They changed the recipe

My cats would always eat the Shredded Fillets. But, they have changed the recipe and they won't eat go near it. Tried over 2 months to get them to eat it, and they run away like we are trying to poison them. Sorry, but Lily's Kitchen should have left well enough alone. My suspicion when a company says they are always re-evaluating their recipes run to they are looking for a more economical way to make the product. Not always in a good way either. Lily's messed up on this one.

Gloopy but the cats like it

After months of eating Untamed, my cats are refusing to eat it so having tried a few options, this is finally one they will eat addition to the dry food. It is gloopy and grey but they yum it up.

Our cat likes all of these flavours except the mussels in one of the cans which we pick out before giving it to him!

Won’t go near it

Such a shame, I thought they’d really like these new flavours since they love that kind of texture. My male cat eats it but I can tell it’s not his favourite. My female cat won’t even go near it.

Gross

Opened the tin and the food looked grey and slimy. Gave it to the cats, hoping they would try it. Only one of the cats tried it and she ended up with diarrhoea! Had to throw all the tins away as they looked terrible, even though the expiry stated 2026. This is the second time trying Lily's kitchen products on the cats and they just hate it, as well as it looks and smells gross. Never again.

Kitty enjoys these

My cat enjoys all the flavours apart from the mussels - he just leaves those in his bowl but eats the chicken and gravy. The gravy is thick and there's plenty of it and kitty really loves it! Could do with a bit more actual meat in them though. The food does smell pretty nice when you open it. Kitty isn't usually as eager for chicken foods as he is for fish but he wolfs the chicken ones down so I guess there's something good about them.

Great ingredients, cats like it

Always a staple in my cats diet. The fish ones are their favourite and then plain chicken. Good ingredients and lots of juices for my cat that likes his gravy.

Mr love this

My cat has never been a fan of dry food and has been on lilys pates mostly. He hates the tasty cuts one but he loves the shredded fillets. As other review commented he avoids the mussels on the chicken and mussels one and will eat around them 😂😂. His faves are the tuna and salmon and chicken and ham but he will overall eat any of them…

Was my most purchased wet food

My picky ragdoll was eating Lily’s kitchen for a good year after transitioning from dry food. He loved the shredded fillets which is hard to find from other good brands. But the mussels he would not eat unless I mashed it up and I have noticed vomiting a few times after trying other wet food brands. However, overall he enjoyed it and has made him less fussy trying other food!

Fussy cat eats it

I have really fussy cat. I tried all decent brands, type of food, flavours but my cat won't eat anything until I add some salmon fish flakes... What I managed to discover that kitty likes chicken flavoured lily's kitchen cans, so I am happy. Food looks good inside, plenty of juices. My cat however doesn't like salmon tuna flavour from the package, so ideally I would like to buy seperate the flavours.

Fussy cats approve!

Our fussy cats will both gobble up the Tuna & Salmon variety. They aren't as keen on the chicken, so it is a shame there are 3 chicken varieties and only one fish in the multipack. I'd give 5 stars otherwise. May have to find somewhere else to buy it, to just get the fish.

They all eat this!

All our cats will eat this. They tend to lick up the gravy first and come back for the meat after a little break. They love the Tuna with Salmon best, so it's a shame that there are fewer tins of this in the pack.
