Oh dear. I’d successfully fed my cats Wild Freedom Pure Chicken for years. An extra cat joins the household and I decided to economise by buying the 400g tins as they’re better value. However, my older cat won’t touch it and the younger one “buries” the food into the floor then maybe eats a little a few hours later. I’m throwing so much food away it’s heartbreaking. Meanwhile I’m left scrabbling away trying to find meat they will eat. What’s happened? A new recipe?

None of my 4 cats liked this food. Either of the flavours ended up throwing it away as opened all flavours over couple of days Very dissapointed in this food.

They appear to have changed the texture of the food without warning and now several of my cats hate the food they have loved for years. Absolute joke.

I really wanted my cats to love this food. They ate the first can of cold river, but wouldn’t l eat the other flavours. When I tempted them by adding sprinkles they vomited it back up. The food smelt of cheap dog food and had lots of added jelly. The meat chunks looked processed. I’ve switched to Katkin: double the price but quality food and no waste.
