Really good meat percentage! And very affordable for my cat to add to his rotation, he loves it!

I typically buy this more as a treat for when I have the money as it is quite expensive for me but every time my cats have loved it! Great meat content and seems to be good quality meat, quite a soft pate as well! No off putting smell either! My fussy boy scoffs this down whenever we have it as well as my two girls who aren't as fussy... But it still counts!

Our cats was hesitating first but cats usually suspicious of new food so we slowly mixed it in their normal food and now they love it.

Our breeder used this brand. I continued mainly on kitten tins and occasionally single protein cans. Now there was a situation when she was not keen on eating it but I realised that this was because it was to cold ( I keep open cans in fridge ) started adding some warm water to make it room temperature. No issues anymore eats every bit, further more I don’t need to worry about his ration. All in all great value for quality.

My cats go crazy for this food, they absolutely love it! Really high meat content, top quality, looks and smells good even to me. All the best ingredients without any of the nasty stuff found in commercial cat food.

My two hated this at first but after some persistence they now wolf it down and will eat an entire can in one sitting (Maine coons have big appetites!). I like that it's made mostly of meat and there's no soya or grain in it, it's much better suited to a cats digestive system and its very moist so keeps them hydrated.

This flavour is my cats' favouriate and it is good of value for such big size. Cranberry could be good for their urine tracts too, although the quality and content of meat is not the best of other canned food( like catz and wildfreedom), it is still good.

My maine coon kitten (16 weeks) loves MACs wet food. Our breeder had her on this initially and I've continued it now she's in her forever home, and she still runs to her dish when she sees me putting it down. I would like to see the Kitten food available in more flavour varieties, especially since there is such a good range in the Adult cat selection. My only concern is my kitten gets bored eating the same everyday and might eventually go off it...

My cat loves this food, there are never any leftovers in the bowl. The high meat content and quality is obvious as soon as you open the tin. I am happy and my cat is very happy too.

I have an older cat who is very fussy and she lived the salmon and chicken version. My othee cat did too. So good that they left absolutely nothing! The bonus was also neither asked for food a few hours later which is what they constantly do with pouches so it filled them ip. Will defo be buying more.

People’s cats must be really fussy because my 7 month Bengal was eating Lidl food but as soon as she came to my house I have her this and she loves it , not even mentioning the amazing ingredients. She is healthy and happy as well as this he also eats feringa and animoda and it’s amazing , if you want your cat to eat well give it this food , not all cat may like it but it’s amazing quality and you shouldn’t be fooled by the negative comments . When my cat is happy I am .

I've tried two different Mac's flavours with my extremely fussy Ragdoll first one was great til they changed the recipe, she would touch it. It took me days to wean her onto the cranberry and poultry one. Low and behold they've changed that too, it's much darker in colour, it's an absolute nightmare dealing with a fussy cat. Please keep the recipe consistent!

After trying a lot of different brands macs seems to be the perfect food. My cats love it and I noticed the smaller cats grew and they have healthier, thicker hair. The food doesn’t smell like other brands since it contains so much meat. Btw, I read a lot of reviews where people give 1 star just because their cats don’t like it. It’s cats choice but doesn’t mean food is bad!

My bengal is very fussy but not today. She is a huge fan of the chicken and cranberry food and seemed very content after her dinner. Good price for a fine product.

This stuff smells almost like corned beef, it has real chunks of meat in it and I won't lie, it made ME feel hungry. Sadly my biscuit loving cat is not that keen on it - and the other has renal failure and can't have it but keeps trying to get at it. I would say give it a go for sure, the price is great!

Read this was one of the best brands on the market so gave it a whirl when I saw zooplus stocked it. Cats love it and its a good price too. Now a regular buy.

My two cats love this brand. One of them takes a while to take to new food, but not Macs. Clean bowls every time. Very impressed with the quality and price. Highly recommended.

We are totally satisfied with Macs Kitten, our kittens (Ragdolls) love it! The texture is quite dry after being in the fridge, but if you add 1-2 spoonfuls of water, it’s just right again. Great value for money!

Best tolerated by sensitive stomachs My 12-year-old Ragdoll tomcat is very sensitive. Even compared to many other high-quality grain-free brands, this food is the best. Also recommended with hearts. Most importantly, he actually eats it. I would love to have a senior wet food option. The only thing that bothers me is that there’s no information about magnesium and phosphorus. Or maybe I missed something.

I ordered the adult one to try it out, and he’s so delighted that he licks the bowl clean!!! My boy prefers pâté-style food, and the adult version, unlike the kitten one, is much more finely blended.

My tomcat really likes eating Mac food. Varieties that aren’t well received: - Rabbit, turkey, beef unfortunately no longer – in my last order the food smelled a bit “burnt” - Whole chicken hearts: The number of hearts has gone down quite a lot, so you hardly find any in the tin. My cat likes the taste, but without enough hearts it doesn’t fill him up. I’d love to see more combination options for the combo packs.

MAC’s is the food we trust and it’s our two cats’ favourite. Over time, we’ve tried almost all the varieties. There are some they don’t like so much (Poultry Cranberry, Chicken Hearts), some are okay (Duck Turkey Chicken, Salmon Chicken). But there are also plenty of flavours that get completely devoured every time (Duck Rabbit Beef, Lamb Turkey, Veal Turkey, Turkey Beef Blueberries, Beef Hearts). The value for money is great – we buy it again and again!

My cat really likes this food. I’ve been ordering it for two years. I started ordering it for my grandpa’s cat too, and he liked it as well. The other flavours are also worth recommending, it just depends on what your kitty likes :)

...sometimes they lick the bowl clean, other times they won’t touch it all day (or one eats and the other goes on a hunger strike). But ever since I found flavours that both of them like, I haven’t had any problems. I tried more expensive foods with good ingredients, but Mac’s wins when it comes to value for money and, most importantly, how much they actually eat it (less food ends up in the bin). I’d just recommend buying the 400g tins instead of the 800g ones, because by the second or third day the food loses its freshness and even their favourite flavour stops being eaten.

At first, the kitten was reluctant to eat – he had to get used to the firmer texture compared to foods from other brands. But now he eats with appetite and gets full faster – the food lasts longer. Personally, I add a bit of water to it so its moisture content is similar to other foods I give alternately.
