This is non-clumping, breaks down to an absorbent sawdust and is good at keeping odours low.

There is no other pellet litter out there to match this. Highly absorbant, no smell, (you need to remove the poo which cause the smell obs). 100% quality item.

God people are really not very intelligent, this is NOT CLUMPING LITTER, it’s for use with sifting trays and works perfectly as it should, no tracking either

Just to point out for others writing reviews - this litter isn't supposed to clump! It's for SIEVE LITTER TRAYS (the used litter softens as it should and passes through the sieve tray)!! IE CAN BE USED WITH A BRIT PET SIEVE LITTER TRAY - check out the website

My three cats have five litter boxes: three with Betonin and two with this one. I regularly switch the Betonin brand and use this one as well, so they don’t get too used to one brand or type of litter and always have something different. The animal boarding facility currently uses this litter. It’s not their favourite, but it’s regularly used as an alternative. The leftovers are placed in the garden in specific spots, which keeps rodents and stray cats away.

Smells nicely of wood, doesn’t create any dust, and because of its size, there’s no bedding scattered everywhere.

This cat litter is simply perfect. No more mess around the litter box or anywhere else in the flat. On top of that, it’s one of the cheapest cat litters available. So it’s a win-win. Though I can’t understand how "Cat’s Best Smart Pellets" from the same company is the complete opposite. Expensive and creates more mess than any other cat litter ever before.

I’ve used this litter several times before and have been completely satisfied with it.

Perfect for a cat litter tray with a sieve insert! As soon as it gets wet, it crumbles and sifts through. Sure, it smells after being peed on three times, unless you have an odour-binding mat underneath or remove the faeces, but at least I no longer have to vacuum the flat every day because the litter doesn’t stick or scrape off sticky clumps from the litter tray. The low consumption of pellets makes up for the wear and tear on the mats. I haven’t found a better solution yet.

Bought this for our long haired cat and it has been amazing! We have got a sifting litter box and find that it disintegrates easily. I don't find that there's a lot of dust or smaller broken up particles from it. No strong odour either from the wet litter if you clean it every 2-3 days. Pretty sure we have accidentally left wet litter for maybe 5 days max once and maybe was a bit smelly but didn't really notice.

Very good litter, I don't like clumping litters because they stick to everything they possibly can, and this way the litter basically changes itself, which is great for hygiene. It binds odours really well – only rarely have I noticed the flat smelling like a litter box. Plus, it hardly creates any dust at all.

I LOVE this stuff. It is non-clumping but perfect for a sifting litter box (look at PeeWee range). Poos can be lifted out and pees turn to sawdust which fall through the holes into the base tray which can be emptied weekly. Give the box a shake daily and clean pellets stay at the top. It traps odour well and is completely non-tracking - any loose pellets can by picked up by hand.

Especially recommended for long-haired pets, as it doesn’t get stuck in their fur. Easy to dispose of, low odour, and it clumps excellently.

I am very satisfied with the product! It always bothered me that mineral cat litter harms the environment and that the cat spreads it everywhere because it sticks to its fur and paws. That doesn’t happen at all with the wood pellets. Tip: In a litter box with a double bottom, the sawdust can be sifted out really easily!

Combined with a litter tray designed for this type of crumbling litter, such as the PeeWee, it’s a real game-changer.

We bought this litter for our ferrets because one of our girls always positioned herself so awkwardly when urinating that the litter would stick between her legs afterwards, which can lead to infections. So we were looking for something extremely coarse-grained that wouldn’t stick. Cats Best solves our problem, smells pleasantly natural (like wood), and as a bonus, it doesn’t get scattered everywhere when they jump out, unlike fine litter.

The cats use it willingly, cleaning the litter box is convenient.

I've been using pellet litter for my two cats for a year now. Before that, I used regular litter, which made a lot of dust and left strong smells, so I had to change it 2 to 3 times a day. The pellets absorb well, and the good thing is my cats always do their business in the same spot in the tray, which makes cleaning easier. A little tip: to stop your cat from spreading pellets everywhere, just put a mat in front of the litter box – that way you won't have bits of pellet all over the place.

Not suitable for cats because it falls apart when it gets damp and looks like sawdust, which doesn't work when cleaning out the litter tray. I use it for my rabbits and guinea pigs and it's perfect for them – easy to clean out and doesn't smell.

Perfect for those who have lots of cats and are looking for a more economical option. It works best with sifting litter boxes.

Fantastic litter for us and our big cats! I use loads of it because our litter boxes are huge, just like our cats. It lasts a long time without any bad smells.
