Used to be great. Dog won't touch them now.

These Phil & son Beef scalp extra long dog treats use to be great but the last 5x 5 packs had no sign of beef what so ever. In fact they now are not worth the purchase

My dog used to love these and they kept him occupied for hours, but the last ones I ordered were different. Much thinner and less ‘meat’. Really disappointing and my dog is no longer interested in them

These chews have drastically reduced in quality and thickness. One chew used to last my medium strength chewer dog three or four days over several sessions, he now eats one in less than an hour. A shame as they were excellent value but not worth buying anymore.

These were my go to chew for my 2 dogs. Always ordered several packs and been consistent quality. Until this last order. A fraction of the size. Only last a few mins. Really disappointed

Buying these for years but recently size and quality have nosedived

This is my 3rd review I have submitted and to date none have appeared. I have been buying these for years but the size and quality has plummeted. They seem to have been cut in half and no longer appear as in the photograph of the product. The service from Zooplus has and is not in question as it seems the supplier has let them down

I have been buying these for almost 2 years now for my young viszla, as they were brilliant for either giving to him whole if he needed a long chew workout or I cut into pieces that would still last him ages! So disappointed though as since they have changed supplier they are now very thin and brittle and last him about 10 mins and that's a whole one! The price has gone up though even though the amount, quality and weight has decreased. If you have small dogs then may be better.

Been buying these for several years but all of a sudden they seem to have been cut in half...so much so I complained to Zooplus and to their credit after seeing my photo they replaced them. Sadly the replacement were just the same, seems Phil and Son are into Shrinkflation

I have been buying these for the past year and they have been great value for money, long lasting and a good amount for the price. They are now very thin and brittle and last hardly any time at all. Very disappointed as even my dog isn't keen on them and he used to love these. I won't be buying these again as very expensive for what you now get. I shall be buying elsewhere.

Had these for several years but all of a sudden quality has slumped with chews a quarter of the size. Same length but so skinny they almost fall apart. Will try one more lot in case it was a 'one off'.

I have been buying these for years from Zooplus. Since moving to the new Phil & Sons stock this year, they have most definitely got thinner and I won't be buying again. I buy 5 packs at a time, cut them in half and feed as a treat daily. These are not lasting more than 15 mins chew time. That's the second order which have been like twigs instead of 2" wide strips that they used to be. I've moved to JR Pet Products Collagen Sticks instead.

Having used this product over the last few years, and what was a long lasting work out of a chew is now a shadow of its former self, thin and brittle and barely lasting the night, it seems to me that these chews have been split where once was one is now two!!!! I wont be buying again, very disappointed

Very disappointed in these this year, I buy them evey year for Christmas for my dog's and they're no where near the same size as advertised. Very thin and not substantial like previous years. I've asked for a refund they're such poor quality. If I knew how to attach pictures I would!
