Hello dear animal lovers, I’ve finally decided to try out this litter. I’m thrilled—no more bad smells. It smells like wood. Totally worth the money. You save yourself the constant refilling. Simply brilliant. Finally, I’m done with the other litter that always ran out so quickly. So, I would definitely recommend it straight away.

Lightweight, easy to clean, no dust, no smell, my cat loves it too.

I've been using this litter for about half a year now. It has really convinced me – it clumps well, doesn't smell, and my cats like it. The only downside is that it crumbles a lot and ends up spreading literally all over the flat, which is starting to annoy me quite a bit because you could basically spend the whole day with the vacuum cleaner in hand. It sticks to every paw, every foot, and every shoe as well. Otherwise, it's definitely worth recommending!

Doesn't smell, clumps well, and I can even flush it down the toilet—what more could you want? Oh, and the cat loves it too!

I've been using this litter for about 5 years now. The great thing about it is that you can dispose of it via the organic waste bin. The kitties just love it. The dust and crumbling are just part of it, but for me, that's not a drawback.

I’m still on the hunt for the perfect cat litter. It should be odour-binding and clumping. This litter has been more than disappointing. It spreads around the flat like a crumb monster, doesn’t clump, and the odour control is downright awful. I would never buy this litter again – very disappointing.

I was thrilled! Light, fluffy, and super efficient! Really great. I previously had a good cat litter, but I have to admit, this one is truly better! Just my opinion. Leo (my darling turns 1 year old on 08/05/12) was a bit sceptical at first (which he’s allowed to be... after all, it’s his loo :-), but now he’s totally fine with it and has taken to it really well! I’ll keep using it :-)

Only now does this litter produce so much dust that the cats leave the toilet sneezing! It's also very unpleasant for humans during cleaning. After 5 years, I’m reluctant to change the litter, but I’ll probably have to start looking for alternatives.

We – and of course our feline friend – are absolutely thrilled with this cat litter. We primarily bought this litter because we could no longer stand the smell (those perfumed cat litters like "Spring Scent" & co. stink up the whole flat in no time) or the dust from mineral-based cat litters. On top of that, our cat always digs a pretty deep hole, which meant the conventional litter would always stick to the bottom as a clump. This litter, on the other hand, only gives off a pleasantly subtle woody scent in the immediate vicinity (kind of like the wood section in a DIY store ;)) and binds odours exceptionally well. We’re also impressed with how it clumps. Finally, nothing sticks to the bottom of the tray anymore, as liquids are absorbed before they even reach the base. Overall, thanks to these factors, we need to completely change the litter much less frequently. The slightly higher initial cost is more than offset by its significantly longer durability and efficiency – we believe that in the long run, this litter is not only more cost-effective but also much more satisfying. It’s also worth mentioning that compared to the previous litters we’ve used from other (even well-known) brands, this one produces significantly less dust, if any at all. A big shoutout to Zooplus as well – the processing and shipping were, as always, excellent! Thank you!

Our kitten has a very sensitive nose and often has problems with her little eyes. This is the first cat litter she can tolerate without her eyes watering or her sneezing. Natural litter is simply the best for a cat's health. Besides, it clumps well, and the few grains that end up lying around are no problem for me. Plus, this litter doesn’t create dust like I’ve experienced with so many others before. I’ve been using this litter for a few months now, and since our little one’s wellbeing is very close to my heart, there’ll be nothing else for her anymore. Only the best for our best.

We’ve been using this litter for our domestic shorthair indoor cats for almost 10 years and have always been highly satisfied until now. The litter was unbeatable in terms of yield, clumping, and acceptance by our cats. Unfortunately, the last few bags showed significant quality fluctuations. Either the litter was so dusty that our cats came back from the toilet looking powdered and sneezing, or it was so "non-dusty" that the clumping didn’t work properly. The urine practically runs through, and the small clumps that do form crumble when lifted out. Such a shame, but now we’ll have to look for a different cat litter.

Finally, a cat litter that clumps properly and doesn’t crumble when cleaning. I’m thrilled. No smell, no dust, and the tomcat is happy too ;)

Well, I’m thrilled! It doesn’t smell, is super lightweight, and easy to dispose of – practical! My Leo (British Shorthair), an 8-month-old tomcat, was a bit confused at first but got used to it quickly. Unfortunately, I have to admit that he does scatter the litter all over the bathroom, but oh well… he used to artistically scatter the other litter around the bathroom too! There are worse things, right? So, I’ll definitely order it again!

I have a flat with two tomcats. The litter itself is quite good – but it smells absolutely overpowering, and the odour spreads throughout the entire flat in no time! I was completely shocked at how bad it stinks! I’ve switched back to Tigerino now! Such a shame that it smells so extremely unpleasant when the cats use it for their business.

I am very satisfied with the litter – I like the natural smell, and apparently my tomcats do too... It's super convenient to be able to flush the clumps straight down the toilet. I also think that cat urine and faeces are well absorbed and the smell is effectively neutralised! Occasionally, my tomcats do scratch some of the litter out of the tray (as some of the previous reviewers have criticised), or they carry it out on their paws – but it sticks nicely to the zooplus toilet mat and doesn’t get scattered everywhere. I can live with that; I think this happens with other litter too, doesn’t it? I’m deducting one point because the litter is quite dusty – I would definitely recommend a covered litter box to keep the "fine dust exposure" to a minimum. (Even when I clean the tray and take the lid off, quite a bit of dust gets stirred up.) Overall, I’m very satisfied!

I’ve just bought this litter for the last time! I have to agree with the comment by tauraX from 20/03/12. The litter gets spread all over the place, especially in front of the toilet and everywhere else! When sifting, it falls apart and ends up as small crumbs in the toilet, which are only moderately easy to remove. Did I maybe get a “Monday bag” last time? Anyway, I’m keeping the rest of the big sack for emergencies now… I’ve tried Extreme Classic and we’re absolutely satisfied :-)

Since we started using Cats Best Öko Plus, unfortunately, our tomcat has decided he prefers not to use the litter box anymore and instead does his business right in front of it. Sadly, the litter also sticks to his fur and gets spread all over the flat. That said, the litter itself isn’t bad—it clumps excellently and can be disposed of in the toilet. Still, it’s not necessarily recommended for long-haired cats.

I immediately liked the litter – both the smell and the appearance! However, my tomcat (Don Sphynx) had a different opinion! At first, he didn’t accept it at all and peed everywhere or right in front of the litter box! (Thank goodness it was in the storage room!) Well, at first I was ready to give up – but then I tried again and mixed the regular litter underneath. Gradually, he got used to it and now he’s regularly using the litter box for his business again! I especially like this litter because it binds the "scent" (urine from a potent tomcat) really well – better than any other litter! So, I’m sticking with it now, and I hope my tomcat does too! (My cat liked it from the start... and I’ll use it for the kittens right from the beginning!)

If you take the frequency of our cat's visits to the litter box as an indicator of the product's quality, then our cat definitely gives it 5 stars. This aligns with our impression, from the scent of the litter to its disposal.
