Terms and Conditions for Subscribe & Save

The zooplus Subscribe & Save service (henceforth “the service”) between the customer and zooplus AG (“zooplus”) is subject to the following terms and conditions valid at the time of registration. Our general terms and conditions and data protection policy also apply.

  • 1. Eligibility and Contract

    The offer is available to all registered www.zooplus.co.uk customers of an age at which they are capable of entering into legal transactions. Eligible customers are required to have a UK delivery address.

    The service allows you to set up regular orders for certain articles, at intervals that you can select, without needing to make repeat orders manually. You can set up your subscription with the help of our Customer Service Team, either over the phone or via our contact page. All that you need to do is provide your customer details, the details of the item(s) that you would like to order, the quantity for each item and your desired delivery frequency.

    Each order under the service represents an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. The contract with zooplus is only concluded when zooplus ships the ordered products to you, the customer, and confirms their dispatch with a further e-mail (shipping confirmation). Around 5 days prior to your next subscription order being processed for dispatch, we will send you a reminder email confirming receipt and details of the order. This email will also allow you to amend or cancel your order.
