The speed of delivery is excellent but the first kennel came damaged on the very part that should keep the rain off, i.e. the roof ridge. Zooplus quickly responded with an apology and dispatched second kennel. Well what a shame this one is damaged exactly like the first but slightly worse. Now waiting to hear from Zooplus how to resolve this. I don't want a third in this condition.

Product arrived in good time, but damaged. Replacement came quickly, but damaged in same place - ridge cap broken and split- the manufacturer needs to look at its' packaging. Awaiting the third, confidence not high.

Scam. They advertise it as an insulated dog house, but there are 3-5 mm gaps between the floorboards, and neither the side walls nor the roof are insulated. You can screw a heat shield onto the entrance, but that doesn’t make the house insulated. The dimensions shown aren’t the usable ones—it’s much smaller than advertised. For dogs where the ridge height is suitable, the low side walls mean they can’t turn around, and for those where the side wall height is right, they can’t keep warm because of the ridge height.

Unfortunately, it's thin and made from a material that isn't insulating. If you're thinking of keeping your dog outside, this kennel won't do unless you make some modifications to improve your pet's thermal comfort. It's easy to assemble, but I had some trouble with the floor of the kennel—it needs something extra to stay in place properly. The instructions show something, but in reality, the floor sags in the middle. I don't recommend it.
