Came with two mental bars broken and a clip snapped instructions are usless and is very flimsy definitely not anywhere near worth its price do not bye

Clips are cheap cheap quality can’t even hold the metal fences together honestly the worst cage i have ever had to build, the clips don’t even go on and if they do they either don’t hold the metal fences or break bunch of cheap crap marked up at a high price. If i could give it 0 stars i would

Arrived with a chip in the base, with a crack going down the side. Then when looking at the pieces that are meant to slot together, they’re not even the correct measurements! You’ve got about an inch difference between two pieces that are meant to be equal. Unusable, even when trying to find a solution to the making companies mess up! Complete waste of time and money! The delivery from supplier to courier was also delayed by two days - DO NOT BUY!

Absolute 100% nightmare to put together….. also this product has been updated and changed since I bought the same cage last year! It now only opens from the top! I have a bad back and don’t want to always bend down and over to get inside it! The top part used to have a lip that sloped down slightly, then the doors would hook onto that and you used to be able to open the doors from the front. Not anymore! I wish I’d have known this before I started building the damn thing. Also very unsteady

This cage is a nightmare to put together, sections don’t clip in properly which makes it v difficult to clean. I just moved mine outside to clean and all the sides have fallen apart.

The doors are too high to just open and let them free roam. The doors were very jammy form day one and after a month it fell apart.

This is very hard to put together and when you do it is very unstable. Had ours for 4 months and the front of the cage bars come off when you open it and now our rabbit has got out of it's cage.

As detailed in other reviews this is incredibly poorly made. Wasted over an hour trying to get the bottom to slot together before giving up. Waiting to hear about returning it. Really needed the cage too but unlike some people couldn’t even bodge it 🙄

Would not recommend this cage at all. It is an absolute nightmare to build. Not sure if I got a dodgy one but none of the pieces slot in together, I was having to trim the plastic down so they would fit. If it was an easy process to return I would of done and asked for a refund!

The cage is not sturdy for the price, and it's impractical too, as you can't open the cage from the top.

i bought this cage for my piggies the water bottles wer both cracked he cage was also cracked from the bottom on the hay racks we’re missing parts and it did not come with the side cage. Pls don’t buy. The ramp was broken to.

The cage is fab, however neither of the water bottles worked, have tried emailing but nobody responds

Lovely sized cage but very flimsy. There were corners that were broken, pieces snapped off the feeding shelf and various other bits split or broken. Not surprising considering it came in a really thin cardboard box with absolutely NO protective packaging. I would like to point out, this is not the fault of Zooplus but whoever is packing the Ferplast cages. Couldnt send it back as my guineas were due to arrive the following day.

Got this damaged. Managed to put it together but doesn't seem sturdy at all, 2 plastic pieces aren't slotting together properly and another piece has been made bent with plastic sticking out. Also clips that hold top part of cage together isn't holding properly so I've had to cable tie it. Would be a good cage if was made properly

unfortunately came with faulty pieces that were crooked and did not fit in. very disappointed with this product and would like a refund. do not buy.

I do not rate this cage! Clips snap, the door that lifts up constantly gets stuck...its cheap and nasty with high price tag this certainly isn't made to last

The size is great... but it’s useless if it’s not stable... not recommended for two active rabbit bucks! Assembly is like a puzzle, everything comes in individual parts.
