...and doesn't use it...
Unfortunately, dear Riette doesn’t really like to relieve herself in this litter. Still, it smells nice and looks pretty. The litter, that is. But of course, dear Riette does too. Sadly, it’s not much use if the pet doesn’t like it. Such a shame. I would have really loved to make this eco-friendly litter my go-to choice...

Actually satisfied
Well, I'm actually quite satisfied with the litter. However, I do have the problem that my little one spreads it all over the flat. Next time, I think I'll try a different litter.

Simply great
We recently switched to this litter and are very satisfied. It doesn’t smell as quickly, clumps well, and is reasonably priced too. Simply great.

Simply brilliant!
I’ve tried many types of cat litter and place great importance on compostable litter. About three months ago, I ordered the CBÖP cat litter and I’m very satisfied with it. Both of my tomcats now use the toilet with this litter together, even though I have a second one with a different litter in it. So, it seems my two little rascals are also very happy with the CBÖP cat litter. Gerhild with Monty + Rocky.

In use for years
I've been using this litter for years and have always been satisfied, despite the small downside that the litter tends to end up scattered all over the flat, even with a mat in front of the cat litter box.
My formerly chronically messy tomcat has been an angel ever since I started using CBÖP ;-)

I'm thrilled!!!
The cat litter is simply fantastic; it can be wonderfully disposed of via the toilet and always smells fresh. My two tomcats had no trouble accepting the litter. For all of us, the living quality with our house cats has become much more relaxed as a result. The product is very economical in use.

The best litter ever
For my three cats, I exclusively use Cat's Best Öko Plus. The ridiculous name is the only downside of this otherwise fantastic product: it's very economical to use, smells wonderfully fresh, and absorbs moisture and odours excellently. I only need to completely replace the litter very rarely (about every 8 months), though I do have three toilets for my little tigers. The litter boxes are quick to clean, and even people who dislike cats say that the flat doesn't smell of cats at all. Plus, there's the great rating from Ökotest – you don't want to give the poor creatures a dust-filled lung, after all. With the delivery service, shopping is an all-round pleasant experience!

My Favourite cat litter
As a vet nurse, I have tried most litters on the market over the years and this is my favourite. There is some tracking but this is true of most products and it doesn't mark your floors like some! I would never have used a clumping litter before this. It is hygenic, biodegradable and lasts for ages. Also no litter tray odours. fab.

Great for the environment and the bin.
My three kitties were a bit hesitant at first but eventually accepted the litter. I was thrilled with how easy it was to dispose of the clumps via the toilet and the remaining litter in the organic waste bin. It really takes the pressure off my small 35-litre rubbish bin. Unfortunately, the litter gives off a sour smell (a bit like vomit) when it gets wet, and having that smell throughout the entire flat is just too much for me. So, I’ve gone back to Golden Grey Master. The cats love digging around in it. Maybe we’ll give it another try... for the sake of the environment, it really should be worth it.

One of the best
I’ve been using this litter regularly for a long time. I’m very satisfied with it. Consistent quality, excellent clumping, economical. Smells like a forest, easy to transport compared to other litters, and also environmentally friendly.
If it didn’t start to get increasingly dusty after 4–8 weeks (due to the friction of the granules), it would have received 5 stars from me.

Simply brilliant!
We are very happy with the clumping litter. It’s odourless, very economical, can be easily disposed of in the toilet, and our two tomcats are extremely satisfied.
Even after a week without a full clean, it doesn’t smell. That was unthinkable before.

doesn't really work at all
I think the cat litter is really good. Ever since I started using it, the litter box hardly smells at all anymore. I've been using it for over 1 1/2 years now and always reorder it. The 40-litre bag lasts me 6-9 months.
I once ordered it for a friend as well, and she's very happy with it too. I'll definitely keep using it.

Not accepted
Since our usual compact clay-based litter was unavailable, I was tempted by the great advertising to try Cat’s Best Öko Plus.
A fatal mistake!
Neither the smell nor the texture appealed to my three normally very clean indoor cats.
Unfortunately, some of them decided to dispose of their digestive products elsewhere in the flat, which led to a massive cleaning and washing spree.
I had no choice but to completely replace it.
It may well be that cats already accustomed to wood shavings and their strong smell accept this product...
But cats who usually have Biocats Compact or Catsan in their litter box might react more or less badly to this smelly, coarse stuff, depending on their temperament.
I can only draw one conclusion: Never again!!!

5 stars
Full 5 stars for the best cat litter out there. I've been using this litter for years. It's really very economical. Personally, I completely change the litter about every 3 months, otherwise, I just top it up as needed. My 3 cats and I are thrilled, and so are our guests, as there's absolutely no "cat smell" in our home.
And it's cheapest here at zooplus.

My cats didn't approve...
... neither in consistency nor in smell (after the business). And the owner wasn’t too pleased either, as it didn’t exactly smell like roses in the house :-(... Was used very reluctantly, and many other spots were found to take care of business.

Both cats are having an allergic reaction.
I used it for about 4 months and then had to switch. My cats had an allergic reaction to it.
I’m now using a different litter, and compared to that, Cats Best starts smelling very quickly after a short time. It absorbs odours really fast!
I’m not very happy with Cats Best.
The only good thing is that it’s so lightweight and can be disposed of in the toilet!

I think it's brilliant
I've tried quite a few things already. The bentonite litter is very dusty, others are too fine-grained, and you end up finding the grains all over the flat. There's even a plastic litter where the urine just sits on the granules and reeks terribly until it evaporates.
Cat's Best smells pleasantly of wood, doesn't produce dust, clumps very well, and the large bag is easy for me to carry. Plus, there are no lime deposits in the litter tray because absolutely nothing seeps through. Any particles that stick to the paws fall off quickly and don't end up all over the flat.

Good, good.
Economical in use, absorbs moisture and odours well, and the cats have no issues with it either.
The home delivery is, of course, very convenient, especially for 40 litres.
I'm satisfied.

Actually a good litter
We use it for our two tigers. Actually, it’s great – it clumps really well and doesn’t smell too strong. We dispose of it in the toilet, which is very convenient. For a while, we were throwing it away in a bin. Someone mentioned here that it doesn’t smell even when used, but that’s not true at all. The bin always stank terribly, so we went back to flushing it down the toilet. The cats love digging in it, and otherwise, it’s pretty good. The only issue is that they track it all over the flat. The area in front of the litter box always looks a mess, and it ends up on my dark brown sofa too. Even after vacuuming, it doesn’t take long before everything is messy again. It’s incredibly annoying. We’re now trying a different non-clumping one. I’m curious to see how it goes, but I suspect we’ll end up going back to this one, because apart from the fact it gets everywhere, it’s otherwise great.

No smell, just sprinkles.
My two cats have taken to the litter really well, and I’m very impressed with it too. Unfortunately, it’s true that it tends to spread around the flat easily, but I don’t mind that. I’ve put a small rug in front of the litter box so they walk over it and leave the litter in the bathroom. Compared to other litters, this one really does neutralise odours. Simply brilliant – I’m sticking with it!
