Cracked
Delivered with a big crack in the back. Also be aware that it only has a pull-along handle which is totally useless unless you purchase the wheels separately (which aren't sold by this company and cost a fortune for 4 small wheels) and has no carry handle... so not sure how you're expected to transport animals with this unless it's a permanent fixture in the car boot or something.

Delivered Broken
I just opened the package today and it is broken in two places. It took more than a week to arrive and when I opened it today it is damaged badly in two places. Very disappointed as the price is too high for such quality and the fact that nobody checked the product before packing it is disappointing.

Trixie Gulliver faulty door(s)
Bought two Gulliver 7 travel cages. Two faulty doors. Seems a construction flaw. The spring can shoot over a rod it is supposed to push. Zooplus was quick to replace the cages (not only the door but the complete cage. So the whole getting used to the cages had to start a new for my dogs)

Transport box
The box is perfect for our mixed-breed dog. After a week, the lock was broken. She managed to open it from the inside. Maybe you can buy a replacement door for it.

The plastic breaks very quickly.
Unfortunately, the material (plastic) is quite prone to breaking. The box fell from a height of 20cm, and one corner was completely broken off.
Additionally, the wheel mount had already broken earlier, even though there was no external impact. (We pulled the box 0.5KM from the train station through the snow).

Stay away from the wheels
The box itself is fine, but this expensive wheel gimmick is absolutely useless. As if you could remove the wheels without tools, which you actually have to do before the box can be checked in. Then you’re standing there, breaking one fingernail after another... And the screw holes for the flight-safe lock are so awkwardly positioned that you can easily spend half an hour just dealing with four screws!

Dissatisfied :(
Visually, it's a nice box, but when assembling it, I noticed that the bottom tray has a crack. However, I've had this box sitting unused for three weeks now, and I hadn't noticed it until I attached the separately ordered wheels. I’m not even sure if I still have the option to exchange it... Additionally, I find this box generally very unstable—SUCH A SHAME!!!

avoid
Avoid if you want your pet to travel safely. The first one was already broken when it arrived, the replacement broke into pieces on the trip.
Zooplus were very helpful, but the product is of very minor quality and I would not recommend it.

Bad Design
These crates are big enough for my 2 Norwegian Forest Cats. But I didnt expect that they wouldn't open from the top, and that there would be no carry handle for lifting. There is a handle for dragging when there are wheels on the bottom, but the wheels didn't come with the crate so it's useless to me, I don't have time to order them now. If they build in the drag handle, they should also build in the wheels. Disappointed. I'll have to carry each one like a big cardboard box in my arms.

Poor value for money
We also ordered the box a few weeks ago and were quite disappointed considering the price of over 60 euros.
The box is meant for a Collie puppy but is very unstable. When the puppy moves towards the exit of the box, it tilts suspiciously forward.
The interior floor can only be used with a blanket or similar, as it is not level. It has grooves and edges, which makes it extremely uncomfortable for the dog.
Unfortunately, a puppy with long fur gets warm quickly, especially in summer, and it would be more comfortable without a blanket...
I don’t find the material very sturdy, especially considering we chose the 70 cm size, which is meant for LARGE dogs.
I wouldn’t order it again for this price – definitely a bad purchase.

Poor quality and not accepted by the dog
We have owned the Vari Kennel Dog Crate Beige (Size 4 (L)) for just over a year now and are completely satisfied with it in every respect. Since our current dog is smaller than his predecessor, we decided to purchase a slightly smaller crate to regain some storage space in the car. This time, we opted for the Gulliver Transport Crate - Size 5 (L 79 x W 58 x H 60 cm) due to its slightly lower price (and quite a lot of positive reviews) and - unfortunately - not the comparably sized Vari Kennel Dog Crate Beige (Size 3 (IM)).
That was a big mistake.
In a direct comparison between the two dog crates, Vari Kennel vs. Gulliver, the significantly higher-quality workmanship and materials of the Vari Kennel are immediately noticeable: for example, the side ventilation slits on the Gulliver are made of (thin!) plastic, whereas on the Vari Kennel, they are metal grilles. Additionally, the entire crate on the Gulliver is made of considerably thinner plastic, which does not inspire confidence for use in a car, unlike the extremely sturdy Vari Kennel. The side wall of the Gulliver can actually be pressed in with a finger without much effort (unlike the Vari Kennel) – the material is very thin. I don’t even want to imagine what could happen during a sudden braking manoeuvre in the car if a dog weighing around 25kg (our dog; note: the crate is recommended by the manufacturer for dogs up to 35kg) is inside the crate...
Due to the obviously poor quality of the crate, we have serious concerns and are returning it for this reason alone. Moreover, our dog refuses to accept it anyway, and two car-crate-experienced dogs belonging to friends also vehemently refused to even enter the crate, just like our dog. Suspected reasons: Compared to the Vari Kennel, the Gulliver is significantly darker inside (partly due to the wide (but extremely thin) plastic "side and rear wall grilles," and partly because the entrance is very small, which alone is likely to deter the dogs).
Additionally, the Gulliver has two - initially seemingly very practical - storage compartments on the top, which upon closer inspection turn out to be quite problematic. Naturally, the storage space comes at the expense of the dog, specifically: the two storage compartments protrude deeply into the interior of the crate (how could it be otherwise...) and significantly reduce the poor passenger’s headroom.
Since we had the opportunity to directly compare two dog crates from different manufacturers (Vari Kennel vs. Trixie Gulliver), from our perspective (see above), the higher price of the Vari Kennel crates compared to the Trixie Gulliver crates is more than justified!

Not sturdy enough: broke within 40 minutes
I had the Gulliver L for my 25 kg, 14-year-old shepherd mix female dog. Since she has been having massive issues with being alone lately, probably due to her age, we decided to try, after consulting with the vet, whether she might feel safer in a crate. The acclimatisation phase went very well; she preferred sleeping in the crate at night, and during the day, we were able to lock her in while we were present without any problems. However, when we were out of the house for 40 minutes, Jenny decided that the crate wasn’t for her after all and worked on the side ventilation slits with her paws and teeth until the opening was big enough for her to escape. The crate looked like a bomb had gone off inside. Well, at least the door remained intact.
Sure, the crate is meant for transport and not for home use – but I do wonder what would happen if a dog panicked while alone in the crate in the cargo hold of an aeroplane... It certainly doesn’t seem safe.

Gulliver 7
We’ve now bought the bottom part of this box three times. We’re also flying to Turkey with our Collie mix. After every flight, the bottom is broken!!! The box might be fine for use in the car, but it doesn’t survive a flight!!! We didn’t purchase the box from Zooplus, but the manufacturer is the same.

Twice now the floor has broken.
Bad!! We often fly to Turkey with our dog, and now we’ve had the second box with the same defect :-( After the third flight, the bottom in the area where the wheels are supposed to go broke, even though no wheels were attached.
Box Gulliver 7 for dogs up to 50 kg – our dog is a Samoyed (the size 6 would have been sufficient) and weighs only 22 kg.

Closure broke three times
I haven’t had good experiences with the Gulliver. After a while, the door latch kept breaking. The door was replaced three times in total, and then I switched to a different brand. I also found it bad that the box doesn’t stand well without wheels; with the dog inside, it wobbles like a rocking horse – it only stands properly with two homemade wooden slats underneath. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Well...
The box itself isn’t too bad, but the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. The door doesn’t close properly, the locking brackets were bent, the fit is imprecise, and the latch sticks. Only after shaking the door gently a few times does the latch finally engage. On top of that, this part is made of plastic, which is completely baffling for a dog crate that’s supposed to withstand travel.

Window not stable
At first, I was thrilled with the box, but unfortunately, my dog (Parson Russell Terrier) managed to remove the windows during the second use and then escaped through them. Sadly, it no longer serves the intended purpose of the box!
