I keep coming back to it!!
I've been coming back to this cat litter for years!!
I recently tried "Extreme Classic," but I'm disappointed. It's nowhere near as efficient, sticks to the floor in places, and crumbles when you try to remove it. Plus, it's a real hassle to carry!
Cat's Best is easy to carry, and you can lift out the clumps more easily compared to many other clumping litters. The downside is the dust and the litter sticking to the paws, but I think that's an issue with other litters too!

Unbeatable
This is the most efficient cat litter I know. The clumps are really easy to remove, and there’s no smell.

The best cat litter ever!
After trying out loads of different types of cat litter over the past few years, we came across this one a few months ago, and it’s the best our two cats have ever had.
It has an extremely pleasant natural smell (not perfumed!!!), excellent absorption and clumping properties, and is very economical even with two cats. If you can tolerate the occasional small bits of litter sticking to their paws and spreading around the area… well, that happens with all other types too.

There are better ones.
I tried it out as it has many good reviews. However, this litter disappointed me – the clumping is good, but the litter was scattered all over the flat. For some time now, I’ve been using Cat & Clean Brilliant Plus. It’s a bit more expensive, but miles better. No odours, the flat stays litter-free, and the clumping is top-notch. I’m sticking with it.

Well received
I used Premiere Excellent for years and was happy with it. Unfortunately, one of my cats fell ill, and my animal homeopath suggested, among other things, switching to wood-based cat litter as it’s supposed to be gentler. The old litter used to stick to the cats’ paws and get scattered around the litter box, so I don’t have any more work with the new one. At first, the wood shavings smell was a bit unusual – it felt like having rodents in the house instead of cats. In any case, both hamsters – I mean cats – have taken to the Öko Plus litter really well :-)

Absolutely top-notch!
Our two cats have taken to it well. It's easy to clean, doesn't smell, and is made in Germany. Of all the cat litters we've tried, this is by far the best.

Very good for humans, good for the cat
The litter is incredibly practical because you can simply flush it down the toilet. It saves bin bags and running around. Plus, it smells so much less. One star deducted because the cats are currently only using it for peeing. I’ve got another litter tray with a different litter on offer. That one is currently being used for all the big business. The open tray with Cats Best is only being used for peeing. Let’s see what happens when the time for the other litter is up ;-)

is very well received
I also have two cats, the litter was accepted right from the start, and it doesn’t spread around the flat, only in front of the litter box, but you can just sweep it up there. I will definitely stick with this brand.

The best is Cat's Best.
A hundred points from me! I've been testing back and forth for ten years and have had this one for a year now. It lasts forever, clumps well, without annoying fragrances – smells more like wood, no more dust, and I can dispose of it via the toilet – no more bags for the bin, etc. Since I occasionally foster cats, I can confirm that all cats so far have used it without any issues. Thank you.

I wanted to give this litter a try because it has so many great reviews, but my two cats didn’t take to it at all. On top of that, it’s very lightweight and ends up scattered all over the flat…..
Never again for me.

The best cat litter!
I have been using (or rather, my cats have been using) the Cats Best Öko Plus cat litter for about 7 years now. That’s also how long I’ve had my cats Luna and Oskar. I originally bought the cat litter based on a recommendation from a pet shop specialist, and it has never let me down! Quite the opposite: I’ve been completely satisfied with it for years! The litter binds urine and faeces very well. It forms clumps that can be easily removed. At the same time, clean litter doesn’t stick to it, making it very economical. Only the dirty litter is removed from the tray, which is really practical. My 40-litre bag lasts me a very long time. Sometimes it’s enough to just top up the litter rather than emptying the entire tray if the litter is still relatively clean.
Of course, it’s inevitable that the cats will spread some litter around the house. But honestly, that happens with every type of litter, sometimes more, sometimes less. With this one, it’s really manageable. Dust only builds up if you clean the tray very frequently, but that’s also a sign that it’s time to change the litter. Otherwise, it’s very low in dust. My cats aren’t big fans of digging, even though they could easily do so with this litter. Most of the time, they just sit down and do their “business.” Unfortunately, they don’t always cover it up afterwards, which can lead to some odour. But apart from that, the odour control is good. I’ve gotten used to the smell of the litter and actually find it quite pleasant.
I’ve tried two other types of litter in between. With one, I had to completely change the tray after just two days because Oskar refused to use it. The other was better but so fine that the dust spread all over the house. My conclusion: The price-performance ratio is excellent, I’m 100% satisfied, and my cats love it too! And let’s not forget: It’s 100% biodegradable, so you’re doing something good for the environment as well. Totally recommendable!

For us, the best litter
With 5 cats (2 toms, 1 lady, 1 granny, and 1 adolescent), we need a lot of litter. At first glance, this seems expensive – but it’s not, as it’s really economical to use and great for disposal. Otherwise, we’d have endless rubbish. Despite constant use, there’s hardly ever any smell (that’s usually the toms with bigger business when it’s raining).

I think it's great - unfortunately, the cat doesn't.
I think the litter is great! For once, it lasts longer than three days, the smell is pleasant, and I didn’t notice any dust. For a change, the litter wasn’t scattered all over the flat either. My tomcat accepted it at first, but after a few days, he started rejecting it and eventually preferred to do his business in the sink or on the kitchen floor. I’ve now switched back to white litter, and he’s happily scratching away again, and everything is back where it should be. Such a shame.

Unfortunately, too much dust.
Personally, I think the cat litter is actually quite good. I find the woody smell quite pleasant, it's nice and lightweight, absorbs well, and disposing of the clumps in the toilet is great.
Unfortunately, my cat wasn't impressed at all. After using the toilet twice and sneezing while scratching (we have a hooded litter box), she stopped scratching altogether, and after a week or two, she'd had enough and started doing her business in front of the litter box, which she had never done before. If it weren't for the heavy dust from day one, it would have been perfect, but unfortunately, I had to throw it all away.

Best litter, when used correctly
I’ve been using this litter for a good year now.
With regular DAILY removal of clumps and droppings, neither the described odour nor the crumbling of clumps occurs here!
However, I only have one tomcat, so I don’t have a multi-cat household.
Disposing of the clumps, etc., can even be done in the toilet with explicit approval from the waterworks, so there’s no need to take them to the rubbish bin.
Furthermore, I can leave the base litter in the cat litter box for a whole month without any issues, provided the above points are followed!
Occasionally topping it up... a 40L bag really lasts up to half a year!!!
No, combined with high-quality cat food, there’s no bad smell here!
I think very few people stick to these “rules,” which is why there are negative reviews.
Conclusion: A cost-effective, eco-friendly natural product that far exceeded my expectations...
P.S. Tomcat nods... and digs enthusiastically ;-)

Very good stuff
I wish I knew about this cat litter earlier!
It's great. No smell and my kitten likes it very much. I'll never buy that other smelly stuff again.

For what it does, it's too expensive.
I let myself be "tempted" by the reviews here and ordered the litter. It really disappointed me: poor handling, too much waste, strange smell. I've gone back to Catsan Ultra Plus – unfortunately, it's not available here :(.

Cat's Best Öko Plus is good, but it doesn't quite live up to its promises.
I tried Cat's Best Öko Plus because I could no longer stand the rapid odour development of my old cat litter.
At first, I was very impressed with the new litter, and my cats accepted it without any issues.
A big plus is the fresh, natural wood scent. Simply amazing, and it lasts a good 3-4 days with my two little stinkers (for comparison – my old cat litter smelled very strong after the first use).
Unfortunately, Cat's Best Öko Plus comes with quite a bit of work. It produces a lot of dust and doesn’t clump as well as it should. The large clumps crumble apart during cleaning.
Additionally, when the cats dig around, the small clumps get further distributed throughout the litter, making cleaning much more difficult.
After the 3-4 days of odour control, the litter seems to lose its effectiveness, and I have to clean it three times a day again to prevent odour build-up.
On top of that, the litter unfortunately gets tracked all over the flat.
Nevertheless, I’ll probably buy this litter again because my cats are thrilled with the natural scent and love digging and scratching in it just for fun.
Also, I think it offers good value for money despite the downsides.

Immediately accepted
When our two Birmans moved in, we immediately went for Cat's Best based on great recommendations from friends. We're absolutely thrilled too, especially with the ability to dispose of it via the household toilet – it saves both waste and time. Honestly, 6 stars... :)
