This litter box is appreciated for its size and functionality, accommodating even large cats comfortably. The high back and filter help control odors effectively. However, there are concerns about the door flap, which can trap cats or swing awkwardly, and the fragile clips. Despite these issues, many find it easy to assemble and versatile, with the option to use it without the lid. Overall, it's a good product at a reasonable price, with some room for design improvements.

Good Price
But ... The clips holding it together are very difficult to clip, there is no carry handle and the front opening is low to the ground so be prepared for cat litter to be everywhere ! It needs to be better designed

Great box but incomplete
This works really well, but the plastic door and filter pad that come with the corner version are NOT included with this.

Savic Nestor litter box
Had this litter box for just over a year now and very disappointed it has somehow gained a hole in the bottom of it. Also the door never hung properly so it has never actually 'closed' to keep the smells in. Bit gutted I bought it but now I need to buy a new one I won't be buying the same.

It would be great if it weren't faulty
It seems faulty. The flap should play the role of a door, however it hangs inside in the box and there is about 15cm open gap that makes the flap look not compatible.
My cat is using it, she is ok with it. But in my eyes doesn't look right.

Not great
The door nowhere near fits and it stands at rest inside the box as you can see in pic

Works ok but door doesn’t close
I bought two of these, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. No complaints about the quality. The clips are stron and sturdy yet easy to undo. Better than the sliding clips on other models. The door is my big complaint. Weird design. It hangs slightly inwards of the door frame so there is always a big gap and smells escape easily. Not much point in the carbon filter. I like the size and quality, but am now looking for an equivalent with a normal door design.

Door just doesnt look right the right way around
This has just arrived, it remains to be seen if our 3 kitties will use it - the door is a very poor fit and when I 1st put it together it didn't look right hanging inside and not 'closing' at all with a huge gap- looked on here and see I'd put it in the wrong way - now corrected but it looks so odd. The clips seem flimsy and with the bags I don't think this will last long! this is the 3rd covered litter box we have and it is certainly not the best - but then I guess we get what we pay for.

ill-fitting flap door
As one review has already stated the flap door is ill-fitting which ever way you place it! It's a shame because the actual tray and cover is excellent value. Because of the ill-fitting door my cat got stuck on the very first attempt to enter and was frantic; thus broke one of the little plastic peg on one side so that was the end of the flap. However, ZOOPLUS was most understanding and is replacing it for me and I am most grateful as I think Zooplus generally is excellent!!

Sturdy but has some design flaws
My two cats have been using this for a few months now. It is well-made and a nice deep tray but there are some things which make it more difficult for me, whilst fine for the cats. Firstly the catches are very stiff and I have arthritis in my hands, so I have to ask someone else to do them for me when the tray needs a complete clean and refill. Fortunately the flap lifts up enough to allow more frequent removal of lumps. Recently, I have actually stopped using the catches which fasten the tray to the hood because of the inconvenience and have to carry the entire tray from the base instead of being able to use the handle. Secondly, unlike other covered trays I have had, the flap (perhaps because it is designed to lift up for cleaning?) does not fit tightly into the base of the tray so the smells are not so well retained inside. All in all, despite the relative strength and durability of this tray, I would probably not buy another like it.

Nice box easy to clean, big enough for my raggie girls but
Having had this a month I am having to replace it. My Maine Coon jumped on the top of it and broke it.
It was perfect for my raggies to use, easy to clean, etc. not Maine Coon proof. :)

door doesn't close properly
I've already got a similar litter box and was going to buy the same one for my other cat but unfortunately couldn't get it anymore. So I decided to buy the Savi Nestor litter box. It's a good size, nice colour and good prize. However, I was quite disappointed that the door doesn't close properly. In fact there is quite a big gap between the lid and the door which means that it still smells. Also, the catches are quite flimsy and it's quite fiddly to get the lid onto the tray. Wouldn't buy one again.
Great service from zooplus as always though!

Door doesn't close properly
We bought two of these trays and I was disappointed that the door doesn't close properly. Because the lid is at an angle and the door hangs straight down there is an inch or two gap between the door and the lid. This allows smells to escape (one of the reasons we got a covered tray).
The trays were posted badly too (one tray on either side of 20kg of food) so one of the clips was damaged and we had to fiddle to get the tray to fit together properly.
The trays other then that are a good size and easy to clean. Probably wouldn't buy them again though.
