Perfect!!
I've now tried five different types of litter and have ended up with Cats Best – and I'm thrilled. It clumps immediately on the surface, which means no more annoying scraping off the bottom of the toilet, and it binds odours really well. Both of our cats have taken to it brilliantly!!!

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED
We tested various types of litter, from expensive to cheap, but nothing worked. Especially with female cats, the smell is the worst – but with CAT'S BEST, there's no more odour. A colleague recommended this litter to me, and I've been a loyal fan for three years now. I've also recommended it to many friends and acquaintances, and everyone was thrilled. My friend even uses it for her ferrets :-) It's very efficient and therefore very economical to use. Plus, it binds the smell perfectly, and the best part is that smaller amounts can be flushed down the toilet without any issues.

Unfortunately, only 3 stars due to dust exposure.
No question about it, this litter has by far the best odour control of all the products I've tried so far! Another big plus: disposal is easy and convenient. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the litter is extremely dusty. Such a shame! On top of that, the small pellets end up scattered all over the flat. The dust isn't just unpleasant for me, but especially for my two tomcats. They stopped burying their droppings because of it and used their litter box less frequently than usual. Unfortunately, I've now gone back to using Extreme Classic, which doesn't bind odours as well, is much heavier to carry to the compost bin, and also produces dust – but not as badly.

Recommendable
We use it for our dwarf rabbits... they have an open cat litter tray in their room cage, which is used exclusively for their "business."
We always sprinkle about 3 cm of Cat's Best in it.
This prevents any odour development, and daily cleaning with a cat litter scoop is very easy and economical in terms of usage. Additionally, it's more "digestible" in case a pellet is accidentally eaten – though that doesn't happen!
So, it's not just recommended for cats...!
Although for our cats, we use a different product (GoldenGrey).

Best bedding
I've tried quite a few clumping litters with my two cats. All the previous ones either started to smell strongly after a while or turned my flat into a "sandbox" after every trip to the litter box.
This litter is absolutely brilliant – it clumps instantly and doesn't smell at all. My cats took to it straight away. It does stick a little to their paws, but I think that's normal and happens with every litter. Thanks to the size of the granules, my two cats don't spread it all over the flat; instead, they lose it shortly after leaving the litter box, and it's super easy to sweep up. Fantastic litter! Highly recommended for anyone still looking for a really good cat litter.

It’s not as good as before
It's very economical. However, I find it all over the house – the first bags were dust-free, but towards the end, it did produce dust.
For me, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

Not just for the birds
I also use Cat's Best for our dogs and puppies. They start being trained for the dog toilet from the third week onwards.
If a "wee" happens to miss the mark, just sprinkle Cat's Best over it, wait a few minutes, and sweep it up. No smell and no stinky cleaning cloth. Simply brilliant and highly recommended.

You can't have it all, can you...
The idea of litter that can be disposed of in the toilet or organic waste bin is fundamentally great! Unfortunately, I have the impression that, over time, this isn’t ideal for the toilet, as the litter doesn’t dissolve quickly – flushing multiple times seems advisable to prevent blockages. The product was very well received by my two tomcats, but I would rate the clumping as rather poor, as the clumps tend to remain quite soft and therefore easily fall apart during cleaning. The main drawback, however, is that you find the litter all over the flat, as it sticks to their paws and, due to its light consistency, is often dug out of the litter box. You can’t have it all, I suppose...

If you're going for nature, do it properly.
Super product. We've been using it for years and are absolutely thrilled. No smell, no dust, great for disposal in the toilet, no artificial fragrances... just pure nature. Unfortunately, it gets a bit slimy when combined with water, but oh well. You can't have everything. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely should!

brilliant
I mix mine with a 1/3 recycled paper base cat litter. it clumps very well and is so easy to remove. The smells have disappeared, my two cats love it. it can be a bit messy, mainly because one of my cats likes to dig and dig. It works out very cheap, a bag seems to last for a very long time, I won't be changing my cat litter again.

Staub
I first came across this litter at my sister’s place; it has a very pleasant smell, though the cats needed some time to get used to it at first. However, my sister’s little tomcat developed conjunctivitis, presumably due to the dusty litter. When we then switched the litter, it kicked up quite a bit of dust, and I immediately had a proper coughing fit. So, I’d say: not really suitable for allergy sufferers.

That is probably the best thing.
It all started back then with regular litter, and we had to completely clean the litter boxes every two days. Then we discovered clumping litter like Thomas, Natusan, Mein Bestes, Biocats, and all the others. The advantage was that we only had to clean every 1 to 1.5 weeks, but there were always issues, such as odour, sandy floors, clumps like concrete that wouldn’t come off the bottom of the litter box, sticky litter boxes, and so on and so forth...
We’ve been using CBÖP for about 3 years now and have occasionally tried something else in between... but no other litter compares to this one.
We have 3 cats with different urination habits and levels of cleanliness... and they all get along with it perfectly. We’re happy every day to be able to easily remove clumps without them falling apart, smelling bad, or sticking. We top it up after about 2 weeks to maintain the litter level, but a complete change isn’t necessary for 4 weeks. Even after such a long time, there’s no bad smell. It might happen—depending on the cat’s digging behaviour—that the litter starts to feel “mealy” after such a long time... but this hardly ever happens with us.
If you keep cats indoors, you’ll always find a few crumbs here and there, but I prefer these over sandy floors or bentonite crumbs that hurt when you accidentally step on them. With CBÖP, you can easily pick up individual crumbs, or just sweep or vacuum them up, which you do daily with indoor cats anyway *thinking*.
We have two jumbo litter boxes and get by with 40L (around 18kg) for about 2-3 months. Since this pack size has a fair price per litre compared to others, this litter is very cost-effective.
However, we don’t dispose of it in the toilet but rather in the regular household waste. If you want to dispose of it in the organic waste bin or on the compost heap, you often need to remove the cat’s waste first. To handle this properly, you can contact your local waste management service, which can provide specific information about the disposal regulations in your region, municipality, etc.
If the quality and price remain the same in the coming years, we’ll continue to be CBÖP fans. ;-)

It spreads throughout the entire flat.
The advantages are: it's lightweight, forms great clumps, absolutely no odour. However, the litter is far too light and, as a result, gets spread all over—and I mean *all over*—the flat. Even a mat can only reduce this slightly. Such a shame.

Wow!!!
This cat litter has completely won me over! I got it from our animal welfare chairperson because I always have lots of foster cats. The cats took to it straight away, and I’m absolutely satisfied.
Even after 4 weeks, it still smells like wood litter, lasts up to 2 weeks without needing to be topped up (with 4 cats and two litter boxes), and it’s relatively dust-free by my standards.
It’s a bit pricey, but the fact that it no longer smells like a cat toilet makes it worth the price to me!
So, for multi-cat households, it’s really very well-suited!

Simply brilliant
For me, this is the ideal litter. It clumps well, doesn’t stick to the paws, and even smells pleasant. I can happily do without the baby powder scent :) Instead, it has a light, woody smell, which doesn’t mean the whole room ends up smelling like a hardware store.

Super! Hardly any drawbacks!
We have 6 cats – ranging from long-haired to short-haired, from "messy" to fussy, we've got it all.
The litter is fantastic! It hardly smells, clumps well, and lasts a very long time.
There are only a few downsides: Firstly, the so-called "beach effect," which can be minimised with a rug placed a little distance in front of the litter box. Then there's the fluctuating quality, which you can notice in the clumping behaviour. However, this isn't a major issue. And lastly, the environmental friendliness.
For sensitive cats that react to dust, this litter might not be ideal, as it can be quite dusty, especially when freshly poured.
All in all: highly recommended!!!

Good!
We used to always have Golden Grey Master, but the quality has really gone downhill and it started to smell quickly.
Cat's Best Öko Plus was well received by our four tigers. It smells pleasant. The clumping is good for a plant-based product. However, disposing of it via the toilet isn't so straightforward: don't pour too much in at once, otherwise the toilet gets clogged. You also have to flush several times for it to go down, which means using more water – but you do end up with less household waste.
We're satisfied!
