Our very sensitive-tummied border collie has been on this food for years and all was well however the last few batches have caused him to have bouts of diarrhoea. On checking the ingredients it appears that the recipe has changed. Also on a few occasions I have found the odd piece of kibble has traces of blue plastic (string?) embedded within it. Clearly there is a lack of due diligence in the manufacturing process. I have stopped buying this product and will have to find a better replacement.

I had my greyhound and lurcher on this for years and was doing really well on it. Late last year the greyhound started having constant loose movements. She had blood tests, wormers, giardia test, urine and fecal samples. We supplemented with kefir, probiotics sweet potato. Nothing worked. Until we changed her long standing food and suddenly she was right as rain. Retried her on the mm again and she immediately was ill.

I have concerns regarding very hard kibble, This kibble is very hard to break with your hands, So I feel that it's old stock, I have been intouch with zooplus and they are looking into this, I have had 2 deliverys and both are very hard, this kibble should easily be able to break ?

I've been using this dog food for 9 years with absolutely no problem. But the last 4 bags have caused my dogs to have extremely loose stools for a few days each time they start a new bag. We suspected it to be the food, but weren't 100%, so ensured no treats or off lead escapades for the last two "bag opens" and sure enough, the cause has been established. This latest bag has got them "****ing through the eye of a needle". No longer any consistency in production. Avoid.

We got this for our pug after a recommendation but it hasn't done much for Daisy. We found it made her sick and her mouth swelled a little, additionally she started having issues with reverse sneezing regularly which she only did very rarely previously. We stopped using after about a week, so we've got the majority of a 15kg bag to throw away. The pieces are an inconsistent size too so need breaking down for small mouths and its very dry, so water consumption doubled.

Like many I bought this dog food after reading great reviews off a dog food website. The dogs loved it but it didn’t love them! Bad wind and awful running poos then pure liquid that eventually led to accidents in the house even though it was introduced slowly. I’ve since read similar reviews elsewhere. Gutted as it was reasonably priced.

My dog could not digest this food at all. She was sick for 2 days. Not sure where all this good reviews coming from.

After reading rave reviews about this food, I bought a 15kg bag. Unfortunately within a short space of time 3 of my dogs started to bring up bile 2-3 times a day and seemed ravenous all the time, and the other dropped weight at an alarming rate. I had to feed all of them more, weight for weight, than I have any other dry food, to try to stop the weight loss and hunger. I didn't even get half way down the bag and had to go buy another different food, which resolved all the problems immediately.

be careful this has food has had really bad reviews in Germany, high calcium so very bad for puppies and was classed as not a complete food. This was tested by a independent tester and even cheap supermarket food scored better as this food. If you speak German then look at the stiftung waren test on the wed...A friend of mine who is a vet in Germany told me as well to keep my fingers away from this food.
