While my cats seem mostly to like this food (they often eat it all), there have been a number of occasions where I'll open a can & instead of the can being full to the top, the meat looks shrunken with lots of space between the meat & the edges of the can, which makes me wary (has it been preserved correctly)? Since it's smelled alright I've always still served it to my cats & it's been fine but you get less food than you ought per can due to this issue and I don't like worrying about safety.

My cat, loved this and we always had an empty bowl. I noticed the meat was darker than usual and smelt off in both tin and tray. Zooplus were really helpful but the new batch has the same problem. I'm wondering if they changed the recipe when they changed the packaging. My cat now struggles to get through one tray in a day - he just won't eat it any more. I had hoped this would be a long term solution to the supermarket food - but this can make him sick as well and he has an upset tum.

This used to be the absolute best - now the last few batches have been very gristly and much lower in quality than I’ve come to expect. Not impressed with the changes!
