We loved this product for a long time, it clumped brilliantly and contained the smell. They've changed it recently, it's lighter in colour, doesn't clump and doesn't keep in the smell. When you go to pick up a clump, it falls apart and spreads across the clean litter. Such a shame as it was a great product before they messed with it.

Used to be good why change it?

We have used cats best clumping litter for over 1 year now and it is brilliant at clumping and has a natural neutral fresh forest scent. It is brilliant are odor control (literally can't smell pee or poo). The only thing is that there are batch to batch variations sometimes, some batches are super clumping, but we had one batch which was very light in colour and the clumping is not as great (breaks apart), but zooplus gave us a refund on it. We are happy with it and recommend it to everyone

I’ve been using this cat litter for a few years, but lately, something is off. It starts smelling really quickly, much faster than before. At first, I thought the problem might be the litter box and even considered replacing it, but that didn’t help either. For now, I’ve ordered litter from five different brands to test them out because something just isn’t right.

This cat litter is the best, really. I wish I had discovered it years ago. It is light weight, totally absorbing, so quick and easy to deal with . No bad smells, just a light woody one. To top it all, the price of the 40L is great. Add some cat food or other cat related items to your order and you can have a free delivery. Amazing!!😻

The most recent bag (bought around November 2024) doesn't clump properly. The area remains wet and when you go to scoop, it disintegrates all over the clean litter.

Best litter on the market and with Zooplus best price

I have used this litter for years but the formula has now changed and it is absolutely awful in every way! It doesn’t clump now so the urine soaks in every where and it doesn’t mask the smell of urine in anyway either! My sister had the same results too when she purchased it. I wouldn’t buy it again even if it was half the price! Such a shame as it used to be a great product. Avoid!

really disappointed with this product. I foster rescue cats & initially found this excellent, clumped really well, no mess & no smells. It's not cheap however it would last around 6 weeks (3-4 cats) so cost effective. Purchased a bag three weeks ago which has run out! It no longer clumps; leaves a wet sticky patty! sticks to scoop, tray, paws & gets all over the place. loads of lose dirty litter that is hard to get out. I don't know what's changed but it is poor quality! I do NOT recommend

We always buy this cat litter because it clumps really well and we can easily dispose of it via the toilet. We've tried others too, but neither our cats nor we were ever truly satisfied.

I’ve already tried several types of litter. I’m very satisfied with this one. It clumps well and controls odours very effectively. The dust is minimal. It’s very economical. Great product.

Typically I bought this when it was brilliant stuff. The very next bag I got was different and now it tracks everywhere and does not clump, it goes all slushy and sticks to the scoop and anything it touches. I will say it still keeps the smells at bay but this will be my last bag unless they change it back.

Due to the fibre structure, it can be disposed of in the toilet in reasonable portions.

After much trial - and error - this is the best cat litter. Easy to clean up and good odour control for me. Acceptable to my cat, who is not easy to please.

I’ve been a big fan of this litter for years. It has a pleasant natural scent of fresh wood and absorbs liquids well. My cats really like it. The only downside is that, because it’s very lightweight, it tends to stick to their paws and ends up being spread outside the litter box. Luckily, I have a robot vacuum cleaner 😁 At some point, it turns powdery, and that’s when it’s time for a complete replacement.

The litter doesn’t form solid clumps. Over time, it gets soggier and small litter particles end up scattered all over the house. It smells pretty bad after a week. Unfortunately, not recommended.

This litter used to be great, no complaints. However they have recently changed the formula and it is now terrible - does not clump at all so we are wasting it trying to get all the wet bits out, and it tracks all over the house. Will not be buying any more.

This is the best cat litter I've tried so far. It clumps well, completely neutralises odours, and most importantly, it's not too heavy. I can even carry the 40L bag up to the top floor on my own. I get a lot of use out of this litter: One point deducted because all long-haired cats manage to spread it around quite well. Since it's so lightweight, it sticks to their fur easily. And ends up in the bed. And on clothes. And in the carpet. Still, the best so far.
