Our fussy cats love these
Yes, they do smell strong, and no, they aren’t haute cuisine. But as affordable cat food goes, the ingredients aren’t awful, the company hasn’t had lots of recalls like some others, and both cats will consistently eat this.

Been trying my cat on higher quality had heard good things about Feringa but he wouldn’t touch it unfortunately and ended up throwing most of it out

Bits of weird grey stuff in the food
The smell is horrible, very pungent! There are grey hard bits in the food , very concerning!! I don’t know what that is but it is not edible for sure !!

all 7 cats enjoyed
as the title says I have 7 cats all rescues, different ages, breeds and sizes, i usually feed them dry kibble but lately found that you should really give them some wet for kidney/liver health and hydration, especially male cats of which I have 2.
I picked these trays as they seemed good ingredients, and were affordable, all 7 went mad for them and gobbled right up, even the fussy ones, i got the mixed pack and there isnt one they havent liked so its a win from me and my brood

Our picky cat loves them!
We have to Siamese, one who’ll eat anything, and one who’ll watch from a warm radiator whilst her sister eats both there dinners given the chance!
Since switching from Encore to Feringa, they now both finish their meals 90% of time, which is much better than P’a previous 50%.
Clearly not popular
Rejected at first and, even towards the end of the pack, only eaten under protest.

Did not like them at all.
Gave these to my fussy cat instead of the tins we had slowly introduced last year and which he eats without too many problems - thinking it would be the same food. He just would not eat them, no matter what.

Allergic reaction to sea buckthorn
Be careful, Rabit & Turkey also contains sea buckthorn. My cat got very strong allergic reaction (swollen, pinkish skin and licking fur) and we had to go to vets for him to get injection.
Uninterested
Ordered this on a whimn a long with some other food. My cats are not too picky, but one simply refused it, while my other cat didn't want the one I put down for him. If my cats don't want it, I don't know what's in it lol.

Good stuff!
My youngest cat has difficulty swallowing and has to have pate type wet food. Most pates are too hard for her. The soft-ish consistency of this one, combined with the fact that there is lots of jelly, means I can pretty much just finely mash it and she can eat without regurgitating it. Quite impressed and will be sticking with this one for the foreseeable!

A hit!!
My cat gobbles up feringa as soon as it hits her bowl! She gets a mixture of brands from high quality such as feringa, wild freedom & Lily’s kitchen to low quality such as Sheba, felix & Asda’s own so I know she’s getting a good nutrient balance. This food smells fresh and looks good quality and has a great meat content so I’m confident to give it to my girl she’s had this for her breakfast along with the feringa poultry dry food 😊would recommend

We tried the cans and the pouches. She doesn’t like those but she goes crazy for the trays.
trays are excellent!
I love these trays as they are so much easier than pouches and you can recycle all parts, unlike tetra packs or pouches. The size is perfect for my two cats and it's easier to apportion them, as one prefers dry food, so he only has a small amount of wet and the other is on a diet. I find that larger sizes are just no good as they struggle to get through anything over 200g. They like all the flavours and it is excellent quality - I haven't found any bones or anything like some other reviewers.
No fuss feeding
I find these trays an ideal size for feeding my cats, no leftovers to keep fresh. They quicky eat up whichever flavour I put out and I have not had any problems with bones that another reviewer has reported. Good value
Bone shards/pieces in food
I have been buying the trays for a few months and consistently have found bits of bone in certain flavours ( duck and veal in particular) . I have had no satisfactory response from either the manufacturer or supplier, always saying there have been no other complaints. Some of the pieces are extremely sharp while others and quite large and it is very dangerous for a catcto way these pieces which can cause serious intestinal damage. I can not recommend this food unless the manufacturer sorts it.
Feringa trays and dry cat food
My cat would not touch some of the varieties and other eat reluctantly. Normally he is not very fussy, also Feringa dry food is not what he likes a lot, definitely does not crave it.
