Very satisfied
Both our two cats and we are very satisfied with this litter. The price-performance ratio is good, it clumps excellently, there's no dust formation, and the smell is well contained. The only slightly negative point is that the small grains tend to stick to the paws and get scattered a bit in front of the litter box, but that's okay because it's easy to vacuum up quickly, and we've not had better experiences with other litter either. Even if you don't have time to clean the litter box immediately, the cats aren't bothered thanks to the good clumping and odour control, and they continue to use the box. Our cats absolutely love this litter and say thank you!

Thank you
The litter is truly top-notch. It forms great clumps (easy to remove and doesn’t stick), and even after two weeks, it doesn’t smell (as long as you clean it daily, of course!). Thank you so much, finally my cat is happy, and so am I!!!

Could be better.
I keep coming back to this litter again and again... I do try others, but so far haven’t found anything better... The only downside: it really spreads quite a lot around the flat, but since I vacuum at least once a day anyway, it’s acceptable...

Simply brilliant!!!
We are very satisfied with the product! It’s very economical and lasts a long time because it clumps really well. Also, it’s great at neutralising odours. You really don’t smell anything. Highly recommended!!

Dust and lumps
After using Canadian baby powder litter for many years, we switched to Cats Best after a detour via Natusan. It does produce dust, but it's manageable to clean. Clumping and efficiency are similar to EC. We've had indoor cats for over 20 years, currently (breeding) 16 cats.

I keep coming back to it.
In between, we try all sorts of litter, including silica litter, but this one is simply the best for us for several reasons:
The dust is not harmful to the lungs
Clumping is good
Yield is good
Weight-wise, it's great!
And theoretically, you can dispose of the urine clumps in the toilet, which is only possible with very few litters without causing a blockage soon after!
With 5 cats, we use this litter in 3 litter boxes, and it's fantastic!

Why all the great reviews?
I usually use "Classy Cat" clumping litter, but I wanted to try this one because of the great reviews and the good price. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed! This Öko Plus litter smells awful and can't mask the odour of the cat's business! Every time I go into the bathroom, I almost gag because the smell is unbearable, and I clean the litter box twice a day. As soon as one of our two cats does their big business, it stinks terribly! The clumping for the small business is okay, but for the big one, it's completely useless! Neither does it mask the smell, nor does much of the litter stick to it! Another reason why I will never buy this litter again is that it's so sticky that it's almost impossible to find a litter scoop that can sift out the still-good litter! On top of that, our two tomcats don't like the litter! One of them even did his big business in the house because he found the litter so unpleasant!!! Plus, the litter gets spread all over the house because it sticks to their paws! From now on, I’ll only buy the best cat litter in the world: "Classy Cat"!!! It’s a bit more expensive, but it doesn’t stink, masks the smell perfectly, and clumps flawlessly! It’s even so pleasant for cats that our two actually lie down in the litter box because the fine sand is so comfortable for them! Buy "Classy Cat", and your cats will be happy!!!

I don't like the cats.
The litter is really very economical! However, it does create quite a lot of dust. I feel like my cats don’t really like it. If anything, they’ll only quickly do their business on it. Nothing gets buried either.
What’s the point of having the best cat litter if the cats don’t like it?

Almost perfect!
The great thing about this litter is that it's nice and light and clumps really well. We've never had the whole box turn "sludgy," even though we have two cats and are sometimes away for two days. I find handling the clumps really super practical! Another great feature is that we can even put the litter (minus the faeces) on the compost heap, as waste disposal here is quite expensive.
However, the litter does have two small drawbacks:
1. It spreads quite far around the cat litter box, as has often been mentioned here. Luckily, this doesn't matter to us because the litter box is in the basement, which is already full of wood shavings.
2. Cleaning the litter box is a bit of a hassle because the residue stuck to the bottom feels like wallpaper paste and is hard to wash off. But I always fill the litter box quite generously with litter, so I don't have to do a full clean-up too often.
All in all, I'm very satisfied (I've tested much worse litter before) – and the price is right too!

I think the litter is great; as a woman, you don’t strain yourself lifting it, it clumps really well, and I find it very economical. It’s easy to dispose of in the compost bin using a biodegradable bag, and my two cats like it too.
Since the litter is very light and crumbles easily—a plus for parquet flooring—it does create a bit of dust when cleaning the cat litter box. Occasionally, there are small wood crumbs lying around, but they’re quickly swept or vacuumed away. With two cats, I need the vacuum every other day anyway, so it’s no big deal.

Top-notch – everything top-notch – all eco-friendly!
My tomcat likes it, I like it, my wallet likes it. No one is unhappy. There's no more litter flying around the flat than with other types either. It clumps really well – weighs almost nothing and has the best eco-balance. For me, that means – never using another litter again. Thank you.

Super bedding!!!!
This is the best litter I’ve ever used. Our three tomcats really like it, and, very importantly for us, it’s reasonably environmentally friendly!

Absolutely the best cat litter
I’ve tried many! The bentonite litters are just too dusty, and with the Cat Exclusive, my older cat ended up with a completely blocked nose. She kept waking up in her sleep gasping for air, almost suffocating. I got really scared. Then I tried Natursan, but with that one, the clumps break apart because my tomcat always digs a hole right down to the bottom and pees there, even if I fill it up to 8cm. When I try to remove the clump, everything sticks to the bottom of the tray, and the clump falls apart when I take it out. That’s why I’ll probably switch back to CBÖP. Nothing sticks to the bottom with that one. It’s also much more economical and lighter than the other clumping litters, and it’s not harmful to health since it’s natural!

Absolutely NOT recommended...!
We ordered the 40-litre bag for our two indoor cats but ended up throwing it away after just two uses. The entire litter turns into an absolute mush in no time and starts to smell awful after only two days. Way too expensive for such poor quality!!! On top of that, it spreads all over the flat within minutes. We've now switched to Extreme Classic... Let's see how that goes!

Not recommended!
We also ordered the 40-litre bag because it’s very cheap. Previously, we always bought Natusan, which unfortunately is no longer available in the range.
We’ve ended up with the litter spread all over the apartment because it’s far too light and constantly sticks to the paws. It’s not really economical either, considering half of the litter box ends up scattered around the flat.
We’ve tried many types of litter by now, but this is by far the worst, and we definitely won’t be buying it again.

THE BEST!
The absolute best litter we’ve ever used!! We spent so long looking for a litter that’s efficient and prevents odours! The price might make you hesitate at first, but it’s worth it because it’s super efficient and there’s no smell anymore!

Highly recommended.
We've tried quite a few cat litters, and in our opinion, this is one of the best. It does produce a bit of dust, and the litter sometimes sticks to the paws, but a mat solves that problem easily. The clumping is excellent, even if it might not seem so at first glance. The litter is very economical and lightweight. It can be disposed of in the organic waste bin without any issues.

Cat's Best Öko Plus
I’m absolutely convinced – this is the first litter I’ve ever bought in my life, and I’m sticking with it. It forms great clumps and is excellent at neutralising odours. For me, it’s as if there’s no cat litter box in the flat at all. Brilliant!

Highly recommended
We've had our two cats for a good 13 years now, and I've spent a long time searching for a good cat litter, trying out many different options. For me, clumping litter is the only way to go. At some point, I came across this product at a pet fair, and it impressed me so much that the endless trial-and-error phase finally came to an end. It smells pleasant and doesn't produce as much dust as most bentonite litters. Plus, it's lightweight and lasts a really long time. The only downside to this product is that it sticks to the cats' paws and gets carried around the house. But our two little darlings managed to do that with every other litter as well. And honestly, I find it much nicer to step barefoot on a piece of wood than on a "stone clump." That's why this litter gets full marks from me!

Simply the best!
I've been using Cat's Best Öko Plus for years and I'm always impressed.
There's no mess in the litter tray. All the liquid is absorbed, and there's no smell. Thank goodness I found the option to order it online, as after our move to Berlin, the distances have become quite long. I searched for this stuff forever. We don't use anything else.
