Hill's Science Plan Perfect Weight Adult 1+ with Chicken

My cat suddenly refused to eat this food , I don’t know why. For me this food smells good and looks great. I’ve tried to put some other food on the top but still haven’t touched I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion as part of a Home Tester Club product test.

This product checks a lot of the boxes we look for for our cats - prebiotics to support digestion and nutritionally designed to support and help cats maintain a healthy weight. The food lasts well, the recommended feeding amount for our 5kg cat is 75g. Really like the product on paper, unfortunately even after a slow transition our cat didn’t enjoy the food and often left most of the biscuits even after 2 weeks. I received this product for free as part of a Home Tester Club product test.

It’s a big bag, easy to open and also easy to reseal afterwards. Small-sized kibbles. No strong smell. My older, slightly overweight indoor cat is very picky and consistently refuses to eat the kibbles. But I suspect this is more about the cat than the kibbles! He always refuses to eat anything other than one specific brand and flavour.

I received these kibbles to try out. After using them for 3 weeks, I unfortunately haven’t noticed any difference in weight yet, maybe that will come over a longer period. The kibbles don’t have a bad smell like some others, which is nice. My cats liked them for the first few days, but they still prefer the dental kibbles, which are bigger. They don’t find the smaller kibbles as easy to eat because they’re used to the larger ones that they have to bite into pieces.

My cats really love this food, but I haven’t noticed much difference in their weight yet—maybe I need to give them the kibble for a longer period. After one bag, they haven’t lost a single gram. The cats do seem a bit hungry, but I think they just find the kibble super tasty!

They’re small kibbles which my cats ate well at first. But unfortunately, after two days they didn’t want them anymore. They sniff at them but then just ignore the kibbles. After almost a whole day without touching them, I ended up giving them their old kibbles again. Tried again a week later, but no luck. Luckily, the neighbour’s cats really enjoy them, so the bag hasn’t gone to waste.
