Poor quality!!!!
I do not know what happened but j have bought Rocco for a while now and it always used to be full of meat and not much of anything else. Now however it seems to be a large percentage of jelly and alot of questionable looking pieces of "meat"
Something has clearly changed in the production because this is not a one off. This is the third occasion this has happened. At first I thought It could just be a batch or 2 that are bad but now I know this is not the case.
What's happened?
Have fed my dogs on Rocco for the past few years but lately the quality has deteriorated. Lots of gristle in the tin, even found a bone! Worryingly, my dogs are now also getting frequent tummy upsets. Sadly, won't be ordering Rocco any more.

Not what it used to be!
I’ve used Rocco for a few years and the tins were always packed with meat but this latest batch has so much soft jelly around the meat that there is far less meat than there used to be.
If this is a cost saving measure then it’s a big mistake as I won’t buy it now. One tin lasted two meals. Now I’m lucky to get 1.5 with all the sloppy jelly.
Such a shame as it used to be brilliant!

fantastic quality food at an excellent price. Usually feed my very fussy gsd a third of a tin of butchers tripe with her wolf of wilderness dried food but this stuff is better quality for just a few pence more and she LOVES it so much that i caught her in the recycling bin trying to lick the empty tin. winner winner rocco dinner,

Firmly rejected
Had high hopes for this, as my dog has always enjoyed another brand, but recently that one seems to have more and more jelly instead of tripe. So, tried this and she wouldn't go near it. She wouldn't be tempted by mixing Rocco classic meat in with it either. I've had to give all of it away. Nothing wrong with the quality, but it may be the smell - has a slight cow dung smell! It is so healthy for your dog, but if you are thinking of buying then I would suggest a trial pack first.

Rocco classic wet dog food
The food is very good standard.low price too.the quality of the meat and ingredients is very good indeed would definitely recommend it. And the advice is excellent,they keep you up to date with emails ,text messages.

Too much fat recently
Although my Charlie has always loved Rocco (especially the mixes with reindeer or salmon) I totally agree with the other recent reviews about the fat content. In addition to there being more fat visible throughout the tin, there's recently been a really thick layer of fat at the bottom. Very off-putting...

Disgusting hairy pieces inside
I found disgusting hairy pieces inside can. I will never buy it again. Shocking how poor quality control is with checking those cans..

Too much fat lately
I admit, it smells great and my dogs love it, but lately I’ve been buying other brands because of the very worrying amount of fat in this meat. A good centimetre at the bottom is pure white fat. I think it used to be less fatty when I first bought it a couple of years ago.

good value but a lot of fat
First time I purchased the saver pack I was quite pleased, it looked very meaty and our 4 dogs seemed to love it (they love any food though!) On my 3rd purchase I have noticed an increase in the amount of thick white fat at the bottom of the tin, I don't like this so pick off as much as possible. Its good value but I think I will look for something else.

Very greasy food for dogs
I fed my dog Rocco food for about 6 months. He ate it quite willingly the whole time. Now, after I had him sterilised, the vet said his belly started to get covered with fat tissue on the outside and that there’s fat in his intestines. I don’t recommend feeding this food, because the quality is poor.

I've been a loyal customer, but this is the first time I'm both dissatisfied and at a loss.
My dog, who has never had any digestive issues, messed all over the house. Disgusting.
