Used to be great-not anymors

I used to get this food for my 2 dogs but unfortunately I can't anymore as they have changed the recipe! It used to be one of the few that didn't have chicken as I have a dog with severe chicken allergy but the new recipe contains poultry fat. Shame they couldn't stick to the mono protein of lamb that they still claim.

Excellent product but too hard/large for toy

I have a chihuahua. She has had no end of problems with IBD and James Wellbeloved Lamb and Veg sorted it almost immediately. However, I have to smash the kibble in a plastic bag with a rolling pin . The kibble are stubborn little blighters and as hard as rocks. Even soaking them for half an hour and the centres are still really hard. Was told their Lamb and Rice was smaller but checked this out and not true (or only marginal). The question is.....are they less dense, therefore easier to break? No way of knowing without a sample, and this seems to be unavailable.
