We often had issues with diarrhoea, but not anymore since switching to this food. However, as already mentioned, the stool is extremely dry, sometimes crumbling when passed, and really rock-hard. We can counteract this a bit by soaking the food in water. Both dogs now go up to four times a day, and our little one even has to go out at night, which never used to happen—she normally sleeps through. I'm torn about whether to stick with this food in the long term.

MY CHOCLATE LAB HAS BEEN ON THIS FOOD FOR MANY YEARS, BUT SINCE THE FORMAL AS CHANGED SHE IS VERY THIRSTY AND HER COAT HAS GONE DULL, READING REVIEWS OTHER DOG OWNERS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM SO GOING TO CHANGE TO SEE IF SHES ANYBETTER.NOT ZOOPLUS FAULT

My lab was overweight so vet recommended this food,bought from zooplus as cheapest by far. When totally weaned off his old food my boy was being sick 2-3 hrs after eating not good! Spoke to the vet said it could be the amount of protein as it's far too rich for him,apparently this happens quite a lot with this food!!so have found one high in fibre but so much lower in protein and he's happy on it,gave 3 stars as he has lost weight but wether that's down to bring sick after every meal??

Our shepherd mix has been eating the diet food for a week now because she needs to lose weight due to a heart defect. She absolutely loves the taste, but the effects are quite challenging. Previously, she would go to the toilet three times a day, but now it’s at least five times a day, and she’s already woken us up twice during the night to take care of her urgent needs. It’s not diarrhoea, just more frequent and larger amounts. The vet says it’s due to the adjustment, but I really hope it settles down soon.

I've had my lab and rottweiler on this food for over 6 months and they have only lost about a kg each.this is despite upping their excerise. I've noticed their coats have gone dull and seems an excess of dandruff caused by dry skin.
