Too bad
The litter has good odour control. The super clumps are firm and easy to remove. However, the lower filling of the bag is too fine-grained and creates dust when pouring. Unfortunately, our two little ones didn’t take a liking to the litter and often went in front of the toilet instead of inside it – such a shame.

To all those who have cats
I’ve tried many types of cat litter, including some very expensive ones, and I was never satisfied until I discovered Cat’s Best years ago. Since then, there’s no other product for me.

What else, why try something different?
For me and my two tomcats, it's clear: lifelong Cat Best Bio - 40l has lasted since 13th May and the litter still isn't finished (I estimate it'll last at least until the end of July). The waste can be removed in tennis ball-sized clumps using the litter scoop. I'll be ordering "the Best" again soon.

Cat's best? Cat's worst!
Do not buy this litter, it tracks everywhere. I found it ALL OVER my flat, in every crevice. World's best is a similar price and FAR better IMO.

Unfortunately...
... my cats still don’t really like it even after a longer trial period. They only use it when the other two litter boxes (now both filled with Golden Grey) are occupied or if it’s absolutely urgent. The clumps become extremely large (I was looking for a litter that would produce less waste volume), and when I think about the fact that I’m flushing the waste of THREE cats down the toilet... no pipe can handle that, no matter how good it is! For one cat or outdoor cats that mostly do their business outside, it might work. Also, the clumps take quite a while to become firm enough to sift without crumbling immediately – even the cheap litter was better in this regard. With Golden Grey, you can scoop after just a few seconds and nothing falls apart, significantly reducing the waste volume. To the eco-conscious: Bentonite is also a naturally occurring mineral, not chemicals!

It doesn't get any better than this.
I just wanted to add something.
If you're using this brilliant litter, you should definitely order the tray with the grid as well.
That way, you won't have the problem of litter getting scattered around the house anymore.
Honestly, the litter and the tray together – it doesn't get any better than this!

I recently bought this cat litter and I’m absolutely satisfied. The one I had before was way too dusty, so my black shelf next to it ended up looking grey to white instead of black!
Ever since I started using "Cats Best Öko", the dust problem is gone and it smells pleasantly of fresh wood shavings – simply SUPER!!!!!!!!!!

Cat's Best - my cats don't like it
The worst cat litter I’ve ever bought. Since it’s very hot at the moment, the litter started to smell unbearable after just 8 hours. The granules are very coarse, making it impossible to scoop. My cats stopped using it altogether. Absorbency is practically non-existent. The 40-litre bag barely lasted a week because I had to completely change the litter every day, and even then, they still went in the house.

Almost perfect
I had always bought the cheap litter from the discount store (non-clumping) and four weeks ago, I filled one of the two litter boxes with Cat's Best Öko Plus as a test. Since then, the "old" box has been completely avoided, and my three cats only use the "test box"! The texture is pleasantly soft, and the subtle scent is great too. A 10-litre bag is enough to fill one box (it clumps much better if there's a bit more litter in it). The clumps are very firm and rarely fall apart. There's no smell at all anymore (provided the cats have buried everything properly). The only downside is that the litter gets spread all over the room (I have three short-haired cats). But that's the case with other litters too. Dust only develops when filling or refilling, but even then, it's minimal. After four weeks, the initial filling is now ready for the compost. I'm a bit cautious about disposing of it via the toilet, as water consumption increases significantly. All in all, though, it's a very good litter. I'll now fill both litter boxes with Cat's Best Öko Plus but will continue disposing of it via the household waste!

Eco Plus
Absorbs well, so far the best litter I've used for my cat.

Saves on waste disposal costs, but not very efficient
The 10kg package is supposed to last for 4 weeks according to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, it only lasted one week for me because it clumps extremely badly. A drop of liquid results in a clump roughly the size of a €2 coin. After urinating twice, a quarter of the litter you’ve added turns into one massive clump.
Price-wise, it’s extremely expensive, but supposedly environmentally friendly, as it can be disposed of via the toilet in some municipalities.

...and is poorly absorbent due to the coarse texture...
...??? I'm cracking up, what kind of vacuum cleaner do you have? Even my handheld cordless vacuum picks them up. Cats Best is the best litter you can get. I have four cats and four litter boxes, all with lids. Sure, they drag a few crumbs through the house, so what? That happens with other litters too. And if something gets stuck in their paws, it's no big deal—it's pure nature, nothing can get inflamed like with chemical litter. In the garden, they bring all sorts of other stuff under their paws anyway. It does create a bit of dust when pouring it in, but it clumps brilliantly. The pee obviously needs to soak in first. It also dissolves perfectly in the toilet. Take a handful of litter, pour a little water over it (pee substitute), and you'll see how it clumps. Then pour a litre of water into the sink, toss the clump in, stir it a bit, and voilà—it dissolves perfectly. I've been flushing my cats' poo and pee down the toilet for years, and it's never clogged. When doing a deep clean of the litter box, you can throw the remaining bits in the rubbish. I do this every four weeks.
Savings: I always buy 40-litre bags for €18. They last eight weeks... what more could you want?

Unfortunately, not convincing!
I too got tempted while searching for the "right" litter.
So many positive reviews – it had to be good. Not a chance!!
The whole house is covered in little grains, despite using a mat, not to mention the dust!
Clumps don’t always form, and most of the time they fall apart when trying to remove them.
And I’m also cautious about disposing of it in the toilet.
So, I’ll keep testing to find the litter that makes us all happy.

Not good, sorry!
Three cats and two litter boxes – not usable. It’s dusty, smells, and the litter ends up scattered all over the house. Plus, the coarse granules make it absorb poorly. Even with litter mats, there was no improvement.
Such a shame, the litter was advertised as very promising. Thanks, but never again!

Very satisfied
Hello!
I've had two BKA tomcats for four weeks now, both 4 months old.
I've been using Cat's Best Öko Plus in the litter box for four weeks, only removing the clumps, which thankfully don't fall apart, and everything is perfect!
The only downside is that it produces a bit of dust, but in return, I only get a few crumbs on the mat here and there. I can only recommend it!!!

best cat litter
Clumps beautifully. Very easy to remove both pee & poo. Little tracking.

Very good
I can only recommend this cat litter! It’s lightweight, clumps really well, and is environmentally friendly too. The fact that you can dispose of the leftovers via your own toilet is one of the best things about it, in my opinion. My cat got used to it pretty quickly as well, which I’m really pleased about! I also think the price-performance ratio is fair.
