Bad design
The flap does not fit causing it to swing backwards and forwards. Clips at sides are fragile and difficult to close and will soon break. The only good thing for this product is the high back. My cat stands when she pees therefore no leaking. Decided to return it

Bad door design
I have had this box for a few weeks now and only just set it up for use today. I wish I had checked it sooner then I would have asked for a refund. The door keeps getting stuck trapping my cat inside. I have had to scrape some of the plastic off but it still awkward for her use. I would not buy this again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Savic Nestor Litter Box
Order was delayed, and when finally arrived it had a cracked hole in the bottom and is completely unusable!

Not worth the money!
Very weak material. At least make the lid (opening) close and thus fit and close properly!

Poor Quality
The litter box arrived cracked. Very flimsy material. The locking device does not fit so the lid does not stay on securely. Not a good buy at all

Absolutely Rubbish
The trays are nice quality but the clips are just pants. They dont click and stay down no matter what you do. Do not pick up by the lid as the bottom just falls off. Do not buy and waste your money.

Litter tray
I purchased this for my kitten, I've only had this since Christmas it has a crack across the bottom ,I would not recommend this item, as it's for all cats and mine is only 14 weeks old now ,so he is very light and the box doesn't get move just cleaned with soapy water tepid water 😔

Flap does not close properly
Just as another reviewer mentioned, the door does not close properly and therefore the smell escapes just as it would without the hood. Very disappointed with the product. Waste of carbon filter on top of the hood.

Damaged
This product was delivered with parts missing, door broken and clips to keep it together some worked some didin't . I have now requested a refund.

Cheap but not cheerful
Good size but that's all that's good. Very difficult to clip top to bottom. Really struggled with that. Door useless and hangs nowhere near in the closed position. Generally rubbish

Badly designed
What isn't clear from the image is the two inch or more gap between where the flap entry door hangs and the front of the litter box. This renders a carbon smell filter completely redundant! Waste of money, an open litter tray would have been much cheaper and less hassle.

Weak hinges
I liked the litter tray, but the so called hinges are just thin plastic which flexes open and shut. We use litter tray liners and one hinge broke after just a few months.

bad design
My Cat refuses to go into this litter box.
No handle on the top so not easy to clean. The side clips don't clip on at all,
Veru bad design and a complete waste of money.

Poor quality
I unfortunately bought two of these and on both the catches on the sides snapped off the first time I used it. The green lid cracked and none of my cats (7) like the misaligned flap. The lower front in principle is nice for my elderly cat but once she is in she struggles to get out because of the way the flap catches on the inside.

very poor quality
bought 6 months ago. The top broke within a week. it is quite small. Now a large crack has appeared down the center of the tray and is completely unusable.

Savic Nestor cat litter box
I unfortunately bought 6 of these. The catches break off so they are unusable with the lid which leaves you with 6 uncovered trays, not nice! Would not buy them again.

Cheap quality
The hole between the door and the tray's wall is about 1.5 inches due to shape of the constraction (the door stands vertically, but the wall is not). Trying to place original filter into it, I teared one. It is not easy to put it in! Clicking system does not work properly. There is no handle. Nice thing that is does not smell badly as plastic could do. This tray can be good temporary solution only.

Breaks easily, side catches do not clip
Lean on the lid to put pressure on closing the badly designed side catches and the plastic will crack. Such a shame as the high-backed design is good.

Very poor quality
One of the incredibly weak side-clasps had fallen off in transit, and when fitted together the doorflap seemed to be completely the wrong size! I would definitely recommend that you avoid this particular item. I shall be sticking to the Catit brand in future.
