Broken when it came
Was excited to get this product for my cat but when it came I was disappointed of the product being damage with a big crack mark.

No longevity
We were initially impressed with these, we bought 2. After about 12 months of normal use, all the clips that secure the top to the base tray have broken off. They are still useable but not as they should be.

Nice idea but....
Assembly was straight forward. But you don't need the included carbon filter - because of the angle the flap hangs open inwards all the time allowing odours to freely escape.
Yes the opening upwards is handy but what is the point if it hangs open all the time?! Now using it outside.

Broke in less then 2months
It's good because it's big but flap pin broke off in less then 2 months. Not possible to attach the flap now. Rubbish.

Poor hooded tray
Yes, this litter tray has a hood and yes, it is accessible to quickly change litter. But no matter which way you hang the door (as other reviews) it does not seal and the stink of poop escapes instantly. Also, hanging the door the opposite way although provides a smaller gap around the edges, looks rubbish. This was a cheap buy to see if our cats would take to a hooded tray. They did, so I’ll be looking for a much better replacement that actually works for those lovely smells :-)

Door does not fit - smelly!
I wish I'd read the previous reviews more thoroughly - the door does not fit and leaves a gap which means that I am very aware when 'new deposits' have been made - stinky!
Other than that, I didn't have issues fitting it together, as other reviews have mentioned. It seems sturdy enough for the price and it is roomy.

Disappointing
I suppose you get what you pay for. The box is a good size but the different sections don’t fit together well and the door does not swing back into place. It sits slightly back and catches if you try to bring it forwards. There is also no handle for when you need to move it to clean.Ok for a first covered litter tray (my foster cat kicks her litter EVERYWHERE from her uncovered tray) but a disappointing buy.

Not very robust
Have had this about 6 months and the tray has just cracked on the base near one of the corners where there is a plastic foot. Up until now I’ve had no concerns and it had been used happily by two kittens, who also have the use of another tray, so don’t feel it has had excessive use. As other users state the door is useless and so was removed straight away.. Now buying something more robust to replace it.

Not the best quality’s
I would say it all looks good, the clips on the side are hard to use as the base it too flexible, as you try do them up you just push the base tray away. The carbon filter is not the easiest to fit and as others have suggested the door isn’t the best, it’s a little weird as it’s not fitted on delivery

cheap and flimsy
Large but very flimsy and the closure clips do not engage very well. The flap is rather pointless as it hangs inside the box without closing it.

Unfortunate
The tray itself looks good but unfortunately was broken when it arrived. Awaiting Zooplus responding to emails about this.

Wonky door meant my cat was stuck.
Pros - it's a cheap hooded cat litter tray with a carbon filter and is a reasonable size.
Cons - the side clips feel weak and we have had to remove the door as it doesn't fit properly and shuts your cat either in the cat litter tray or outside which means if you're out you then get the joy of guess where the cat toileted.

Side clips let product down
Flexible but flimsy side clips held on by a thin, easily split seam. One of mine has now split, so the top no longer attaches to the base. I can no longer lift the box by it's handle. Cannot be fixed.

Not so good
The plastic is very thin, the door is a poor fit and the catches are rubbish. Do yourself a favour and choose something else!

Not as good as it looks!
I bought this litter box due to the great reviews on Zooplus!
However, although it looks great, is easy to clean and my two Russian Blues adore it, the flap does not shut properly allowing the ODOURS to escape. A further disadvantage is that lots of litter gets kicked out from the box causing a dreadful mess.
I have discovered a better litterbox on zooplus that we the owners love and so do our cats. I would avoid this product.
