If you're not very careful, you can injure your pet with it. The prongs are extremely sharp, and I cut my finger quite deeply with them.

I used the grooming brush on my Elo, He's used to brushes, but this one really hurt him despite careful handling. You can remove a lot of undercoat with it – but a regular dog comb and parting the fur are much more comfortable for the dog. My neighbour's Akita female couldn't stand the brush either.

My dog is long-haired. You can't even get into the fur with the brush. Taking it strand by strand is also very difficult. If you want to remove knots, I can only recommend the detangler from Bernina. It easily gets into the fur and quickly cuts out the knots without hurting the dog.

The grooming brush didn’t work at all for our Labrador lady. I’m still giving 2 stars because at least it managed to get something out of our tomcat.
