This toy is a hit with many dogs, offering great fun and durability for some, lasting months or even years. However, it isn't indestructible, as some pets have managed to dismantle it quickly. Despite this, many owners find it worth the money due to the enjoyment it brings their pets. Dogs love the fabric texture and the challenge of 'killing' the toy, making it a favorite among various breeds.

So far, so good
Pepe loves his fox very much. However, on day 2, he bit into it so hard that he turned off the sound. Other than that, it's still intact.

Unfortunately, the fabric is already too thin for medium-sized dogs.
The fox brought great joy to our 9-month-old Aussie pup – for ten minutes. After that, unfortunately, the fabric was already chewed through. Our dog weighs 16 kilos and is actually past her worst "teething phase." Such a shame, because otherwise, the fox is a fantastic plush toy!

Nice idea, unfortunately doesn’t last long.
I thought it was a lovely idea to have a stuffed toy with a rope filling… Unfortunately, it broke in less than a week. The fabric is chewed up, and all that's left is the rope. Such a shame, as I’m usually very happy with Kong products.

Hoped it would last longer
+ good length
+ good thickness
+ squeaker isn't too intrusive
+ our dog (15-month-old Golden Retriever) loves this fox
- after 20 minutes, the head was already half chewed off, the rope was sticking out, and the front paws were bitten off even faster.
We chose the fox because our stuffed animal graveyard is simply too big.
He occasionally plays with ropes but just doesn't find them interesting enough.
This is a great compromise between the two, but unfortunately, it's not durable enough.

Puppy loves it but...
As per other reviews, not so robust to withstand puppy terrier puppy teeth. Managed to nearly remove one of fox’s paw (it was dangling so we pulled it off to avoid pup potentially eating it). But she does love the toy and all else in tact so far.

The head came off very quickly.
Not much durability. The fox was quickly decapitated and the squeaker removed.

Rather disappointed
After reading mostly positive reviews here saying that this fox toy holds up well even with Labradors, I thought, hey, great, that sounds promising. However, I have to say, our 6-year-old Lab-Aussie lady took just two days to "hunt down" the fox... On the positive side, the squeaker in the nose is still intact! She still enjoys chasing after the "scraps," but I had hoped for more!

Great toy, but...
The design and quality are unbeatable!!!
Only the sticker on the back was stuck on so tightly that I had to cut it off with scissors. This should be easier to remove. And it would be great to offer the fox and other Knots play animals without squeakers.

Nikolaus gift...
Even our Goldie was supposed to get a little treat from Saint Nicholas, and the joy was truly immense – love at first sight... Unfortunately, the fox only lasted five days before it was completely shredded, and that was without any rough play. So, sadly, the fun was short-lived, and we had to say goodbye to it in the bin. The fox doesn’t seem suitable for large dogs, unfortunately.

loved
My friend's puppy got this fox as a gift from me three weeks ago. It's very loved. However, the little rascal managed to chew the head off. Such a shame, because it's actually a great toy.

Nice, but nothing more.
The fox is really cute and great for tugging and cuddling.
Unfortunately, the squeaker gave up the ghost pretty quickly, and the fabric is easy to chew through.
But hey, the tug rope inside the fox is pretty awesome too! The dog actually managed to pull it out of the fox.
All in all, the fox lasted about 2 months, with the squeaker stopping after around 2 weeks.

So far, so good...
... found the fox. Unfortunately, my two puppies had already bitten off its snout and torn the rope apart within the first week.
I would have liked it to last a bit longer, but the dogs enjoyed it!

Would have wished for it to be more durable.
I was delighted to receive the fox and immediately gave it to our young Shepherd mix. She loved the toy too; it's great for tossing around. The squeaker in the head sparked her extra excitement. But unfortunately, she didn’t get to enjoy the fox for long. In an unobserved moment, she chewed off the ears, and before I knew it, the head was destroyed, and the entire fox was dismantled. Now she only plays with its insides – a sturdy rope. I would have hoped for better durability.

Actually, my dog really liked her fox toy, but after about 3 months, it was chewed through and she even managed to take the ropes apart herself :(
