We've tried quite a few types of cat litter, but we always come back to Cat's Best Öko Plus. It's very economical, easy to handle when cleaning the litter box and disposing of waste. Our two kitties accept it wonderfully, and it's made from natural materials. Great value for money. I honestly can't think of anything that could be improved here.

It was important to me to use litter made from renewable materials. My kittens accepted the litter straight away, and the flat never smells unpleasantly of a cat toilet. The cats love digging in the litter, it doesn’t create any dust, and with the natural composition, I don’t have to worry about my little one playing with the 'sticks'. With my Persian (5 months old), the litter doesn’t get stuck in her fur. I dispose of the litter in the toilet – it works brilliantly. You just shouldn’t let the clumps soak for too long, otherwise, they don’t flush down as easily.

Back then, I started using Catsan because I thought expensive must equal good, but nope, it started to stink after just one day. Months went by as we tried countless cat litters, all without success, even with deodoriser for the litter box (I always cleaned it straight away after spotting any mess). Then we found this one. The first thing I particularly liked was that it’s environmentally friendly and you can flush it down the toilet—perfect! Every time I go to the bathroom, I quickly clean the litter box. It forms perfect clumps and is super economical. I just top it up and only need to do a full clean every two months (except when the cat has diarrhoea due to a food change). With 10 litres, I can manage almost two months for two cats. And at this price? Brilliant, absolutely fantastic. I can recommend it to everyone—and I do!

I have just used my first bag of this litter and I can honestly say that it is brilliant. I've used clay based litter for years but they are no where near as good. I decided to try Cats Best Oko because of the reviews on here and I'm so pleased I did. I have a very fussy indoor cat that won't go near her tray if it smells at all. The litter clumps very well and has a nice smell. I changed the litter after a week and to be honest the litter that remained had no bad odours at all. I wrap the clumps in a tissue and flush them down the toilet, no problem.

I used to buy World's Best cat litter, but Oko Plus is better. Not only is it a better price, but it absorbs odours much better. It *does* track, but I've never seen a litter that doesn't. Great that it is flushable as well, no more stinky bags of cat waste.

i normally use everclean which was really good!!the reason i went for this litter tho was to put the waste in my garden bin and seems very good for that hence i will stick to it for a while!! just need to find some litter liners that are also bio-gradable

I have five cats and this is by far the best litter as it stops any nasty smells and it also lasts for ages so compared to cheaper supermarket brands it is very economical. My cats do tend to scatter it everywhere but it is very lightweight. Hoovers up no problem anyway.

I've been using this cat litter for over a year now, i tried the clay based litters but found them dusty & heavy to handle, so decided to try Cats Best Oko, i'm glad i did. It's light weight to handle & a pleasant smell, i have two indoor shorthair cats that share a tray, it clumps very well & there's no smell at all, i clean up as soon as my cat's use their tray so it's always nice & clean, i change the litter completly every two weeks. The other thing about this litter is that if you have a woodburner you can put the used litter on there to dispose of it. There is some tracking with it but it's easy to sweep up once a day & use litter mats to catch the bits. So i wont be changing to anything else.

Best cat litter I've ever used - economical, lasts for weeks, easy to use, can be flushed down the toilet, reduces odour, cats love it. I have recommended it to friends and buy the 40l bag- even more economical. I wouldn't buy any other brand.

It's a very good cat litter, clumps well, and doesn't smell too much but the litter does spread around, which is a bit annoying.

We started using Oko Plus as it was recommended by our breeder, and we now recommend it to other people! My cat feels happy and comfortable using the litter, we've had no accidents and there's minimal smell. It takes seconds to scoop out as it clumps up so well and it lasts for ages before needing changing. Satisfied customers A+

This has been a firm favourite of mine for years now. Excellent value for money when buying the large bags. Great odour control, easy to scoop out the clumps. The only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the tracking (but with a litter mat outside the tray the worst of it gets caught). The "Gold" version of this litter doesn't track as much- but is more expensive (and I don't think worth the extra money).

This is an excellent product, being a sterer of kittens or a charity one needs a good quality litter. It is soft on paws, economical and cats love it

This is the only litter I use, although we have tried wheat- and corn-based litters. We have a Maine Coon and a Ragdoll, and unfortunately there is always a bit of tracking, but I believe this happens with any other litter as well. Cat's Best is very economical and super regarding odour control. Will definitely stay with this product.

I bought this for first time a while ago after I saw some good comments about it on a forum and I have no regrets. The bag is huge and difficult to store, but it's good value. In the beginning the tracking was really bad, but then I decided to buy a mat for the tray and it works wonders. This litter works perfectly, it clumps up when it gets damp, it's super easy to remove, and you don't need to use a whole lot of it! I calculate this bag will last me for about 8 months, having a small sized cat. I definetly recommend it.

I run a 12 pen cattery and have used this product for the last two years. It is excellent in every way. Not only does it perform 100% as a litter, some of my waste is used in composting so saving me space in my trade waste disposal bin. I would recommend this to all cat owners. I order from Zooplus and it is usually delivered within 2 - 3 days which is excellent service.

I have always used a clay clumping cat litter, but when I adopted two rescue kittens and the one started sneezing, I changed to to Cats Best and the sneezing stopped. Fantastic litter, no smells, easily disposed of, the cats like it, can't fault it. And so much better for my babies ... :)

Love the way this cat litter clumps and can be put down the toilet. Great that it controls odour but tracks but laminate flooring is so easy to sweep so I don't mind, my cats are indoor cats and happy now that I don't have to change the litter trays every week like before.
