Other review sites show this food to be up with the really expensive high quality foods but at the middle of the range market price. Was feeding my dog Acana and he was never particularly interested in it at all, moved to this which is basically rated as the same quality at half the price and he loves every mealtime now. He even enjoys the pellets as treats over anything else. I wouldn’t feed him something I wouldn’t eat so I tried it and it’s quite nice, especially with beer. German Quality!!!!

I have 8 dogs. 6 small breed and 2 medium breed. They all love this. Don't be put off by the packaging as I was at first. It's a cold pressed food and I buy the mini for small breed . Although they eat the bigger kibble as Well. First dried dog food that all my dogs like and I have a fussy doodle who eats it no bother.

Its just so amazing compared to other dried dog food, & behaviour & bowels much healthier too with this. Even dogs that don't like dried biscuits will try to snaffle this off my dogs. Its not as "drying" as other brands because of the method of manufacturer. Don't ever stop stocking it please!

My dog absolutely loves it, people always comment on her shiny coat and healthy appearance and it's down to this food. Rated highly on allaboutdogfood for nutrition and ingredients and still good value for money. It's a change for dogs if they've been on something filled with cereals before but stick with it and you'll see the benefits. Wouldn't give my girl anything else now.

I have a Parson Russell terrier who has never been interested in her food until I gave her small kibble Marcus Muhle. Now she can't wait for mealtimes and is so eager for the food I even give it as treats!

I was on the search for dry food for our rescue greyhound two years ago and discovered Markus Mühle at Zooplus. Our greyhound is in excellent condition and is not interested in other dog foods I tried over the years. Greyhounds tend to have loose stool but this has improved significantly since she is on this food. We only add on occasion chopped up apple, carrot or a spoon of oats (makes her coat denser) to her meals and there is never anything left.

Marcus Muhle is by far the best dry dog food you can buy for the money. Most kibble is cooked at 600 degrees so many nutrients go up in smoke , Marcus Muhle is cold pressed so all the goodness is preserved. My three Lab's & Hungarian Vizsla love Marcus Muhle, they are all lean with shiny coats, their stool's are small & firm so easy to pick up. Please note that the pieces are large which is intentional to make the dog chew their food so small dogs may struggle. 5* German Quality!

Following on from my previous reviews of January 2013 & Jan 2017, I am STILL convinced this is the best dry food.I currently have 3 dogs on it.My Toy Cockapoo has never looked back since starting on this 4 years ago when she'd had runny bloody stools.All dogs are in super health, shiny coats and boundless energy.My tiny Cockapoo manages the size of the food no problem, and my Collie x Cavalier and huge bouncy Cocker also love it.The excitement at food time says it all !

Have been using MM for nearly 4 years and wouldn't dream of feeding anything else. The dogs love it, they are in great condition (they have to be as Agility dogs), their weight is stable, stools are firm. The pieces of food are large but I can't see why some people find this a problem. Dogs have teeth and strong jaws even the little ones. When I am using the food as rewards it is relatively easy to break it into smaller pieces to make the rewards go further. Aslo the price is amazing.

Seems to be working wonders on my stress-head terrier who has food related skin allergies, and is very lean. He has put on weight in just 6 weeks of feeding, and no skin issues so far, my other terrier is prone to weight gain, and has a sensitive stomach, but so far so good. They love it, especially damped down with hot water. Seems to fill them up for longer too. Have just reordered, very pleased so far,

My labrador has a very sensitive digestion, everything the vet suggested went straight through him including James Wellbeloved (which I had used for a previous goldie) and the Hills Sensitive. I did research and found Markus Muhle so gave it a try, I feed him four times a day, twice with chopped apple and he is fine now. I know this sounds extreme but it works so no chance I will change it. The four meals are so that he doesn't have time to build up an acid stomach. It works for him and me.

I have used this food for a few years now for all my Labs and they have done very on it. I liked the fact that is doesn't swell in their tummy as it is cold pressed. It is non greasy to the touch too so doesn't make my coat pocket greasy when I use it as treats.

I switched to Markus Muhle 2 years ago when I inherited my fathers Labrador. I also feed it to my Springer spaniel and cocker spaniel. It is excellent food and gives my dogs shiny coats. Also produces firm stools. They love it. I always add water before feeding.

I've been feeding this to my working dog for a few years now. It is good value and good quality. I will only feed cold pressed or raw an this offers the best value of all cold pressed available.

My cocker (13kg) was struggling to eat it as chunks were to big for her. Food doesn't last long after opening (cant remember on top of my head exact) which I guess its a good sign of not being stuffed with preservatives.

I wrote a review on Jan 2013 about my cavalier with hear trouble. Well just to say he lived another 18 months in excellent health which I put down to MM.My vet was amazed. He came off meds which had made him worse and lived a healthy life for the next 18 months when he eventually succumbed.He did far better on MM than our previous Cavalier did on meds (he only lasted 6 months). I still have my cavapoo who is extremely healthy (she'd previously had continuous tummy problems ) .

We have a 1 year old Rottweiler who absolutely loves this food. She's just had her annual vet check - the vet was interested in what food she's on because of her excellent condition!

We have been feeding our 18 month old Hungarian Vizsla this food for the last 12 months after researching the best nutritious dog food that is suitable to dogs prone to digestive issues or allergies. We wanted a cold pressed food with plenty of nutritional goodness, . After reading many positive reviews we settled with this dog food and our Vizsla loves it ... we try and buy it when it's on offer but this food lasts longer than other dry dog foods due to the size of the kibble ... We choose to mix this food with a small amount of warm water as our dog prefers it ... this does seem to also help with any excess drinking .. he often doesn't go for a drink at all during the evening... I have seen reviews where some dog owners say they are unhappy how much water the dogs drink on this food but if given dry as many do this will defiantly increase the amount of water consumed other reviews comment on certain reactions ... but we have to remember that dogs as humans don't all agree with all the same foods and don't have all the same likes ... however in our opinion this food is super ... digests easily and helps maintain a lovely coat and fresh breath with firm stools ... always a bonus !!

We switched our Cocker Spaniel onto this food from Orijen and we're so happy with the results. Firmer stools, lovely soft coat and a great price. The large biscuits mean that he can't gulp his food anymore as he actually has to chew the biscuits until they're small enough to swallow. We've also noticed a real difference in his behaviour - he's much calmer than he used to be. Not sure if this is a coincidence, but we noticed this change in behaviour a few days after changing his food to this.

All through her pregnancy and up to weaning everyone has commented on my bitches appearance. She had a healthy condition and the most amazing coat, even her chest shines, MM suits her and she loves it without any issues at all

My dog usually has no problems with kibble and adapts really well to changes, but he can't tolerate this one and ends up vomiting.

I've been feeding my dog MM food for about 2 years now and he really likes the big chunks and the taste. His stools have always been firm. With the latest large pack, I've noticed his stools are noticeably softer and the food also looks a bit coarser and shinier... was there a change in the recipe? Delivery is reliable. Great value for money!

We’ve had it really good before.

She ate them right away, she really likes the taste. I have a German Shepherd mix. Her digestion is very good. Bowel movements are good too. For a medium-sized dog, the kibble is great, as it’s quite big and firm. I wouldn’t recommend buying large bags. I bought them before and when she got bored of them, I just put them aside for a while before going back to them.

It's important that he gets to chew properly and use his teeth. At the same time, he's getting the purest ingredients.

The value for money is really good.

Since my dog comes from abroad, I couldn’t continue with his usual food because it’s not available here. Tried different brands – never firm stools and even an anal gland infection, which led to him biting and scratching his tail and thigh until they were bloody. Switched to MM and now his stools are just right, his coat is shiny, and he’s lively. WE’RE STICKING WITH IT

The dogs love it and their digestion is spot on.

My dog usually has Purizon. We decided to try something different this time and switched to this one, and he absolutely loves it!
