little of it was left to wash off. Oko Plus is by far my favourite. My two bengals love it, it holds odour well, it lasts for ages and is very reasonably priced compared to other brands. I'd definitely recommend this and will certainly be sticking to it. The fact it's organic and biodegradable is good too as I have peace of mind knowing I'm not polluting the environment with substances that don't break down over time.

Simply Brilliant
Super lovely litter that hardly creates dust and doesn’t stick to the cat litter box. Clumps hold together very well and can easily be disposed of in the toilet. This means there’s no unnecessary odour in the flat. Odour control is excellent. Our furry little friends never want any other litter again.
Best wishes from the kitties!

The Best
I switched over without much trial and error. It was accepted straight away. Odour control is excellent, you don't smell anything. The clumps don't fall apart for me either. You just have to make sure to fill in enough. It's extremely economical because you don't have to completely change it as often, and it's all-natural too. The fact that cat litter doesn't stay only in the litter box is probably the case with all types of litter. I don't find it too extreme. Besides, it's more important to choose the best for the little tigers. So, just vacuum a bit more often.

Cat litter!
Hello!
After trying and testing many options, we believe that Cats Best Öko Clumping Cat Litter is the best.
The two euros it costs more than other litters pay off multiple times due to its efficiency.
Easy to dispose of and super lightweight.

The best litter
I’ve tried out a lot of different bedding, and I have to say this is the best. However, if you’re buying a large bag, it should be priced a bit cheaper. Over £22.49 is quite a lot of money – that used to be 50 marks *SFG*.

Highly recommended!
I can only agree with the others here; I’m also very impressed with Cat's Best Ökostreu. It smells good—naturally, not artificially scented—the flat is no longer covered in litter (like with Extreme Classic, which I used before), there’s no more dust on my bathroom items or my cats, it’s actually fun to clean the litter tray, and above all, it’s much quicker than before! The only thing is that my cats found the switch from fine litter to coarse litter a bit strange at first, but they’ve accepted it and gotten used to it.

Crumbs ... are ... EVERYWHERE ... lying ... around ...!!!!
After a long period of rejection... used again out of necessity (our "Cat's Best Nature Gold" had run out before we could reorder!) and... ONCE AGAIN... annoyed!
Clumps partially fall apart, and due to the lightness of the crumbs (flakes...), the area around the litter box is CONSTANTLY messy, and sometimes the entire flat (we DON'T have long-haired cats!).
If CONSTANT vacuuming doesn't bother you, it can be recommended...

Good – but too light?
I find the clumping OK – not super firm clumps, but they don’t crumble apart badly either.
The wood scent is also pleasant for me. I always dispose of the cat litter waste in a bag, and sometimes, if I forget, it sits in a corner for a day or two. With this litter, I’ve noticed that the surrounding area doesn’t smell like a cat litter box but has a faint woody scent instead.
The scent might not replace a deodoriser (like Gimpet, for example), but it has a similar effect.
However, the granules are extremely lightweight and get easily scooped out of the box.
When I use this litter exclusively in the cat toilet, my cats, who are used to bentonite clumping litter, don’t seem overly thrilled about it.
Mixed with bentonite, though, they don’t seem to mind it at all.
If bentonite litter is too heavy, this very lightweight litter works really well as a mix.

Very good litter
It's a very good litter, smells nice, lasts a long time, and our little Maine Coon tomcat likes to do his business in it and enjoys scratching around in it too.
We'll stick with this litter; it simply causes no problems. Just brilliant!

It doesn't get much better than this.
I’ve tried all the cat litters available before, and while I was quite satisfied with some, they often ended up scattered all over the flat, either sticking to the paws or being carried around. This cat litter is perfect—lightweight, incredibly efficient, doesn’t get spread around the flat, and even smells like a carpenter’s workshop... I really like the smell of wood (though I guess that’s a matter of taste). Even right after my cat’s business, I can’t detect any unpleasant odours anywhere in the flat, and I’m quite sensitive to smells.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! 5 STARS+

I like it – my three indoor cats are still a bit sceptical.
Three days ago, I bought two 40-litre bags to fill two of my three XXL cat litter boxes. I wanted to give it a try because of all the positive reviews. One bag was more than enough for two XXL boxes – very economical, I must say. I really like the smell, it’s super lightweight compared to the previous litter, and there’s virtually no dust 😊 (we previously used Biokats Spring Fresh, but the extreme green dust development and the effort required to completely empty the XXL boxes were annoying in the long run).
My three domestic shorthairs were initially curious, especially the 10-month-old, and they climbed in straight away, but then climbed back out and preferred to do their business in the one box still filled with Biokats 😞. Well, over the weekend, they all more or less used the one XXL box (the second one is still completely untouched, but they’ve always mostly used just the one box in the bathroom, with the others only being used sporadically, maybe 1–2 times a month). They do tend to stop in front of the box first, sniff around a bit, and then usually go in. The fresh wood smell is already fading a little. We’re going to test it for a few more weeks – the second 40-litre bag hasn’t even been opened yet, and they still have the third emergency box 😊.
The litter itself is fine; the pee clumps are a bit softer than with Biokats, but they’re odourless, and my clump/poop bin doesn’t stink as badly anymore, since the poop can now go straight into the toilet. The pee clumps still go into the bin with the tightly sealed lid and then into the organic waste bin. So far, I find the litter’s efficiency very good.
All in all, I’m satisfied. Whether we stick with it, however, isn’t ultimately up to me to decide...
