I ordered some more packs of these, 8 in all, 7 arrived, no problem as Zooplus sorted it out nicely. Trouble is when I have opened the packs,( I transfer them to empty Mera Dog containers), the biscuits were very badly smashed to bits. I now know why the German football team always wins on penalty shootouts, they practice on these packs, well it sure seems like it. I opened all 7 packs, I had a total of 52 complete biscuits, the rest were very badly smashed, hence am having to feed my dog virtual crumbs. I hope more care is taken in packing of next order. Thanks
