I loved this litter. My two female cats and two male cats (strictly indoor cats) took to it very well. However, for about three-quarters of a year now, all the previously good qualities have been deteriorating. It now smells extremely of urine, the litter no longer clumps well, everything falls apart straight away, and my cats track the litter all over the house. The only advantage: it's compostable. Sorry, but the disadvantages now outweigh the benefits, so I've switched to a different manufacturer.

We have been using this for about a year. It works very well, does not smell, is easy to pick up and economical. We use it in conjunction with Petmate Top Entry Cat Litter Box and LitterLocker II Cat Litter Bin. No more cat smells (most of the time).

We are really impressed with this litter. There are no odours, and it clumps brilliantly. Top-notch clumping litter!

I definitely think this cat litter is very good. However, it’s not the right choice for my sensitive kittens. Great at odour control and lasts a long time too. I can recommend it if the cats like it!

I've been using this litter for years. But it seems they've cut corners on quality. While it used to smell nice when fresh, now it's completely odourless. Unfortunately, it no longer clumps either. When you try to remove it, it falls apart and reeks terribly of urine. SUCH A SHAME :(

Now we're back to using Cats Best, where the cats clearly feel more comfortable. It binds odours relatively quickly if you fill the litter box nice and high. The urine clumps do sometimes fall apart a bit, but since we top it up with 1-2 scoops daily and completely replace it every month, this isn't really an issue. All in all, great litter!

I ordered it because of the good reviews. My cat completely refused to use this litter. She kept trying to eat it. It looks a bit like dried meat. The tomcat did go into the litter box, but you could tell he didn’t feel comfortable. Removing the clumps wasn’t great either. They kept falling apart. We’ll stick with our old cat litter after all!

I’m absolutely thrilled. Because of a lung condition, I had to wear a face mask with the previous cat litter. Thankfully, I don’t need that anymore, and it doesn’t smell at all. Plus, I’m saving a lot of money because it’s so long-lasting. My cat was a bit sceptical at first, but after two days, everything was fine.

Super economical, easy to dispose of, and the cats love it... and most importantly, it doesn’t stink... finally, a product that lives up to its promise!

Very good litter, holds smells in, flushes, clumps well. As to tracking, I have put down an anti-track plastic mat and this catches the majority of the litter which comes out of the tray with the cat. It is then easy to hoover up with a small handheld hoover (for example).

I've tried quite a few types of litter and most recently used Golden Grey Masters, which is fine clumping litter with a baby powder scent... A friend recommended Cats Best Öko Plus to me. I've been using it for 4 days now and I'm very satisfied. Firstly, I find the natural smell much, much more pleasant than the artificial baby powder scent. That smelled nice for a day, but combined with urine, I found the smell borderline unpleasant—especially when you're out working all day and can't remove the waste immediately. Coming home in the evening, you'd be greeted by a nasty smell. This is different here. I think this litter has excellent odour control! It clumps well, in my opinion. With bentonite litter, the clumps might be firmer, but that doesn't bother me. I also find it much more economical. What many people criticise—that the litter gets spread around the house—I can't really understand. I have two mats in front of my two litter boxes that catch most of it. I think the amount of litter that ends up around the house is very minimal. It's nothing compared to the fine litter, where I often felt like I was walking on sand at the beach... I don't think there's any litter that won't get carried out at all, and let's be honest, in a household with pets, you're sweeping and vacuuming much more anyway. I can't comment on whether the litter sticks to fur, as my two girls are British Shorthairs. At first, they were a bit hesitant because the texture is coarser. But they've gotten used to it now. I think I've finally found a litter that's worth the money and has more pros than cons. I don't think I'll be switching again.

Brilliant litter. Odour control is very good. I used to use Catsan but it would only control smells for 1 week (I have 2 cats), deciced to give this a try and was not disappointed.

The litter was initially not accepted, possibly because of the wood scent, but it was later tolerated. The odour control is good, and it’s also quite economical (which would justify the high price). However, my two cats spread the stuff everywhere, especially on the bathroom carpet, which is already so full of it after just one day that you’d honestly have to vacuum every day to keep it looking tidy. For this reason, I’ll only use it for mixing from now on and will be glad when the bag is empty.

I'm very satisfied with the litter. It doesn't create dust, smells pleasant, and absorbs well. My cat took to it straight away.

I have been using this litter for a long time. At the moment I have only 4 very elderly cats but this litter is kind to little kitten paws and elderly 20 and 21 year old ones. The only problem it does track.

The cat litter is great. It smells good, clumps perfectly, and can be easily disposed of in the toilet, BUT... ...it's so lightweight that our Sacred Birman cat spreads it all over the house. Vacuuming at least once a day is a must, if not more often. We'll go back to using the Tigerino silica litter. It's heavy enough not to scatter everywhere and can also be disposed of in the toilet.

I don’t use anything else anymore. It lasts longer than all the others. Perfect for young animals, as they sometimes eat cat litter. Recommended by my breeder, and I’ve stuck with it.

So far, I had clay granules, which my cats really liked. Personally, I wanted something I could dispose of in the organic waste bin, plus clay granules are very heavy, and with two cats, the bin becomes overweight. But unfortunately, my cats won’t accept the wood granules, perhaps because they don’t clump 100%, leaving small pieces of soaked urine clumps in the litter box. After a week, it no longer felt clean or hygienic.
