Super Bedding
The litter smells pleasantly natural, clumps well, and can be disposed of via the toilet! Our kittens are absolutely fine with it!

Cat's Best Öko Plus
My two furry friends are super happy with the litter – it was instantly popular and accepted from one day to the next. Thank you from their human mum!

Absolute odour "killer"
We've had three 13-week-old kittens for a week now, who unfortunately have been fed very cheap food since they were little and are still getting it during the transition to better food. As a result, their faeces smell absolutely awful. One of our kittens occasionally forgets to bury its droppings. As soon as we notice the smell, we bury it ourselves. And it's truly amazing: if the flat smelled of cat poo just a moment ago, two minutes later the smell is completely gone, and you can't detect anything anymore. Even the urine and faeces of the other two, who always bury theirs properly, are never noticeable in the slightest. This cat litter is simply fantastic. It's the first one we've bought, and we probably wouldn't ever switch to another. We're more than happy to spend a few extra euros on it every time!

Sensational
I was looking for a litter that doesn’t stick when wet. The small pellets are brilliant for this. They don’t stick to the backside or paws, so they don’t get carried through the flat. The clumping is top-notch, and the odour control is sensational. From the room with our cat litter boxes, only a faint scent of wood drifts through the hallway. Phenomenal!

we love it
The cats and I like it. I was a bit scared at first because some reviews made me unsure, but I decided to give it a try.
The cats accepted it straight away. For us, there are no unpleasant smells – it always smells wonderfully fresh like wood and immediately binds the urine, so you can dispose of it straight down the toilet.
I will buy it again.

very disappointed
I read the numerous positive reviews and just had to try out the litter.
The first downside: it’s clumping litter. I read the description several times, and I don’t think it’s made clear enough that it’s clumping litter.
Still, I wanted to give it a go.
My cats didn’t take to the litter at all. On the first day, they used the toilet, but by the second day, one of my cats only went to the toilet reluctantly. She meowed terribly while using it. My tomcat completely refused to use the toilet and urinated in random corners instead! I also found that the used clumps smelled strongly of cat urine.
For me, this litter is a clear fail. Such a shame—I really expected more from it, especially since it’s not exactly cheap.

Super bedding
We are Maine Coon breeders and use this litter exclusively, as we have 4 Coonies and are very satisfied. Thank you.

Cat refuses to use the toilet
I switched to this litter because I was no longer satisfied with the quality of "Golden Grey Master". Since the reviews here are mostly great... My cat, as a thank you, pees next to the toilet!!! So I can hardly say anything about "odour control" or "clumping". Unfortunately, it doesn't work for us at all.

My cat litter
I am very satisfied with this litter. Our cat Weeny took to it straight away. She digs in it with great enthusiasm. It clumps really well, and the large clumps are easy to remove. What’s great is that you can dispose of it in the organic waste bin and don’t have to put it in the general rubbish. I’ll definitely keep buying it.

Composts brilliantly, no smell, best litter ever.
Over the past 17 years, with around 6 cats usually, I have tried lots of different litters, including World's Best, and all the rest. I prefer this one. I scoop poos, shake in the scoop to remove excess litter, and flush down the loo. Clumps of wet litter are scooped into a lidded bucket once a day and put on the compost heap, where the nitrogen is a great compost accelerator . This composts really quickly because it retains moisture. The wet areas turn into a soft clump like a ball of dough that is easily scooped out. Works best if you have a good depth of litter; if it's too shallow then the wet clumps go sticky. I've not had a problem with tracking; much better than wood pellets from that point of view. I do use it in deep litter trays mainly , ie plastic storage boxes, and when the cats climb out the litter falls back in. This is a tip I read ages ago , and certainly my cats prefer the deep boxes to normal cat litter trays.

Cookie Monster
I used this litter for the first time. Our two neutered tomcats (Persian and British Shorthair) accepted it well, absorbency is okay.
However, they spread the litter crumbs all over the house – absolutely dreadful!
I’m switching back to Biocats Microfresh.

There's nothing better!
I have two tomcats and three litter boxes, as the rascals are a bit fussy. The litter smells wonderfully natural, clumps well, and is very economical! The higher price compared to other products is absolutely fine.

Stunk up the whole house
We tried this out after reading the good reviews, eager to have a flushable cat litter. This litter STINKS! I was cleaning the litter tray twice a day, and you could still smell it all over the house. It didn't clump properly either, and made a huge mess when getting scooped, as well as when it got tracked all over the house. Cannot for the life of me understand the glowing reviews, this litter was a nightmare!!

Good litter
Got my new litter for our British Longhair fluffballs yesterday... and I have to say, they like it, and so do I. It's really very lightweight and absorbs well. Felt like I owned rabbits or guinea pigs because it smells so much like wood shavings. The litter is still being tested by the two of them; they were a bit sceptical at first, but thankfully that’s passed. I used to have the Extreme Classic before, which I also think is very good. However, I ended up with a bit more crumbs around the house with that one compared to this one.

Wasn't accepted by my two.
The litter was not accepted by my two Sphynx cats. This morning, one of them desperately tried to go to the toilet but didn’t want to go inside and instead tried to scrape at the toilet from the outside.

Was once ideal
Unfortunately, I now have to agree with the critical opinions. For three years, we and our cats were absolutely thrilled. But now the consistency has changed, and it smells slightly pungent in our not-so-small flat. I'm currently looking for an alternative that's as good as the litter used to be.

Fantastic litter
We would highly recommend this. It lasts such a long time and completely hides any smells very well too. We bought a 40litre bag 7 weeks ago for our 2 kittens and haven't even used half of it yet. Brilliant product and zooplus have the most competitive price for it

Good but not Fantastic
I have 4 indoor cats and switched to this litter a couple of months ago, because a lot of reviews said it was low dust, I’d hate to think what they would call a lot of dust because the dust is far worse than it was from the clay based litter I was using, you can see clouds of dust floating up and around the cats as they use the litter trays which makes me wonder what kind of effect its having on their lungs. Its odour disguising properties are fantastic (or at least it is unless you have a kitty that refuses point blank to bury his mess) it lasts for ages and the cats seem to love it, it tracks everywhere, the floor around the litter trays looks like an explosion in a cornflake factory.

Thrilled!
I was a big fan of the bentonite litter for a long time. Unfortunately, it has its downsides, as some other reviewers have mentioned: it starts to smell after a while (especially when it's warm, very unpleasant) and gets scattered all over the flat. You also can't dispose of it in the toilet, which I do with the Öko-Plus for solid waste, and the organic bin was always incredibly heavy and disgustingly "sticky." The wood litter is miles ahead of everything else: always a pleasant smell (even after weeks) and the crumbs are nowhere near as scattered... since getting the ModKat, they've practically disappeared ;)
