Feather not replaceable
Basically great, but after playing once, the spring was broken and there's no replacement. For that, it's too expensive.

Useless and extremely overpriced.
I can’t even remember when I bought this thing. In no time at all, my cats ripped out the feathers and made it completely useless. Found it in the cupboard the other day and was about to throw it away. Now I see there aren’t any spare parts for it, so it’s definitely rubbish.

Sustainability questionable
Basically a good product – but completely useless. My cats managed to pull out the feather after just one day. Since then, the toy has been uninteresting. A pile of plastic and costs for one day of playtime. It wouldn’t be *that* dramatic if the feather were replaceable. Since that’s not the case, the whole toy is ready for the bin.
If you have more active cats, you’re essentially buying a one-day item here, which can then be thrown away.

Relaxed cat
Our usually quite playful 1.5-year-old BKH mix girl loves watching and listening to this toy. She doesn’t really play with it, though. However, the sound of the feather (which is also quite pleasant for humans) seems to really calm her down, so she listens intently and then drifts off to sleep. Still a purchase recommendation from us.

I can agree with the other comments. Both cats just look at the thing sceptically and don’t dare to touch it with their paws. They don’t chase it either. It’s a real shame that you can’t adjust the speed.

I was a bit sceptical at first because of the comments.
When it arrived, I put the battery in and off it went – I thought, wow, a fan with a spring! 😳 But my boys think it's absolutely brilliant.
I'd say give it a try first; you can always send it back later.
Every cat reacts differently, and maybe they'll like it.

Well received, but room for improvement
My very picky cat has taken to it really well. However, I do think it spins quite quickly and fear the spring might not last very long. Still, it provides good entertainment for now.
It would be great if it had a built-in timer, for example, turning on for 15 minutes every 2 hours. That way, it would ensure regular activity even when you're not around.

The best!!!
My cat is obsessed with this toy. He pulled the feather out on the first day, but I just replaced with with another one of his small plush toys. Amazing toy for an amazing price!

Entertaining
This is a good toy... once you find the button to turn on. Nosed on reviews to see if it got mentioned and it did. The button is on side. As mentioned the feathers go FAST, took tips from other reviews to slow down feathers. I put some treats inside and they flew out. My cat enjoys this toy and that's what counts

Very nice toy, unfortunately not very durable.
Very nice toy for young and old. My young cat chases after it like crazy, and my two older ones enjoy watching the game. Unfortunately, it's not sustainable, as I’ve been searching in vain for replacement parts for the feather (which don’t exist). And constantly buying plastic waste? No – really a shame. 😢

If only there were replacement springs, it would be perfect.
My two cats loved it, but unfortunately, they quickly pulled out the feather. For the price, you should be able to replace it. As it stands, it's unfortunately just a short-lived toy. Not recommended for active cats.
