My cats love this - they used it straight away, though they only like one side of it! I have tried turning it over but then they leave it alone!! My one complaint is that it is very messy as they are shredding it rather quickly.

We bought two of these to add to our collection of scratching surfaces and our cats absolutely love them. The shape is good and they like to relax on them and one of our cats really enjoys getting her paws under the wave and kicking and scratching both sides. I did not imagine they would have so much fun with them. And they are a great price compared to some other brands.

I bought two of these as one of my two cats is a big boy, I should have bought four though as both my cats love it! They share/fight sitting and scratching it, I never thought they'd love it as much as they do- most successful thing I've bought them since my last purchase from this website, the banana leaf car tree!

My cat never took any notice of scratching posts/mats before but she loves this one. Yes it does make a lot of mess at first and I had to put it on a mat and vacuum regularly but it saves her scratching the furniture and it has lasted ages and does not make a mess any more, probably I need to get her a new one!! She loved it so much she slept on it at one point!

My cat ignored this for a few weeks even after adding the catnip supplied. I persevered and added more catnip, my cat suddenly caught on and now loves it! It's solid and is a good size for her without it taking over the room like some scratch posts. Would've given 5 stars if it wasn't as messy, though this is a minor downside (quick vacuum and it's sorted).

My cats love these, they are very popular and stop them trying to scratch the carpet. They do make a little bit of mess, but a quick hoover up and its all sorted. I have several of these and replace them, when they get worn. Well worth the money. This one is brilliant as its a good size even for a larger cat, such as a Birman.

Bought this incase our two new little boys started ripping up the floor in our rented flat... Needless to say they haven't even looked at the carpet! This isn't the best looking product, it's basically rough cardboard.. But both the kitties love it! Literally can't get enough! So pleased with this, and luckily it's cheap because I have a feeling my boys will destroy it within a month!

I got this as even though my spoilt Bengal cross has 3, yes 3!! celing cat trees to satiate her love of climbing, with plenty of vertical scratch posts, she was still having a go on my carpet! I just bought one of these horizontal jobbies and placed over he scatching spot, and hey presto! She scratches it, sits on it, beats it up, she has a whale of a time lol

We got this as our cheeky little Siberian kitten took a fancy to one particular corner of the living room carpet. This scratch pad was the perfect solution and she absolutely loves it. She often likes to have a little snooze on it also. It has completely stopped her scratching the carpet now and it's also really long-lasting. Great little product.

all my cats love it and pull it to shreds. I sprinkle a little catnip over it.... should see them going at it.

My Snoopy loves her new scratch box :) She sits and lies on it all the time when I am downstairs with her (she has an alternative one upstairs) and as soon as she is let into the house, she runs over and uses it and then sits on it! For the price it is fantastic and my kitty loves it!

My aby boy does not like sisal & it has become difficult to find the type of scratching post he likes. I decided to try this scratcher, mainly because the reviews were so good and the price reasonable. When it arrived I was a bit doubtful because it looked rather light/flimsy. I positioned it where he often scratched the carpet & before long he was using it. I pretend not to notice him because, for some strange reason, if I praise him he stops stropping on it. I was concerned that if the catnip slipped through to the carpet that he'd attack the carpet so I haven't used the catnip. I'm really pleased with the cratcher & will buy another when this one begins to looked used.

I was dubious about my cat bothering with this scratching pad, as he has been using my stair carpet to manicure his nails! Right down to the underlay! But the reviews looked promising so I went ahead and bought one. Both he and I are delighted! He loves it! He started using it straight away. I bought the cat nip spray to use on it instead of the loose stuff and it works well. Only problem I have, is that it sounds incredibly loud at 3am! and wakes me up! But I will have to move it around until I find somewhere it where I can't hear it as much! All in all, delighted :)

My cats love it but after several days it's in pieces, bits of cardboard are everywhere and my cats try to eat it. Yes, it was cheap but it not worth it at all as I will have to bin it now :(

My two furry felines love this, they have a great big scratch post but used to completley ignore it and had taken to scratching a hole in the carpet and the wallpaper off the wall (just been decorated as well!). Got two of these, one for the living room and one for the hallway and has worked a treat - no more scratching carpets or wallpaper and they even use it to sleep on!

I bought this to try out for my two furry felines and they absolutely love it!! They have a big scratching post and lots to keep them occupied but no matter what time of day, 1 can usually be found sitting or scratching it. It's in our living room so in the morning when they get up with me it's the first thing they go to for a stretch :) Definitely would recommend at least one in every kitty home. If you get the right shape of product then you can turn it over and they can have double the fun.

Both cats love this scratching pad. They use it to rub their heads, sleep and scratch. On their next trip to the cattery, we plan to put it in their pen (in lieu of the larger scratching post we usually take) as it is fairly small, light and easily portable.

Took a while before my cats know what this was. But after a generous sprinkle of catnip they soon got the hang of it. It's great for scratching, sitting, sleeping, wearing and playing on! And take the tip to turn it over so they can scratch both side.

We have this scratch box positioned just inside a room where the cats have scratched a hole in the carpet. It's a good size and has stopped our cats from scratching the carpet further - wish we had bought it earlier!

This is my cats' favourite scratching pad and the perfect length for them to nap on. Highly recommended!
