Not suitable for cats
Unfortunately, the bag is unstable, at least for my cats, who weigh no more than 4 kg. A simple nudge with their nose is enough to open the zip. Not ideal when you're alone in the car with your cat.

Suitable for kittens
At first, I was totally thrilled. The bag looked great, was lightweight, and it was super easy to transport the cats. Now that both of them are six months old, however, they've managed to tear the mesh and ended up climbing around the car during the drive. For kittens, the bag is fantastic, but as soon as the cats get bigger, unfortunately, it's absolutely unsuitable.

Needs better quality control
We bought this to replace one of the hard plastic carriers. At first it was great – our cat had more room to move and it was certainly easier to carry. However, once we were nearly home the metal loop holding the shoulder strap failed and the bag, containing cat, nearly fell. On getting it home we found that the metal loops on both sides were bent out of shape. Our cat is within the weight range recommended for the bag. If you buy this product maybe don't use the shoulder strap, or be v careful.

Not tall enough
Although the quality of the product is excellent and good value for money, my cat hated the fact he could not stand up in it and became very distressed at having to virtually lie still when I placed him in it. He is an active cat who likes to move around. I currently have a large solid carrier which he is happy with but I wanted the convenience of one I could fold up when not in use.

My cat got out of it in the car
The zip on the top does not go all the way round and at one end of the bag there are gaps either side of the catch that holds it closed. Once the cat has figured out these gaps are there i pushes it with its head and then can get out quite easily. I will not buy another that is of this poor quality. Not ideal when transporting in a car when the cat gets out

Unfortunately, not very sturdy.
I got the bag for my little puppy. Even before he was inside, the ultra-thin bottom panel broke. Just from carefully placing him in... For now, I’m using it as a sleeping den during the early days, but it feels too unsafe for transport...

"...up to 10kg weight"
... I think that's just a rumour. I carried a 7kg puppy on the shoulder strap for a quarter of an hour. The metal bracket where the shoulder strap is attached bent open, and the bag along with the dog almost crashed to the ground.
Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied.

Unfortunately, broke far too quickly.
The bag itself is a great alternative to a transport box, and my two indoor cats love it too, but unfortunately, it broke far too quickly. The wire strands have poked through on the sides, which poses a safety risk for my cats due to the danger of eye injuries. The stability also leaves much to be desired. I agree with the opinions of previous reviewers that there is still significant room for improvement on the manufacturer's part.

Metal rods!!!!!!
Well, if the metal rods didn’t constantly poke through the fabric (I’ve already had three of these bags!!), the bag would definitely have gotten 5 stars, but not like this. I was only able to use each bag 2-4 times, and I didn’t overload them.
