Can't be bought anymore
We’ve been using this litter for 10 years now. Our new cats have been getting it in their litter box for the past year and a half as well. Over the last few months, it’s gotten much worse. The current batch is a disaster. It doesn’t clump at all anymore. A lot of clean litter ends up in the bin because the dirty bits are just as big. The pack lasts only half as long as it used to, since I have to throw away more—2 weeks instead of 4. I’ve just ordered a different litter.

I'm actually satisfied.
I switched to this litter five months ago. Yes, my eldest cat spreads the litter almost all over the flat, but the other two don’t. It’s a bit dusty, but it smells better than many other litters, and my cats’ paws aren’t cracked anymore like they used to be. It could be better in some aspects, but so far, it’s the best cat litter I’ve had. I recommend it.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, we have noticed since this week that our Cats Best litter has changed. The litter clumps less or not at all. It crumbles. When cleaning, you have to remove much more because the clumps fall apart. It no longer lasts 4-6 weeks. It no longer smells like wood. It creates more dust.
Such a shame that the quality has become so poor. I will be looking for another eco-friendly litter.
We already vacuum every day, but now it will probably have to be twice a day.

Not bad..
I switched from CatSan to this and it was a lot better - I’m actually purchasing my 2nd bag now. However, I must have a very smelly cat (British Blue) as I don’t find anything masks the smell 🙄

Quality has deteriorated significantly
Just two years ago, I thought this litter was fantastic. Now, the clumps often fall apart, which I could still tolerate, but it’s now so incredibly dusty that I can hardly breathe when pouring or spreading it. I won’t subject my cats’ health to this any longer. The price-performance ratio is absolutely no longer worth it, and I will definitely not be buying Cat's Best again.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, something has changed. Since the last order, we’ve been very disappointed with the product. It no longer clumps, and when cleaning the litter tray, it falls apart completely, making the entire tray dirty.
We’ll place one more order in the hope that it will be like it was before.
We used to be extremely satisfied with the product.

Deficient
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous reviewers... Compared to before, the litter doesn't clump properly, the odour isn't contained, it creates dust, and the litter gets spread all over the house. It's also coarser, which our British Shorthair doesn't like very much.

50/50
Doesn’t clamp very well and does not absorb as much liquid as others I used. However, I have to give it a solid 10 out of 10 for masking any smells. No matter how much wee is in there it just smells of woodchip!

Disappointed
I have been using Worlds Best for my two cats for the past few years, but I had a trial pack of Cats Best, which I finally got round to trying recently. It hides smells slightly better than Worlds Best, but it the bits which get kicked out of the litter tray get trodden in and spread around by the cats far too easily, so I'll stick with Worlds Best despite the higher price.

From top to flop
I can only agree with some of the reviews here:
The quality has noticeably declined for some time now. The clumps fall apart on the scoop, meaning you constantly have to clean the entire litter tray. I’ll be switching to a different litter because of this.
What a shame!

Excellent product
Very easy to use and keep tray clean

What a shame...
After years of use, I now have to look for a new product. Since the last order, the litter no longer clumps properly and produces an excessive amount of dust. The latter is an absolute deal-breaker for my BK.

Scattered granules all over the house
Used for years. Odour control is excellent. However, the coarse texture and relatively soft consistency mean that many granules stick to the cats' paws after using the litter box and end up scattered throughout the house. This wasn’t as extreme with bentonite litter, though it had other drawbacks. Conclusion: It seems there’s no cat litter that’s 100% perfect. Such a shame!

Something's not right.
Unfortunately, the current delivery doesn't have the usual quality. The litter smells as if chemically treated wood has been used. Additionally, it clumps terribly. The clumps fall apart and look completely yellow. Otherwise, this litter was always very good.

Unbearable Dust
I switched from bentonite to plant-based litter a few months ago to better deal with the dust. I tried several, including this one, but none were as bad as this! It’s much, much dustier than any high-quality bentonite litter!! Already on the second bag, so it’s not a coincidence!
Odour control could also be better. I’m satisfied with the clumping, which is why I’m still giving it 2 stars. I’ll never buy it again! Such a shame! I’m now going to try one made from maize...

Cats best clumping litter 40L
Love this clumping litter as I have 8 Ragdoll cats with curry feet.
I find bits of litter upstairs or in my bedroom floor.
That's what Hoover's are for my bags all furr and litter.

Quality has declined
The quality has dropped significantly over the last few batches, which means you end up spending ages fishing out crumbled clumps from the litter tray. It's annoying and, after years of satisfaction, the reason for switching to a different product.

Natural product
It's low on dust compared to bentonite litter, it's made of wood fibres and is therefore perfect for my Birman. No matter which litter you buy, most cats will end up tracking it through the house. It clumps, though sometimes the clumps can fall apart when you're removing them from the tray. My vet recommended it to me once when one of my cats became seriously ill, and I've stuck with it ever since.

Very satisfied
I've been using this litter for a very long time, tried many others, and finally found my favourite. Even with two cats, it's still very economical and there's no smell. I can highly recommend it.

Top Product
We are very impressed, and our two tomcats are also taking to it well.
