Not suitable as cat litter (Peewee)
Unfortunately, this litter is not suitable for the Peewee system.
1. It doesn’t reliably break down into dust but instead partially clumps together and has to be fished out.
2. It doesn’t reliably neutralise the smell of cat urine, making it impossible to clean the Peewee only once a week. The litter box isn’t full, but it starts to smell. The cat won’t use it anymore!
The original litter reliably breaks down and always smells fresh like wood, even when it’s full. Better to spend more money...

Very satisfied.
I’ve used this litter several times before and have been completely satisfied with it.

Finally found it
Perfect for a cat litter tray with a sieve insert! As soon as it gets wet, it crumbles and sifts through. Sure, it smells after being peed on three times, unless you have an odour-binding mat underneath or remove the faeces, but at least I no longer have to vacuum the flat every day because the litter doesn’t stick or scrape off sticky clumps from the litter tray. The low consumption of pellets makes up for the wear and tear on the mats. I haven’t found a better solution yet.

Doesn't smell and easy to use
Bought this for our long haired cat and it has been amazing! We have got a sifting litter box and find that it disintegrates easily. I don't find that there's a lot of dust or smaller broken up particles from it. No strong odour either from the wet litter if you clean it every 2-3 days. Pretty sure we have accidentally left wet litter for maybe 5 days max once and maybe was a bit smelly but didn't really notice.

Well
Pro:
- Affordable plant fibre litter
Contra:
- Doesn't absorb odours at all; you have to remove excrement immediately, otherwise the smell spreads throughout the entire flat. If you've been at work and the cats have used the toilet, you'll need to air out the place completely when you get home.
- Breaks down very, very quickly. It might be due to the humidity, but after two days of full use, you’re left with practically just dust and have to replace the entire litter.

Not suitable as cat litter
It takes forever to separate the dirty cat litter from the clean stuff, as it doesn’t clump. And it starts to stink terribly after a short time once it’s been urinated on. I won’t be buying it again. It might work for other animals.

Unsuitable as cat litter
As the title already suggests, it doesn’t clump and is therefore very difficult to remove from the litter tray. We’re currently mixing the pack with another, better clumping product, and after that, we won’t be buying this as litter anymore. It’s probably better suited for other purposes.

no longer
It doesn’t clump, it doesn’t suck anything up, and everything stays in the sieve scoop despite the large holes – very disappointed!!!

Not for the cat
No odour-forming properties.
The pellets disintegrate when absorbing moisture, which means you can't separate the smelly litter from the still-good pellets. It's also not useful to use this product as an additive to clumping litter/pellets, as it reduces the clumping ability.

Best non-clumping litter I've ever used
Very good litter, I don't like clumping litters because they stick to everything they possibly can, and this way the litter basically changes itself, which is great for hygiene. It binds odours really well – only rarely have I noticed the flat smelling like a litter box. Plus, it hardly creates any dust at all.

Not recommended
I thought I’d give this litter a try since the reviews were good. However, I can’t understand the positive feedback.
Unfortunately, I only just realised that it’s non-clumping – I missed that on the packaging.
The worst part, though, is that it’s advertised as odour-binding. I can’t confirm that at all. I had to replace the litter after just 6 hours. Such a shame.
I’ll be ordering the original ones again.

Not suitable for a cat litter tray
The pellets are too large and fall apart very quickly. They don't really clump and need to be changed very often. Better to use Cat's Best Natural instead.

For sifting litter boxes only
I LOVE this stuff. It is non-clumping but perfect for a sifting litter box (look at PeeWee range). Poos can be lifted out and pees turn to sawdust which fall through the holes into the base tray which can be emptied weekly. Give the box a shake daily and clean pellets stay at the top. It traps odour well and is completely non-tracking - any loose pellets can by picked up by hand.

Brilliant!
Especially recommended for long-haired pets, as it doesn’t get stuck in their fur.
Easy to dispose of, low odour, and it clumps excellently.

Eco-friendly, affordable, no sticking to fur or paws
I am very satisfied with the product! It always bothered me that mineral cat litter harms the environment and that the cat spreads it everywhere because it sticks to its fur and paws. That doesn’t happen at all with the wood pellets. Tip: In a litter box with a double bottom, the sawdust can be sifted out really easily!

Very good with a matching litter tray
Combined with a litter tray designed for this type of crumbling litter, such as the PeeWee, it’s a real game-changer.

Great
We bought this litter for our ferrets because one of our girls always positioned herself so awkwardly when urinating that the litter would stick between her legs afterwards, which can lead to infections. So we were looking for something extremely coarse-grained that wouldn’t stick. Cats Best solves our problem, smells pleasantly natural (like wood), and as a bonus, it doesn’t get scattered everywhere when they jump out, unlike fine litter.
