Karlie White Cat Flap with 4-Way Closure

Insulation grey fur strips for interior has cheap adhesive & completely now peeled off after three months. Wasted money. Looking for a reibursement.

Hard to close. It makes noise because you have to line up the flap perfectly, which attracts the cats when you want to lock them in. My cat locks himself in by playing with the buttons, so I had to seal them.
