I breed Burmese so plenty Vet visits! Additionally, my girls very much dislike being enclosed in hard sided carriers on long journeys to shows or stud but have no complaints in these. Being collapsible they're also very easy to store and defy escape attempts. Replacing the two I bought over a decade ago and pleased to say the material is much thicker and more robust than previously. Friend also bought these for her two Chihuahuas, for containing them in the car, so great for small dogs too.

I can only praise this carrier bag for cats. I have two very large Persian cats (1 male, 1 female, the male weighs 8.5 kg and the female 7.5 kg). The load is 12 kg. Nothing has ever happened. Brilliant bag for the price – simply top-notch!!

This is my second bag; the first one has been in use for years. I can't stress this enough: don't immediately close the net. It's always the same mistake owners make—place a cushion or blanket inside and leave it open. After a few weeks, when the cat feels comfortable, close the flap and carry it around the flat for a bit. Then set it down, open it, and reward with treats. I have a cat who still won't let herself be touched after 14 months, but she now willingly goes into the bag. Nele does it on her own now.

We now use several of these bags for flying our rescue dogs to their new homes. They might be too large for some airlines, but most aren’t too strict about it, and you can easily send them back along with the larger crates afterwards. Absolutely great value for money!

Don't know why people are saying it isn't strong enough for their 6kg cat. it has been used multiple times by my male maine coon that weighs 9kg. it has not bent. who would use the shoulder strap to carry a cat anyway? improper use is what breaks things!

After my little tomcat dismantled his plastic carrier, I had to come up with something, and this transport bag was just perfect! There's nothing he can break out of or hurt himself on, and he's already accepted it—he's even using it as a den here at home.

For my Parson Jack Russell Terrier, who has really long legs, it's perfectly adequate. He has plenty of space when curled up. Standing up is awkward, but he’s not supposed to do that all the time anyway. I bought the bag for train journeys and short flights. It gives a sturdy impression. However, it’s not meant for carrying him around, but rather for keeping him safely "secured" during the journey/flight.

My young Yorkshire Terrier mix fits perfectly inside and has plenty of space, even with the small size. The extra compartment for storing things is really practical too. Honestly, great value for the price.

I decided to go for the bag from Trixi and haven’t regretted it. It’s perfect for trips to the vet. At home, the dog also lies in it like it’s a little den when she wants some peace and quiet. I would definitely buy the bag again.

I bought the bag for each of my two fully grown British Shorthair cats and I’m very satisfied. I was worried it might not be sturdy enough, but that’s not the case – both of my cats weigh between 5 and 6 kg. The bag can be opened from the top and the side, just as described, and it has a compartment for documents, medication, etc. – perfect for visits to the vet.

I use this bag for taking my cats to the vet. Even the slightly "grumpy" tomcats can be treated by the vet from above without any issues.

The bag is suitable for dogs weighing up to 4 kilos with a low shoulder height. Anything else would be uncomfortable for the animal.

Very good value for money! The bag offers plenty of space for vet visits, etc. (large British Shorthair tomcat weighing 7 kilos). Despite some negative comments, I ordered two and don’t regret it :)
