You need a lot of patience for the assembly, as there are so many parts and it's not really straightforward.

The cage is not sturdy for the price, and it's impractical as you can't open it from the top.

It was fiddly and time consuming to put up and even now the extra bit of floor space will not click on properly. Also the flimsiness and angle makes a pain to sweep out twice a day. When assembled I desperately wanted to send it back but my girls needed the space immediately. As it is once you get used to cleaning it out and are fully aware you cant put any weight on it its not too bad for a pair of female guinea pigs.

Was excited to get this cage, arrived well packed BUT absolutely TERRIBLE instructions that were tiny pictures, really hard to understand. Also despite assembling correctly some holes didn't align up. Worse still the water bottle holder has to hang too high on the bars for smaller Guinea pigs and the bottle when full slips through the holder. The hay rack is absolutely useless on the outside of cage, again too high and the steps up to platform FAR too steep for any pet to climb up

The delivery of the cage was quite quick but that's the only good thing about it. It had many faults & broken bits, contacting them is a bit of a nightmare, eventually got it sorted & the new cage is here (also had a broken piece but used the bit from the 1st cage) it's difficult to put together as nothing seems to fit properly, it's very flimsy & cheap. I wouldn't buy it again if I needed a new cage.

I bought 2 of these and on both cages the top collapse when u open the doors and need to be lifted at one side good size fantastic price the only thing that spoils it is the top collapsing when you open the doors

Unfortunately, we didn’t have an assembly manual included, so I had to find one online, which wasn’t a big problem for us. But the assembly itself is an absolute nightmare. It’s really quite annoying that the cage can’t be opened from the top. The size is okay, but I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s very flimsy and definitely not worth the money. The accessories are super cheap and were replaced with better ones.
