Food that saved my cat!
My cat was diagnosed with diabetes in February 2024, after a month of insulin treatment her blood glucose levels were still high (around 20mmol).
Towards the end of March I changed her food to the royal canin diabetic food. She loves the biscuits too!
Beginning of May, she entered remission and hasn’t had to be injected with insulin since. She is still on this diet and I monitor her blood glucose once a week still and it is still in the normal range of 4.4-6.6mmol.
Thankyou royal canin

diabetic cat food
I was advised by my vet to feed my cat this product. I ordered it from the website and was pleased with both the price and the speed of the delivery. I will definitely re-order again soon.

recommended
we tried lots of brands when our diabetic cat went off his food. our vet recommended royal canin saying most cats love this, she was right. all our cats loved it.
Very generous portion size in each pouch, more costly than other brands but it is quality food if your budget allows. if not, there are other good brands out there, we had to try lots to get our cat eating again, now he is healthy, still diabetic, but stable.

tasty diabetic food
Both of my elderly cats are diabetic and they really enjoy these pouches. In fact one of them is not on insulin at present.

Royal Diabetic - nice food, good blood sugar levels
My cat's blood sugar is much better since she's been eating this food. There are even days when I don't have to inject her. I really recommend this!

fabulous food
My really picky 13 year old cat was diagnosed with Pancreatitis last year. He had a really tough time getting well and lost more than a kilo. This food is a god send and has been keeping his flare ups to a minimum - amazing food would highly recommend.

Agrees with my cat
My cat likes eating this food and it agrees with her (no more diarrhoea since we changed her to this), so I'd recommend it.

For post operative recovery
Following a major operation, my veterinary surgeon gave me a pack of 4 pouches of Royal Canin Veterinary Diet - Gastro Intestinal to feed my cat whilst she recovers. She is elderly and weighs just 3.2 kgs. The recommended feeding amount for this weight is 2.25 pouches per day and it is recommended that she continues with this diet for 2 - 3 weeks. My little one loves it and it's so heartening to see her enjoying her food. THANK YOU Zooplus for making it available.

About time
that Royal Canin had its diabetic food in pouches. My cat really likes it and throws herself at it when I put it down. The food has a really great consistency and clearly a tasty sauce too. It smells nice to me too.
