Wish I believed the hype sooner..
I have tried three other types and brands of litter before caving into the reviews and trying Cats Best. I used to choose price over quality, but now I understand that when it comes to cat litter, its best to pay a bit more for a quality litter. Its really absorbant which makes tidying up the tray so easy after my cat has showered on it. Plus, a little goes along way. My only problem now is what to do with the 3 big, half used bags of other branded cat litter I have left. After using Cats best I cant bear to go back to those inferior litters now.

Optimal
I've been a cat mum since early 2010, so I've only tried out various types of litter recently. For the past six months, I've been using only this litter! My two cats don't really care which litter I use, but this one is absolutely perfect. It clumps really well, there's no unpleasant smell (except for "big business", but that's manageable – and if it's buried, even that doesn't smell as much). You can actually flush it down the toilet without worrying about it clogging! It also lasts a long time. Sure, you need to vacuum around the litter box every couple of days, but I'd rather vacuum than have to air out the room for ages every time!!! Plus, the price-performance ratio here is truly TOP. The medium-sized bag lasts me at least two months. So it's enough for two standard covered litter boxes. Honestly, highly recommended!

Cat litter is recommended.
This cat litter is very good. Urine is well absorbed into a clump and hardly smells at all. The clumped litter can be disposed of almost intact with careful handling using a litter scoop. I also didn’t notice any excessive dust formation when filling, emptying, or scratching, and our tomcat accepted this litter straight away. A tiny downside, however, is that litter that falls out and comes into contact with puddles of water (e.g. after showering) completely disintegrates and sticks to the floor. I’m also sceptical about the planned disposal via the toilet – it’s better to check its practicality on a case-by-case basis beforehand!

Marie doesn't want it, unfortunately.
A great litter, eco-friendly and very affordable. Unfortunately, my cat doesn’t like it. She started doing her business in the flower pots and on the cushions. We had to switch back, and now everything’s fine—cat’s clean. So, one star deducted, as I would have liked to keep using it.

Let the DHL courier lug it around then ;-)
I thought to myself, if over 1,000 people out of more than 1,500 reviews have given 5 stars, I probably won’t make a big mistake buying this litter. And indeed – as far as I can judge so far – I’m quite impressed too. I no longer have to worry about a major disaster happening when I flush her little piles down the toilet, and her pee doesn’t smell at all anymore. Her bigger deposits, however, still do. Since she doesn’t like enclosed hooded litter boxes, I’ll just keep sprinting over as usual whenever I notice it. The litter hasn’t been dusty for me so far (Catsan was terrible in that regard), and it clumps really well (unlike cheap supermarket clumping litter, which is also much harder). And last but not least, it’s obviously great to have up to 40 litres of litter delivered straight to your door without having to strain your back lugging it yourself.

is the best
I keep trying out different types of litter now and then, but I always end up coming back to this one because it’s simply the better choice. It clumps excellently, and the smell is far less noticeable compared to some clay litters.

No more cat smell
I have 4 cats at home and have tried many different types of cat litter. It always smelled like cat. Until a friend of mine tried this litter and recommended it to me. Since then, I haven’t bought anything else.

Highly recommended!
I’ve tried many different types of cat litter, but none have been as good and long-lasting as this one! You can’t smell the litter box anymore, the litter itself has a pleasant woody scent, and it’s extremely efficient. It clumps very well, and even the smell of the "bigger business" is (at least for us) well contained. With daily cleaning and occasional refilling, the litter box stays fresh for weeks. So, the slightly higher price is definitely worth it. And most importantly: the tomcat likes it and digs around in it enthusiastically! The only downside is the slightly larger clumps, which can sometimes get stuck in his paws. However, with daily vacuuming (which we do anyway), this isn’t really a problem! I won’t be buying any other litter again..............

It’s way too dusty for me!
Pro:
- It's not as heavy as bentonite litter
- Can be disposed of via the toilet
Contra:
- It gets quite dusty after a while
- It's a bit too coarse for sensitive cat paws

This litter might seem expensive at first glance when you buy it, but it’s so efficient that it’s worth it! It can be disposed of in the toilet without any worries, and I’ve already been surprised twice by people pointing out that you can’t smell our cat litter box in the bathroom at all! It’s truly odourless when there’s only urine in it. Unfortunately, when faeces are present, the smell isn’t contained—it stinks a lot, so I clean it immediately with the scoop to get it smelling normal again. The granules often get carried through the bathroom and outside the bathroom. I’ve already placed a rug in front of the litter box and bought an extra-high one, which has improved things, and it’s really just normal that the cat carries some granules out with her! Nevertheless, I bought this once and never went back to another brand because it’s also biodegradable! It convinces me, the cats accept it, and apart from the two minor downsides, I recommend it without hesitation!

Super bedding
We use the bedding for our bunnies. Trixi and Blacky have no trouble using their "rabbit loo". The bedding doesn’t create dust, absorbs well, is extremely efficient, and the "quiet bunny corner" is easy to clean since the clumps can be removed effortlessly.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this product.

Very economical but not perfect
When I tried Cat's Best Öko Plus for the first time, I must have gotten one of the poorer batches: the litter already smelled bad as I was pouring it into the cat litter box. My two cats didn’t like to bury their business, so every time I heard the flap of the litter box, I quickly sprinted over with the scoop to dispose of their mess.
Since my sister also uses this litter, and in an open litter box no less, I decided to give it another go: this time, no smelly litter, the cats happily bury their business, and they no longer flee the litter box in a hurry. The litter doesn’t produce much dust, but it sticks to their paws just like the bentonite litter did before, and ends up scattered around the flat.
The litter is very economical, though, so I’ll probably stick with it. The deduction in points is for the "smelly batch," which I hope was just a one-off!

Everyone thinks it's good.
It produces less dust than other gravel-like litters, my cats have taken to it very well, the scent is quite pleasant, but what I rate the highest is its efficiency. The Öko Plus cat litter is incredibly efficient and economical, and therefore highly recommended, especially if you have more than one pet at home.

Cats Best
Finally, I’ve found a cat litter, Cats Best, that 100% stops odours and is very economical.
It’s better than all the other highly praised cat litters/sands.
I won’t buy anything else anymore.
My cats and I are happy.
Kind regards,
Mrs V. Pesch

Always and always worth recommending!!!
To anyone who asks me, I always recommend this cat litter. It’s the best, most efficient – and therefore cheapest – most natural, and the most suitable cat litter for my cats that you can find on the market. Initially, I also had the problem of the litter being spread around the flat. But I bought a jumbo-sized litter box because the other one had become too small, and that solved the problem. The litter no longer gets spread all over the flat. Occasionally, I’ll find a grain or two that got stuck in their paws, but that’s it. Using a vacuum cleaner is very helpful for this ;o) I’ll never use another litter again. I’ve tried many already – from the most expensive to the cheapest – and Cats Best Öko Plus was the BEST of them all!!!

Best cat litter
So far, the best cat litter. Very low consumption. Clumps perfectly (the first one that truly deserves to be called clumping litter). Daily sorting goes straight into the regular toilet (the clumps dissolve in water), no odour, good value for money. In the past, our cats would almost exclusively go outside to do their business. Now, they almost always stay indoors, so you can finally see what the output looks like. Even if the dogs stick their noses in, it’s not a problem. Highly recommended.

The best cat litter on the market
I work in animal welfare and often have more than 10 cats to care for. So far, I haven't had a single foster cat that didn't use this litter. The cat litter is incredibly economical, and the – at first glance high – purchase price is definitely worth it! It doesn't form excessively large clumps; everything is nicely bound and dry.
Highly recommended!

Almost everything's great.
Goes down well with extremely picky cats, doesn’t smell unpleasant, clumps nicely and is great for disposing of via the toilet. It could just be a bit less dusty.

The best steering wheel
Finally, no more cat litter smell in the flat! I've tried so many types of litter, from clumping litter to scented litter and various standard ones. Nothing could get rid of the smell of three cats in the house. Except for this amazing litter – I think it smells wonderfully of wood and clumps perfectly. My three little darlings love it.
