I think it's nice, my cats don't.
I’ve tried several times and with different tricks (e.g. mixing) to introduce this litter, but my cats simply don’t like it.
As long as even one litter box (out of four or five) in the house contains conventional clumping litter, that’s the one they’ll use, and all the others with Öko Plus litter are boycotted—even by my young and completely easy-going tomcat. Such a shame!
Personally, I think it’s great—it clumps well, isn’t heavy to carry, smells pleasantly natural, and I’d really love to make use of the eco-friendly aspect.

I'm disappointed
I've been using Cat's Best for about 8 years and was always super satisfied with it.
But something must have been changed in the formula recently!!!
It turns powdery much faster and starts to smell!!!!!
I'm very disappointed because I could always rely on this product.

not the best
I read all the glowing reviews and was really excited. I just had to try this cat litter...
However, the result was rather disappointing.
It does smell nice, like wood, and the odour control is flawless, but what really bothers me is that it gets absolutely everywhere as soon as the cat jumps out of the litter box.
I have to sweep or vacuum every single day!
If you're fussy, you might even need to do it several times a day.
I find this extremely annoying and don't think I'll be buying it again, even though it's very economical in terms of usage.

Super cat litter
Cat's Best Öko Plus is the first cat litter we bought for our two new cats, and we're sticking with it. The most important thing is that both of them like using the litter box, it doesn't smell, there's hardly any dust, it clumps well, and for the bits they carry out of the box, well, that's what the vacuum cleaner is for.
Conclusion: I went ahead and ordered the second bag today.

REALLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, we tried out a lot of different litters and weren’t happy with many of them. We’re so glad we’ve discovered Cat’s Best now, it’s absolutely brilliant!!!! Doesn’t smell and clumps perfectly. Never going back to anything else!!!!!!!!!!

Only this one from now on! The description delivers what it promises.
This is the best litter I’ve ever tested.* Everything written on the packaging is absolutely true, and that’s something I’ve rarely experienced. After browsing through some reviews here, I decided to try two types: I’m simply thrilled with this litter – testing it and spending the money was totally worth it!
Price: More expensive than the regular clumping litter from discount stores or drugstores, but far more worthwhile! Ergo – cheaper in the long run because it lasts longer.
Weight: Lighter than regular clumping litter, but heavier than silica or paper litter.
Litter smell: Hardly any odour, definitely not unpleasant.
Consistency: Looks like regular litter, but beige-light brown in colour and lighter in weight.
Odour development: None – with daily cleaning, there’s truly no smell – I’ve never experienced anything like this before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Daily cleaning: Yes – but it’s not absolutely necessary.
Clumping: Works perfectly – no sticking to the bottom, no smearing, no crumbling or anything like that.
Disposal: Very easy via the toilet (that’s how I do it, and even though the toilet clogs slightly, it works fine with this litter) or organic waste.
Durability: Very long-lasting – a 10-litre pack has lasted me 3 weeks so far with almost daily cleaning.
* I’ve had cats for about 25 years, currently an indoor-only cat who exclusively uses the litter box in the flat, so I place particular importance on odour control.
Over the years, I’ve tried various brands and no-name products, types, and granules. I’m not a big fan of silica litter because the granules carried out on the paws feel almost like glass underfoot, sand spreads too quickly and clumps like plaster – plus it’s very heavy, paper litter is interesting because it’s light and cheap, but hygiene litter never lived up to its promises, even though it’s extra white and extra expensive. I prefer litter that can be disposed of via organic waste or even the toilet.

Super bedding ;)
I’ve tried quite a few types of cat litter, and this one is simply the best. It doesn’t smell, it clumps well, and you can easily remove urine with the small scoop. The litter is quite fine, so it tends to spread around the area near the litter box (even with a lid), but that’s what vacuum cleaners are for. (If you have a handheld vacuum, you won’t have any issues at all—just a quick vacuum around the box once or twice a day does the trick.)
With other cat litters, I used to dread lifting the lid off the litter box because I’d be hit with a sharp, sometimes downright disgusting smell. But it’s different with this litter. Clean the litter box morning and evening (even cleaning it just once a day is fine—it still doesn’t smell), and everything stays odour-free. My cats are absolutely thrilled with it too. I won’t be buying any other litter from now on.
THUMBS UP for this amazing litter! 👍

The excitement is gone!
I used it for quite a while, but it’s just way too dusty!!!
I definitely won’t be buying it again.

Simply brilliant!
We've had our two tomcats for about 1.5 years now and have tried out several types of litter during that time. Due to work commitments, cleaning is only possible once a day, and with the previously tested litters, you could already smell in the evening that the two cats had relieved themselves – despite using a hooded litter box with a filter. When cleaning, the clumps would always fall apart, and a complete replacement of the litter was usually necessary once a week.
At the beginning of this year, I stumbled across 'Cat's Best Öko Plus' because I was simply fed up with the constant lugging around of heavy bags. As a trial, I ordered a small bag and was pleasantly surprised:
1. You don't need to be a bodybuilder to move the bag.
2. Upon opening the bag, a pleasant woody scent greeted me.
3. My cats could hardly wait for me to clear out the old litter, wash the box, and fill it with the new litter. With a purr, first one, then the other disappeared into the litter box...
I've kept my routine of cleaning the litter box once a day. However, the flat no longer smells of cats – even though I've since swapped the hooded litter box for a larger open one. I replace the entire litter every 4 to 6 weeks. I haven't yet tested whether the litter can be safely disposed of via the toilet, but I don't mind the short trip to the bin either.
I bought my large bag at the end of May, and there's still about half of it left. So, despite the higher price compared to cheaper supermarket litters, this one turns out to be more economical in the long run.
The only slightly negative point might be that the litter sticks to their paws and gets spread around the bathroom. But this happened with other litters too, and it doesn't bother me since I sweep the bathroom every two days anyway.
My conclusion: This litter is definitely worth its price. It clumps well, truly binds odours, and my cats are happy.

no turning up one's nose
We didn’t have to experiment at all. We’re completely satisfied with Cat’s Best Öko Plus, as you only need to fully replace the litter about every 4 weeks. Since our two tomcats, who are just under a year old and still growing, eat quite a lot, they also produce a fair amount of “little piles.” But these, along with the urine, can be quickly removed with a standard scoop. Nothing goes to waste, as the clean granules fall back into the litter box through the scoop. We then throw the dirty litter directly into our toilet and flush it away. It’s absolutely suitable for that. And just like that, the smell of the piles and annoying urine clumps are gone. The only downside might be a slight increase in water usage, as you’re flushing away dirty litter. But on the plus side, you don’t have full rubbish bags lying around or unpleasant smells in the house or bin. So, all in all, a fantastic price-performance ratio!

Very good
We were recommended this by the breeder, and I have to say I’m very satisfied. There’s no odour like with most other types, and it clumps nicely. Our Sphynx cats are happy with it.

Super!!!
In my opinion, this is the best clumping litter out there, especially when it comes to disposal. It’s true that it does spread quite a bit around the house, but on the other hand, I think when you have cats indoors, you just accept certain things as part of the deal. I also tried the version for long-haired cats. While it was great in terms of reducing the mess around the house, it didn’t clump as well and wasn’t as economical. So for me, this CB Öko Plus litter is the absolute winner!!

Cat litter all over the flat!
The handling and odour control were quite good, but the litter ends up all over the flat, which is really annoying!

Wonderful
When my first cat came to me, I tried all the common cat litters, even the most expensive ones. It took some time before I discovered Cat's Best Öko Plus.
I found that it absolutely neutralises odours and, thanks to its excellent clumping properties, is incredibly economical. On top of that, it hardly produces any dust.
Now I have three little furry friends and I’m so glad I found this product, as these qualities are even more important with this small team.
I can only recommend this litter to everyone!

Perfect!
What I particularly like about this litter is that it can be easily disposed of via the toilet and that it’s so lightweight. I live in a top-floor flat and can carry the 40-litre bag upstairs without much trouble. My tomcat took to it straight away – even as a kitten. Thanks to its light weight, even kittens can dig in it easily. I’m also happy with the clumping. Highly recommended!

Simply the BEST !!!!!
I’ve been testing cat litter for over 30 years and have found something to criticise about every single one. With CB, the only thing that bothers me is that (due to its light weight) it sticks to the paws for a long time and gets spread far around the house. Otherwise, I give:
5 stars for yield,
5 stars for odour control,
5 stars for absorbency and clumping properties,
5 stars for value for money.
If you only need to remove one clump (with one cat, several times a day), you can easily dispose of it in the toilet. Just let it dissolve completely in water and flush it away. But be careful with larger amounts, as this can lead to blockages! One last thing: please don’t dispose of it in organic waste – there’s a risk of disease transmission. Check with your local waste management office for advice.

Nothing special
I’ve been testing this cat litter for quite some time now. Unfortunately, my cats won’t use it. It has a pleasant smell. I can’t say anything about its odour control since the litter wasn’t used. What I find really awful is how the litter spreads around the flat. It quickly falls out of the tray (e.g., when the cat steps out), sticks everywhere, and gets scattered very easily.
Absolutely unsuitable for me!

Of all the ones I tried, this was the most pleasant.
This is the fourth clumping litter we've tried. Even well-known clumping litter ended up scattered all over the flat. As soon as you opened the front door, you could smell that a cat lived here. The waste could only be removed properly when it was dry. So far, we are very satisfied with CBÖP. The smell is very pleasant. The litter only spreads within a small area around the cat's litter box. Waste can be removed quickly and easily. Plus, the entire litter doesn't need to be replaced twice a week. And most importantly, our tomcat accepts it, and we're doing something good for the environment.

Super
I’ve been very convinced by this product for years, I don’t use anything else anymore, and my cat likes it too – so keep it up!

The best I've ever had!
I guess I’m like most people, trying something different: And, it’s a big fat fail!
This cat litter is honestly the best I’ve ever tried. I get nice solid clumps, there’s no smell, and I can put the leftovers on the compost instead of filling up the expensive household waste bin!
TRULY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!
