At the beginning...
... it "worked" great with the litter. I had a kitty who dutifully used the litter box, everything was fine. Only when she did her business, it took a while for the smell to go away.
In the meantime, I’ve got a second cat (a tomcat), and with him, everything smells much stronger than with my kitty.
Whenever he goes to the litter box, he spends ages in there pushing the litter from one side to the other—not because he enjoys it, but because the litter doesn’t immediately neutralise the smell. He frantically buries the stuff, making such a racket in the box that I always have to check on him. The stench that comes out is truly awful, and I always have to clean up with the scoop straight away.
So, if you’ve got a cat that’s "more odour-intensive," you’d be better off choosing a different litter... even if it has more chemicals in it.

Super.
I have to say, the litter is really fantastic. It clumps immediately and is truly very, very economical. I have two Maine Coons, and they really produce more mess than enough. Still, I only need to do a complete change every three weeks. With my old litter, I had to do that every 2-4 days.
The only downside: the two of them spread the litter much further around the flat compared to the old litter. But I have to sweep up anyway, so it’s not a big deal.

The best litter we've had so far
The litter is fantastic. Even though my tomcat was initially scared of it – he wasn’t familiar with natural litter before. I tried putting him in it, but he braced himself with all four paws on the edge of the litter box. However, that was sorted out after a few hours (treats did the trick). It doesn’t stink, is super long-lasting, and finally, I don’t have so much waste from toilet disposal anymore. I have dark wooden flooring in my flat and mostly dark furniture. With other types of litter, I used to have paw prints everywhere, but that doesn’t happen at all anymore. Some litter still gets carried through the flat, but since it’s not as fine, it’s much easier to sweep up. Until now, I’ve only used litter with top ratings, but CBÖP beats them all by a mile! My 40-litre bag isn’t even half empty after five weeks with two cats!

Super Bedding
Above all, I think it's brilliant that I can dispose of it via the toilet. The litter is also incredibly efficient. It doesn't smell either. My two furry friends accepted it straight away.

Good litter, but unfortunately not accepted
The litter initially impressed me: good clumping, a pleasant natural smell, and hardly any odour development. Plus, it’s pleasantly lightweight and can even be disposed of via the toilet! Unfortunately, one of my two cats didn’t accept it and showed me by starting to pee next to the litter box. After using the toilet with the eco-litter, both of my cats also began wheezing heavily every time, which had never happened before and really worried me... so it doesn’t seem to be as dust-free as claimed. But perhaps other cats might get along with it better.

4 1/2 stars is what I would have liked to give.
The volume and weight of the waste are significantly lower. With conventional litter, we could hardly move the bin anymore... The litter is indeed very efficient and was immediately accepted by our 6 tigers (Norwegian Forest Cats). However, a lot of the little crumbs get carried out in front of the toilet and within a 2-metre radius.
I can't detect any urine smell. However, the little piles of faeces are sometimes not buried as well anymore. I'm still very satisfied.

Simply brilliant!
I can't really say that it particularly reduces the smell from my two little stink bombs, but I clean it up after every little pile anyway, and in terms of handling, it’s simply unbeatable. Very lightweight, easy to dispose of in the toilet, and incredibly long-lasting!! So, honestly, highly recommended!!!

I love this stuff!
Having started my kitten on a cheap,non-clumping clay litter, I progressed to "worlds best" which was perceived by my four dogs to be a ready snack.
I love "cats best". It clumps really well, and only the soiled balls need to be replaced. The only smell is a faint "sawdust" one.
Although I needed to use a lot to fill the covered cat litter tray, only a small amount needs to be removed each time, making it very economical.
Absolutely recommendable
The best cat litter I’ve ever had. No more urine residue at the bottom of the litter box, as the urine is absorbed immediately. The smell of urine is greatly reduced. Cleaning the litter box becomes a casual chore.

Human happy, furry friends not.
Our young cats have been used to a different litter since birth, but after the formula was changed, it just wasn’t good enough anymore. So, we ordered Cat's Best.
Smell is great, doesn’t create dust, all good, but both cats refused to use the toilet and staged a protest by doing their business right in front of their litter box.

Just awful, stink bomb
When I came into the living room in the morning, it smelled as if the cats had done their business somewhere on the floor instead of in the litter box. But that wasn’t the case; they had used the litter box as usual. The stench was revolting, and the litter hadn’t even been in there for 12 hours. After another 12 hours, one of the cats had already done its "business" in front of the litter box. Never again!!

Super
I am very satisfied. This litter is the best I’ve tried so far. Extremely efficient, excellent odour control, and clumps brilliantly! The speed of delivery is also commendable. Thank you and keep it up!

Almost perfect!
When pouring it in, it’s admittedly a bit dusty, but that settles quickly and it has a pleasant forest floor scent. It clumps well and doesn’t smell at all, even when I’m standing right next to it, which is very important to me since the litter box is in the bathroom. My Coonie christened the litter just 10 minutes after filling it, so my worry that she might not accept it was quickly forgotten. The sand effect is stronger than with other litter, but it’s always confined to the bathroom and can be quickly swept away with a hand brush. Additionally, it’s nice and lightweight, and you can carry 20 litres up to the fourth floor, which is definitely a plus for me.
All in all, the only downside is the sand effect, but everything else is spot on :)

Cats Best is fur-friendly.
My tomcat had been suffering from itchy fur on his tummy and the insides of his thighs for 3 1/2 years. He would lick his fur off and occasionally even make his skin sore. Nothing except cortisone could stop this for a certain period of time. He had varying degrees of skin itchiness, which also had to be treated with ointment. An allergy blood test showed no results. I had already resigned myself to the fact that I would have to intervene with ointments and occasionally cortisone. Then I switched the litter from fine bentonite clumping litter to Cat's Best Eco Litter. Since then, the cat no longer scratches himself constantly, his fur is growing evenly on his tummy again, and there are no more sore spots. This benefit is so significant for me that I gladly accept the small downside, which is that the litter is more easily spread around the flat by my three indoor cats. Moreover, the litter smells more pleasant.

Not quite so great
We used this cat litter for almost a year. Then one of our tomcats started to become unclean, probably because the litter was too dusty for him. Cleaning our large litter box became unbearable due to the dust. On top of that, it always stuck to their fur and got spread all over the flat, despite having a toilet mat.
We've now switched to Extreme Classic. Unfortunately, it's not biodegradable, but I can highly recommend it to everyone (no smell, no dust, very efficient). And the tomcat no longer goes everywhere!

The best
For me, there’s no better cat litter, it’s just a shame that it’s so expensive, because with 11 cats I need quite a lot of it!

Dusts excessively – poorly absorbs odours
The dust development during cleaning is so severe that it causes breathing problems. I think this litter is a health concern for both humans and animals.

Everything customised...
I’ve read through quite a few (actually, a lot of) comments here (both the bad and the good ones).
Someone mentioned that you can’t sift it properly because the clumps and the litter are too big. How about using a scoop with bigger holes? If you’re using a fine sieve, you might as well build a sandbox. Besides, anyone who isn’t BLIND can see what kind of scoop is needed for this.
I manage just fine when cleaning (I clean every day).
The smell isn’t suitable for an open litter box. I can’t quite figure out what it smells like—there are sensitive noses and less sensitive ones. For me, it’s not an unpleasant smell, and my cat uses the litter box without any issues.
It doesn’t create ANY dust for me, not even when cleaning. It clumps a lot, which shows it has high absorbency, though I find it a bit wasteful, and the litter isn’t exactly cheap either.

No other one anymore.
After reading many very contradictory reviews, I decided to test the cat litter myself with my cats.
On the topic of dust:
Yes, it’s dusty. A little. I’ve already gone through several packs in the past few weeks and didn’t find the dust problematic at all. When pouring it into the litter box, it’s noticeably dusty, but not a big deal. It’s absolutely no problem for me, and my cats accepted it immediately, which they’ve never done with any other litter before.
Clumping:
It clumps brilliantly! My cats have the habit of quickly doing their business while I’m cleaning the litter boxes so I can take care of that too. So, I regularly get to deal with very fresh deposits and can say that a urine clump with this litter becomes super hard immediately, doesn’t crumble, and can be removed easily and cleanly. It doesn’t get better than this.
Smell:
The litter smells pleasantly of freshly cut wood, very pine-heavy. :) The odour control is excellent, even with my two little stinkers – as long as you clean the litter box daily, which should go without saying. To be fair, it must be noted that the smell potential of cat poo also depends on the individual animal and the food provided, so there can be differences that have nothing to do with the litter used. For us, the litter works perfectly.
Tracking:
Due to the lightweight nature of the litter, it naturally tends to stick to paws and get spread around the house a bit. However, the litter I used before was much worse, so I now see this as a significant improvement. Anyone who owns a vacuum cleaner and uses it occasionally won’t have any noteworthy issues with this. Of course, it would be nicer if there were no tracking at all – but I’ve never had that with any litter.
Conclusion:
As a single cat owner, I’m very glad that the litter is nice and light, and I don’t have to gasp for air like an asthmatic when lugging it up to my flat on the first floor. The cats used it immediately after the initial filling and liked it better than their previous litter right away. It smells good, clumps excellently, and the bit of dust when filling (every few weeks!) won’t kill us. The claim that someone supposedly developed a dust allergy from this litter – oh, come on. I can’t believe that for a second. Either you have an allergy, or you don’t. If you only notice the allergy because of the litter, that’s unfortunate – but not the product’s fault.
