The vine is very beautiful in itself, but larger than expected. I would have loved to put it in my dwarf hamster's enclosure, but unfortunately, one of the silly clips broke, so I can no longer remove it. So please, dear manufacturers, come up with a different way to attach your labels. I would also wish for a smaller version.

The product arrived undamaged but doesn’t look as nice as it does in the picture. Since it’s a natural product, this isn’t a big deal for me.

I ordered small but received large, but I'm not complaining! A bit fell off in the post but I can understand why because there was no wrapping to protect it. I would recommend it though.

The grapevine looks fantastic. Great quality and perfect for the rats to climb around on. But beware: the label is stapled to the vine with a large staple, and when removing it, part of it broke off, making it quite tricky to get it out. Otherwise, brilliant!

We were lucky – the vine we received for our runners to nibble on and climb is very nice. And yes, a natural product will NEVER look 100% like the example picture. Removing the staples from the product label was a bit tricky, but with pliers, it was hardly a problem. We’re satisfied!!

Overall, a really good product, nice and large with a curved design. However, the small product label doesn’t need to be stapled on... It’s very hard to remove, hence one point deducted.

The grapevine looks really great and the price is affordable, but then there's the issue with the staples... One came out easily, but the other was a real hassle! It broke off and I only managed to get it out with a lot of effort in the end. That's why one star less! Who on earth came up with this???

I ordered 2, but unfortunately, I received 2 smaller ones. Sadly, there's no option to specify which size you need. However, since it's a natural product, I don't want to complain! My rats love climbing/playing with them, so it's really great. I haven't found the vines cheaper anywhere else!!! However, I do have to agree with the criticism about the annoying brackets! They are REALLY hard to remove. They don't make much sense either, as the label could easily be attached with a string or something similar!

I ordered it twice – the first one was huge and is now being used as a decorative item. Then I ordered a second one, which luckily was a bit smaller. My three budgies haven’t paid much attention to the vine so far, but I’ll take it out of the cage again and attach it on top. That way, they’ll have more space inside and a nice perch outside. But the thing with the tack needle is really nonsense! Two came out fine, but two broke! A little ribbon would have done the trick!

The vine itself is great. I got a very nice, large and branched vine. But as many before me have already said, the tag is stapled on, and that almost drove me to despair! The first staple came out easily. The second was a nightmare, and without a knife and a bit of force, I wouldn’t have been able to remove it. That’s why I’m deducting one star. Just fix it with a piece of string or a household rubber band instead of stapling it...

My mice love climbing around on the vine. Absolutely perfect. Points deducted for those lousy staple nails in the wood used to attach the sign. Couldn't a ribbon do the job?!

The size of the vine is fine, but it's a bit tricky to remove the staples. On top of that, it's not as nicely branched as shown in the picture. Visually, it doesn't really convince me, but my degus seem to like it quite a bit.

I bought the root for my pet mice, and they absolutely love it ;D They climb on it a lot and really enjoy it. It’s also a great eye-catcher and looks beautifully natural :) However, I did find it a bit pricey, so I’m only giving it 4 stars.

The root is really great! Looks good and is definitely an eye-catcher! Only the price could be lowered a bit ;-)
