Easy to put together, did it on my own in about 30mins. The dog seems to love it. He's always in there when I get back from work.

The delivery was speedy but (like others) mine arrived with a cracked and split roof ridge cap (the bit that sits on top of the roof to keep the rain off). The replacement also arrived promptly but this was damaged worse than the first. Because I really like the look of (and was desperate for) the kennel and because it is for outdoors I accepted a partial refund to help toward the cost of me fixing the cracks to waterproof it. Buyer beware

Arrived with great haste!!!! Fab kennel unfortunately had to upgrade to a larger one now we have 3 jack russells!!!!! Would use site again top service! :)

Very fast delivery, set up in no time. A very lovely hut that we, sorry, set up indoors. Our dogs don’t really get the concept of a "kennel." :-) A "retreat" for our "little one." Looks great. ;-) Zooplus = Top!

The speed of delivery is excellent but the first kennel came damaged on the very part that should keep the rain off, i.e. the roof ridge. Zooplus quickly responded with an apology and dispatched second kennel. Well what a shame this one is damaged exactly like the first but slightly worse. Now waiting to hear from Zooplus how to resolve this. I don't want a third in this condition.

Hello, We already own this dog kennel in size L. We have two large dogs who have plenty of space inside. They love their kennel. However, since both of them sharpened their teeth on it as puppies, we want to part with it. It's still in great condition. The weather hasn't caused any damage either. We simply want a new, good-looking one. Now they don't chew on it anymore. The new one is meant to last forever, and it surely will.

We are so pleased with this Kennel. It arrived within a few days, was easily assembled and is very sturdy and strong. The wood is of excellent quality. Thoroughly pleased with service, product and easy assembly.

Ordered the Spike Comfort Kennel after reading the good reviews here. Mine arrived within a week but sadly was damaged in exactly the same place as cited by another reviewer.( a split along the ridge cap and broken at one end. It suggests poor packing around a vulnerable area. Amazingly, a replacement ridge cap cannot be dispatched ! I now have to wait for another entire kennel. Fingers crossed.

I had been looking for a kennel for my cat for ages but they are all so expensive but when I saw this I thought it was great value. Ordered it on a saturday and it arrived on the thursday. It came flat packed but it was very easy to put together. The kennel itself is great, really solid wood, very strong and looks really nice too. My Cat went in to it straight away and loves it. Its perfect and I am very pleased with it. I would definaltey recommend this kennel.

I am pleased with the very fast delivery. It didn’t even take a week. If the sun shines this weekend, the hut will be set up, and I’m confident that everything will go smoothly then too. After that, our puppy just needs to accept his new home :-)

The kennel was delivered very quickly and the flat pack came with full instructions to build which was really easy, and the finish and quality were really great value for money. I would recommend this site to all my friends and will be looking to see what else i can buy .

We bought the large size for our working collie - just to make sure she would have plenty of room should she want it - and it is perfect for her. I would say that the kennel would be on the snug side for a larger dog. It was really easy to assemble and appears to be dry and cosy on the inside even after some heavy showers we have been having. Very happy with our purchase!

Super quick delivery, super quick assembly, and one super happy dog. We'll only be able to test the weather resistance this winter though... But so far, the price/performance ratio is definitely spot on.

Product arrived in good time, but damaged. Replacement came quickly, but damaged in same place - ridge cap broken and split- the manufacturer needs to look at its' packaging. Awaiting the third, confidence not high.

I bought the medium version of this kennel for my border collie, and it is perfect for her. The delivery was really quick, it came flatpack but only took 5 minutes to put together. Excellent buy, fully recommend this, great value for money
