I ordered the grapevine for my desert gerbils and am very satisfied with the product. Whether for climbing in the play area or under the bedding, the grapevine is very well received by my gerbils. Under the bedding at the bottom of the cage, it gives the dug tunnels great stability. The metal clips are indeed difficult to remove. I was only able to partially pull them out with pliers, but then filed down the remaining ends with a file.

The branch wasn’t smooth at all like in the picture or in other peoples pictures. It had loads of bits of peeling bark that I had to peel off. Will also have to sand myself. As well as that there are lots of cracks that I’m worried my hamster may get her feet stuck in!

Doesn't get used as often as it did at the beginning, but it's a lovely eye-catcher!!

Ordered two and one showed up fine but the other had started to break during its travels.

Not what I expected really with sand blasted I excepted them to be smooth but in reality they are just split sticks I could I picked from the woods!

We got a really nice piece that fits perfectly in our nagarium. The staples weren’t a problem either, since I was already prepared for them thanks to the reviews and handled everything carefully. I don’t find it particularly nice or practical either. A rubber band could do the job just as well.

I ordered small but received large, but I'm not complaining! A bit fell off in the post but I can understand why because there was no wrapping to protect it. I would recommend it though.

The grapevine looks fantastic. Great quality and perfect for the rats to climb around on. But beware: the label is stapled to the vine with a large staple, and when removing it, part of it broke off, making it quite tricky to get it out. Otherwise, brilliant!

I have always had good experiences with Zooplus and was thrilled with the beautiful grapevine. Unfortunately, the excitement didn’t last long when I noticed small piles of wood dust forming under the vine. Luckily, my terrarium wasn’t inhabited yet, so I spotted it in time and was able to dispose of it; otherwise, all my equipment would have been infested. Such a shame! Please pay closer attention to parasite infestations in the future.

The grapevine is loved by my mice. They often climb over it and enjoy hiding behind or underneath it. Its natural shape also makes it look really nice in the enclosure.

My hamsters love to climb on this, and it really helps bring their German inspired cage themed together!

All in all, a really great product. Just as described, it provides the animals with a lovely piece of nature to nibble on and climb. However, there urgently needs to be an alternative to the staples used to attach the product label. These are almost inseparably connected to the product and are barely removable even with pliers. If you do manage to grab them, they break off quickly, meaning the affected area in the wood has to be removed with a saw and a Dremel.

My budgies have so much fun with it. Very easy to clean... really lovely...

Super, my rats love them! I use them to connect the levels – just brilliant.

I have purchased two of these now: one for my (now passed) Roborovskis and the other for my Syrian. They add interest to the cage, and the hamsters seem to enjoy them, especially when combined with other branches, tunnels, and hides. One of my Roborovskis decided to make his little nest beneath it, and my Syrian enjoys chewing it or sitting beneath it to clean.

I got it and it was really great, fits perfectly in the cage. Top quality!! Even the clips were easy to take off.

I am more than satisfied, including with the delivery, very quick and reliable.

I bought it for my rats, and they love nibbling on it and climbing all over it. I'm very satisfied.

Absolutely delighted with this branch. It’s huge and my original idea of using it outside cage has now changed and is now inside cage. I put a small hook at each end to attach to bars just to keep it secure. The cage is all ready and set up for it’s new occupant, a cockatiel and will upload a picture once the bird is settled
