Royal Canin Diabetic food receives praise for helping manage diabetic cats' health, with many owners noticing improved blood glucose levels and reduced insulin needs. Cats seem to enjoy the taste and experience fewer digestive issues. However, some reviews criticize recent changes in the formula, noting increased fat content and reduced packaging size, which may affect the product's quality and value for money. Overall, the food is well-regarded for its positive impact on feline health.

FORMULA CHANGED SMALLER SIZE
Older reviews are for product that was of better quality than new version
They added more fat and God knows what else they changed, my cat doesn't want to eat it, makes him sick
Size of packaging was Reduced significantly, but they didn't lower the price
It was already an expensive product and now it has been spoiled by adding more cheap fat and reducing the size
Looks like Royal Canin is desperate for more profit.
Shame, as this food has been ruined, and my cats health deteriorated as
B.Thanks
